The restaurant has a modern steakhouse vibe with a welcoming the moment you walk in. Service was great, but the real star here was the food. We ordered the porterhouse, sweet plantains, yuca fries, garlic mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob, and honestly every single dish was excellent. The porterhouse was cooked perfectly, flavorful, juicy, and packed with that great grilled taste you hope for when ordering steak. The sides were just as impressive. I was especially surprised by the yuca fries and sweet plantains because those can easily miss the mark at some places, but here they were so good we kept going back for more. Dessert completely sealed the deal. The churros stuffed with dulce de leche were incredible warm and crispy on the outside with a soft, gooey center that tasted fresh out of the fryer. Definitely one of the best desserts I've had in a while. A couple things to keep in mind before visiting: onsite parking is limited, so most guests will likely end up paying the $5 parking fee (cash only I believe, not sure as we were lucky to find an open spot in-front of the restaurant) since street parking around Krome is scarce. Also, no free water and a 15% gratuity is automatically included in the bill. Thankfully, our waitress Ana was fantastic and made the experience even better. The restaurant itself is beautiful and very well maintained.
