They showed up at 9 AM with a huge truck and they finished at 7 PM, including 20 minutes driving. Despite this, they showed up with a truck that was not large enough to fit all of our furniture and items. This caused us to have to make a second trip in which we had to leave even more behind than we anticipated. They damaged a few pieces of furniture (including our couch and dining room chairs,) they scratched the floors moving out of our old residence, and they damaged a wall moving into our new residence. Management has failed to adequately address the situation despite promising they would multiple times now. If you are looking to move in the SF Bay Area, I would not suggest using Truket.

Our highest recommendation--we've just had a great experience of great service…read more We needed a new, heavy refrigerator moved from the garage down one floor to the kitchen, after a botched Home Depot delivery. We called Justin Coleman of Coleman Relocations at 2 pm. He agreed to come with his brother Matthew at 9 p.m. the same day. Keeping in touch by text to update ETA, they arrived at 7:30 in a large, well-equipped truck. When the first route down a flight of stairs proved impossible, they pulled the fridge upstairs again and used an alternate route outside to reach the kitchen - in the rain. In an hour and a half, this difficult task was done, with careful attention to walls, doors and the fridge itself. Couldn't possibly have gone better, and they helped us out of a real jam. For any such task the Colemans are super reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, strong and thoughtful. I would call Coleman Relocations again in a heartbeat.
