One thing about my place is that even though I have cleaners to come my home isn't necessarily unclean. So, if the cleaners don't take major pride in cleaning they'll half clean because they don't think it really needs to be cleaned. If that makes sense. I found things that were not cleaned, pictures below. The most annoying thing though is that I specially asked about cleaning the light switches and the lady said they would. Well, they didn't. On time, great and thorough cleaning! Would recommend this business to clean your home.

I had a nightmare tenant who moved out and left the place pretty disgusting. Trash and items everywhere; food was left out for days and there were cock roaches. It was repulsively filthy. After getting quotes from various cleaning companies, I picked a reasonable and middle priced one, Zara Cleaning Service. They responded quicker than the majority and offered a fixed price. I was able to schedule a same day service, which was great! Kudos for Zara's team for doing a great job cleaning and allowing me to focus on other things today. When I came back to see the apartment, it smelled great, and it actually looked like a habitable place. :) And sorry about not being able to open the door and making you wait as I forgot to bring the key to the main gate. Thanks for your willingness to wait patiently, even though it ended up being about an hour long wait. I greatly appreciate Zara Cleaning Services. I have been looking for someone to help deep clean my place. I set up a Yelp project to get multiple quotes from different companies and Zara was one of the most prompt to respond. Zara Cleaning Services also had the best prices. I scheduled an appointment at noon a week before, but on that day nobody arrived at 12:10pm. I contacted and we realized I accidentally gave the wrong address through text. Despite that Zara team was kind and asked if it would be okay to delay the appointment a bit longer due to the traffic it would take them to arrive. I was just glad they didn't cancel. One person came at the expected time. Once she arrived she asked what I wanted and where to start. I liked that she did. I always prefer housekeeping to ask to confirm before starting. The company we used to book to clean rental properties went out of business. I found Zara cleaning services on yelp and they gave the best price for the amount of time needed to clean. They were also the first to respond on Yelp to my quote request. We decided to book them to clean two properties. They were able to clean both properties (different locations) on the same day. They showed up on time and worked without taking a break. The first property was pretty dirty. The second property was disgusting. The appliances were brand new before the tenant moved in, and they were never cleaned. The cleaning crew was able to make them look brand new again. The bathroom in the second property has never looked as clean as it does now. The cleaning was also booked after repainting both properties and doing some renovations in the second property, so there was extra mess to clean up after. The pictures don't quite show the amount of filth that was cleaned and don't do justice to show how well they did clean. Zara Cleaning Services did an excellent job, better than any other company hired before. We'll definitely be booking them next time we need cleaning. read more
