They were actually able to start the job sooner than expected, and completed it quickly. While Brian was on site I asked about also pressure washing the both my balconies and they accommodated that request, and then my additional request to re-caulk areas of the balconies. I texted him again. He never replied. When I just texted him sharing my frustration and that I would be taking my business elsewhere, he replied (and this time in 3 minutes) saying, "Thanks for letting me know." No apology. No admitting to his fault. NICTO and Marcos are not anyone I would ever do business with again nor recommend to anyone I know.they always came through, were honest and were great overall. Then they withheld my refund for two weeks when I told them I didn't want to continue working with such a disorganized company, and kept trying to offer a minimal discount to set up another date. It was bordering on harassment. The owner called me and offered me extra refund money not to post my opinion, which I declined, because this was a disaster. The front office doesn't seem to know what the technicians are doing/saying and vice versa. On the initial inspection date, Their technician arrived 45 minutes late outside a 4 hour window for the initial inspection, then sat in the truck for 40 minutes preparing my estimate, wasting my day from noon to 6 p.m. There was no document to sign when I made my deposit, which I should have declined to do in the first place, but be warned that they do not keep a document/paper trail. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

The crew at Pure did an incredible job. Excellent assessment, great help with the insurance company, terrific customer service at each step. Multiple visits and consultations to work out the tricky parts. And when it came to the day of the work, they showed up with 15 guys at 5:30am and had it done by 1:00pm -- it was amazing to watch. Absolute hustle. Everything was immaculate after, including dragging all of the nearby turf and access points with magnets to collect any loose nails. Great service throughout. I am not in the habit of writing glowing reviews but I gotta say, these folks did an amazing job. I'll hire them again when my house needs a new roof.

But in July 2025, the roof started leaking again. Since the roof and they work they did had a warantee, we called ASA to come repair. Twice, they scheduled with us to inspect, and never showed up. They finally did after weeks of numerous calls, voicemails and emails. However -- we never heard back from the inspection, and now, in September 2025 (months later) we had a big leak again. We emailed them to come back out and to hear the results of the July inspection, no answer yet (two days later). Not a great experience with ASA. I'll update this review if the company responds and promptly resolves the issue.

Tim and George from A&T came to do a second estimate for relining my chimney flue for my gas-burning furnace and water heater. Tim was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain what he saw, and by straightening up the furnace and water heater vents as they connected to the flue, he got the furnace working again. He does not recommend relining the flue. It unfortunately feels so rare these days to find someone who does not recommend a major project that will cost thousands of dollars. A&T Chimney Sweeps is one of those rare companies that is honest and is willing to do what is needed and isn't trying to drum up unnecessary business. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The communication could be better. I'm told they have a new system for appointments. When they did come they seemed efficient- 3 person crew. They were friendly. I can't really climb on the roof so I guess I can take their warranty and word the job was done right. In sum I think the communication could be better. Hopefully it was just a busy season and they fixed their kinks.
