The final straw for me was seeing her out in public at another store and she was screaming at the cashier calling him names and upset that she had to pay for their services. She ended up storming out of the store while yelling at him telling him he is "ridiculous" and that she was going to leave a review and try to get him fired. I will no longer be giving her my services. I decided to leave this review as karma for her appalling behavior in public. I don't know how she could act in such a horrid way especially in a store full of other customers.

Before the appointment, I received two different confirmation emails with different addresses, which created confusion about where to go. When I arrived early as instructed, there was no one at reception and no paperwork prepared, so the start of the experience felt disorganized. There were also a few interactions during the appointment that made me uncomfortable, and the session itself ended significantly earlier than expected for the 90-minute massage I had booked and paid for. Due to delays at the beginning, the actual hands-on massage time was much shorter than anticipated. That said, after I shared my experience, management did reach out directly, communicated professionally, and worked with me to resolve the issue by offering a partial refund. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to address the concerns in a respectful manner. While the massage itself was disappointing for me personally, I do want to acknowledge that the business made an effort to take feedback seriously and resolve the situation afterward.
