Still, I was willing to overlook that part of the experience. The real issue happened at checkout. I was told I could not use my gift card for the service because the appointment had been marked as "prepaid." When I explained that their online booking system doesn't provide any option to apply a gift card, there was no willingness to adjust the payment or offer any kind of accommodation. Situations like this raise concerns about poor booking systems, lack of customer flexibility, and business practices that ultimately leave customers stuck with gift cards they cannot use as expected. Customer service and long-term client relationships don't seem to be a priority here.
