While on a mini-vacation, we came across a vehicle online that caught our interest and decided to stop by the dealership. As a financially mindful buyer located 1,600 miles away, I appreciated the thoughtful, no-pressure approach from the team. Martin welcomed us shortly after we arrived and allowed us to browse at our own pace. When we inquired about the vehicle we had seen online, he initially believed it was still at the port but went the extra mile to locate it--which had just recently arrived at the dealership. He even brought the car to the front for us to view, which saved us the hassle of walking the lot. Martin was not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable about Porsche vehicles. Kevin, the Sales Manager, was involved early in the process--something that's rare at high-end dealerships. He worked diligently to meet the deal we were seeking, even during the typically slow end-of-year period. He was transparent and accommodating, allowing us to bring a CarMax appraisal as a potential trade-in and even supported us in handling the NY registration ourselves. Unfortunately, the experience completely took away from that excitement. On the day of delivery, I immediately noticed visible damage to the vehicle that had never been disclosed to me beforehand. I was told the dealership was unaware of it, which honestly raised even more concerns. Still wanting to enjoy my first Porsche experience, I reluctantly accepted the vehicle with the understanding that I would have to come back for repairs later. The problems continued almost immediately. The vehicle was delivered missing a key, requiring additional follow up and eventually forcing me to overnight my existing key back to the dealership. Shortly after leaving, I also discovered a small nick in the window that had not been disclosed. When I raised that concern, I was directed to use my personal insurance despite purchasing a protection package through the dealership. Communication throughout this process was inconsistent and exhausting. At times, the tone felt dismissive and condescending, almost as if my concerns were being minimized instead of taken seriously. Things became even worse after I was told the vehicle was ready for pickup following repairs. I drove approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes through rush hour traffic while not feeling well, only to arrive and find out the vehicle was not ready. After waiting additional time, I discovered the bumper repair looked extremely poor. The touch up literally resembled white out on the bumper instead of a proper luxury vehicle repair. What concerns me most is the inconsistency in the explanations I received. Initially, I was told the impact on the vehicle's value depended on how the repair was completed. Later, I was told there would be no impact at all because the bumper is plastic and "would not be reported." Those statements directly contradict each other. At the end of the day, this isn't just about a scratch. The vehicle was damaged before delivery, meaning it was not delivered in the condition I originally agreed to purchase. The dealership's response has felt dismissive, inconsistent, and focused more on minimizing the issue than genuinely resolving it. The overall experience significantly damaged my confidence in both this dealership and the Porsche brand. I strongly encourage anyone purchasing a vehicle here to inspect it thoroughly before driving off the lot and to ensure every concern is resolved upfront. Honestly, had I known this would be my experience, I would not have purchased this vehicle.

My husband got my WeatherTech car mat dirty with mud a few months ago so I asked the attendant if he could spray it down for me, which he kindly did. It's considerably cleaner now even though it wasn't scrubbed with soap. I gave him a tip as I was so appreciative of him for going above and beyond. This car wash offers: -professional detailing -4 self serve bays -laser wash -Unlimited Wash Program -Coupon Books -VIP Card Programs -Laser Wash Savings Card -Self Serve Savings Card System The car wash does a nice job of cleaning, however, the rinsing and drying at other car washes are better. He looped in the manager/owner, who allowed me to give my number to the young man. Would you believe it?! An hour later, he called and told me that he had it. It would be in the office and that I could come grab it at my leisure. I did the next day, and thanked both of them repeatedly. I could've easily replaced the air pod, but the level of extraordinary customer service I received is unmatched. I was a retail store manager for most of my career, and understand how often complaints flow but how little acts of kindness and a job well done are applauded and mentioned. There were hidden fees that were not clearly communicated upfront. There was also a dog in the shop on a table making loud, distracting noises, which made the environment feel unprofessional. I understand that it was the basic package, but I felt there was very little effort put into the service. There were small areas that clearly just needed a proper wipe down -- I was able to remove residue with my fingers. My interior seats were not properly wiped down either. While there was a strong sales push to upgrade my package, I did not feel the same level of care was given to doing an excellent job with the package I selected. Even with a basic service, attention to detail should still be a priority. Providing outstanding service -- regardless of package level -- is what encourages customers to return for higher-priced services like the $300 intensive detailing. Thankfully I found Scratch and Dent Auto on Automobile Blvd who were able to complete the work, that Shine My Ride couldn't successfully complete. They told me that Shine My Ride had used an oily compound and wax that hid the flaws for a few days making me think things were okay. (Apparently a friend, who owns a detailing company in SC told me this can be common practice for some detailers) With wet sanding the bird etching was removed for only 40 dollars at Scratch and Debt. Unlike Shine My Ride they stand behind their work. I paid Shine My Ride 100 dollars for work that they couldn't complete. Outrageous that Dameon in his response to me didn't offer me a refund or partial refund. If you want quality service that stands behind their work, I'd look elsewhere.
