I went on Metro's website and purchased a $150 phone, screen protector, and case totaling $200. I received a confirmation email with an order number. It said if I ordered the phone before 3pm I would get the phone the next day. If i ordered after 3pm, i would get the phone the following day. It said i should expect a email once the phone has been shipped. 6/16 no email. 6/17 I decide to call Metro. The representative told me to respond to the email I received. I told her that I could not respond. She put me on a brief hold and when she came back she said your phone will be delivered via ups by 3pm tomorrow. I said great. 6/18 no delivery. 6/19. I call metro and speak to another representative. He basically calls me a liar because there is no way that the previous rep could give me the ups information . I asked for the Previous customer service reps name and ID number. He was very reluctant to give to me. He gave me her Id number only. He told me the only thing I could do was WRITE to Metro and explain my situation. In the meantime my phone may or may not come. I was obviously upset and asked to speak to a manager. He put me on hold. Got back on the phone and said "hello mam" I said yes.. He then hung up on me. No we did not get disconnected. This is a huge company and this is how I get treated! I have no one to contact but scripted customer service reps. The $200 was taking out of my account but I have to WRITE to a major company in 2020 to get my phone or money back is unacceptable!

Anna was so helpful with her beautiful big bright eyes and wide smile. The manager Tu Papa was also helpful. He looks mean, but was as sweet as pie. Mike was very helpful in getting me everything I needed. I recommend anyone opening u a new line of service, switching their service or just want to get the lad test in gadgets to sho here. They made me so comfortable I literally was in the store for two hours. They make you feel that comfortable. And they also, offer televisions connections. But, you have to have already have WiFi. But, they'll be able to explain more than I can. And it helps that the staff are good looking and clean people.

I had a very old lap top computer that had started to run like a snail in winter who got caught in a puddle of molassas. I arrived at Marketplace Commputers way too early, thanks to the errors of the internet search which indicated the store opened at 8:00am, but it opens at 9:00am. Anyway at about 8:55am our of nowhere I seen Jose who came in from the back. Well, as part of the opening ceremony, Jose went around turning on numerous computers that really gives you the feel this is a computer store and as well a service store. Well the opening ceremony lasts at least 5 to 8 minutes when at last Jose looks up with the suprise look of "Oh! Guess i have a customer waiting." Just then I realized, Jose could not have entered from the front as the front entry/exit was chained locked. Anyway, we conversed a while and I tried to get down to the issues of the laptop. Jose was ready for me to learn one of the basic problems that the computer I had had a mechanical disk and what would really help would be a solid state disk without the moving parts as my original which was likely the cause of my slow computer issues. Also, Jose showed me other upgrades and computers that would solve my issues at about the same price or slightly highter. I filtered in the options, but kept I coming back to my laptop, since I knew and understood it well and it was already set up for my Canon printer. That's an entire other issue. Last year, I purchased a new Dell computef Unfortunately, my Canon printer cannot be used as its no longer is supported with Windows 11. But, it does work on Windows 10 (my old snail computer). Thus folks, my decision was becoming clearer. So, I took one more look at Jose's prop of the rotating hard drive and the solid state drive and gave the go ahead of the solid state drive. Jose was able to "clone" all my material and when done it looked like my old set up. Nothing new to learn and fuss with and it worked much faster then the old spinning rotating drive which was likely filled with errors that Jose said was the cause of my snail issues. Lessons: 1. Listen carefully and learn your options from a knowledgeable computer expert repair person. 2. If you buy a Canon printer, prepare to be disappointed that upgrades may not be available. 3. Let Jose and/or Alex, the Owner work on your computer and provide you with up front expert advice so you can weigh your options. 4. Let Marketplace Computers take care of your computer needs. 5. Side note: Don't buy a color printer, especially the ones that go all Stop when one cartridge goes out. My Canon is a black and white and folks that's all you need. If you need color, carry the file over to commercial stores with a thumb drive. Let them print the file(s). Thank you Jose for a great experience. Knowledge is power! The friendly faces all of the workers were so kind every time I would come in with my kids they would give my kids a piece of candy or a snack. I never had any issues here up until today. I come in and find out there is new management they told me my kids weren't allowed in. They had to wait in the lobby, which is crazy cause I was never told that before and then they proceeded to tell me that no one two dollar pre-roll orders went through. There was supposedly a glitch in the system and no one went through and I'm like oh really that's crazy cause I got a confirmation that all seven that I ordered was ready for pick up so how was something ready for pick up if no one even bagged it up? I don't know what made them change management and get all these new workers out of nowhere but biggest mistake. This place is definitely gonna start losing business.
