Jaime from FCS committed to email me (the renter) a time slot for the appointment, and invoice my landlord directly. Two weeks passed and he did neither one. I had to email him the day before the appointment. He emailed me back at 11pm to tell me I needed to be available 10am-1pm the next day (a Wednesday) - no apology or acknowledgment of the oversight/inconvenience. Then the technicians came and had no information about invoicing the landlord, so I had to explain the arrangement to them and then email Jaime - and again, no apology or acknowledgment of the oversight/inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but the dismissive nature with which he regarded my time and his own commitments doesn't make me want to recommend this company to others.

Kevin villatoro of turbo roofing installed the wrong roof vent for our furnace. This caused our…read morefurnace to stop working properly. When we tried to contact him he would not return our calls or return to our home to correct the problem. After 2 weeks without heat he finally returned and would only fix the issue if we purchased the correct vent. We purchased the part he specified. When he returned to perform the install he said it was missing a piece and walked off the job. He wouldn't return our numerous calls/texts after this. The part he needed was available off the shelf at Home Depot. This guy does not stand behind his work and does not follow through on the job. It seems he does not know what he's doing. Within 24hrs we hired another roofer who completed the work properly without issue and the furnace now works properly. Don't use this guy! He's not a man of his word.
