Before the appointment, I received two different confirmation emails with different addresses, which created confusion about where to go. When I arrived early as instructed, there was no one at reception and no paperwork prepared, so the start of the experience felt disorganized. There were also a few interactions during the appointment that made me uncomfortable, and the session itself ended significantly earlier than expected for the 90-minute massage I had booked and paid for. Due to delays at the beginning, the actual hands-on massage time was much shorter than anticipated. That said, after I shared my experience, management did reach out directly, communicated professionally, and worked with me to resolve the issue by offering a partial refund. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to address the concerns in a respectful manner.
