I've purchased the insurance to cover lost or stolen glasses only to discover it doesn't cover lost or stolen! I just had the expensive cataract surgery for astigmatism and multifocal lenses that didn't quite…read morework. After the one month check up, I was told to wait another six weeks to be able to possibly have my astigmatism corrected in office with laser, but I am about to go nuts because I haven't been able to read without seeing triple shadow images for a month already. The doctor at Sites and his assistants were kind to me and sympathetic with my problem and able to make an immediate appointment for me, correct my problem with temporary glasses and get them made in TWO days Instead of a week and a half. I am so thankful for their kindness. To be able to see again is a wonderful.

Came in for new glasses and asked Dr. if anything was wrong with my eyes. Was told no problem, just…read moreneeded to adjust the prescription. Asked if I had cataracts and was told no. After the third pair of new glasses, I had enough. So I went to the eye Dr. at Walmart and as soon as he looked at me he said "You have cataracts". I explained to him the way they tested my vision at Sites, and he told me that's the way we used to do it in the '70s. He referred me to Dr. Gannaway to repair them. After surgery on both eyes, I no longer need glasses. Accept for reading. Bought a pair of readers and I'm all set. I would not recommend Sites Vision Clinic after my experience. They were all very friendly but the service was not up to par.

Appointment making was efficient and I was updated on the appointment via text in the week prior to…read morethe appointment. Check in was professional with a few forms to fill out for 2025. Called back for my appointment on time and the initial eye tests were done by an assistant to get my file updated and ready for the doctor. Assistant explained everything clearly as we proceeded and then left me in a room to wait for the doctor. Within minutes Dr. Maryam Ali came in and did my exam. She is very professional and personable. She answered my questions and I never felt rushed. In the end she was honest and told me that my eyes have not changed enough since my last check up to require a new prescription or new frames...unless I wanted them. I enjoyed my years with Dr. Burrows, but I am looking forward to my future appointments with Dr. Ali.
