I don't do social media and I don't know any "influencer". I found senreve when I was looking for a functional medium sized bag and luckily enough, during lunar new year, there was a great deal. I ordered the Senreve midi. I received it right away and it was beautiful. However, I am petite so the bag looks huge on me...I don't think I i can use it as a crossbody. I contacted customer service because of the concerns and asked to speak to a person. Having emailed back and forth, I saw that I Waac getting responses from different people, which is normal, but with this situation, I wanted to speak to a person. Senreve accommodated me and I was able to speak to Kristiana on the phone about my concerns. She was able to answer my questions and provide more information about the bag and options I had. She was very understanding, kind, and pleasant. Then she let me know that she is one of the managers of the flagship store in San Francisco. Senreve is a great company. I had bought a few bags from them and everything was great except for one bag. When I reached out to them regarding the defect of the bag, a lady named Julia helped me out to do an exchange. It turned out that the color of my bag was sold out, but Julia went out of her way to find one for me. It wasn't easy at all to find that same color, but she kept on trying and somehow she found it. During the whole time, she kept me updated through email on what's going on. Most importantly, she was very nice, helpful, patient and kind throughout. I'm very thankful for everything she had done for me. Without her, there is a high chance I won't be able to exchange for the same color bag that I liked. The customer service of this company really blows all the competition out of the water. After seeing my Yelp review about the damage on my current Senreve bag, Julia-Client Concierge Manager contacted me and explained everything to me regarding the damage and materials used. Boy, did she go above and beyond for me!! Today, I received the replacement bag that she was able to track down in a color that the company no longer makes. (Talk about finding a unicorn!) Additionally, the bag arrived beautifully packaged and with great care. My advice to anyone who has issues with Senreve is to ask the chat agent to escalate it to a manager if you don't feel comfortable with the options presented. While the agents are knowledgable, kind, and understanding, they don't have the authority to make some client-right decisions like a manager can. I purchased the Merlot Maestra bag and found that the straps had a design flaw - the snaps hit in the same place as the D-ring and couldn't reliably hold the weight of my bag when I carried my laptop. I also found the leather to be peeling on the tab. I asked if they could provide repair and they've done one better - they are replacing the bag with a new strap design that fixes the flaw of the snaps. Armie was exceptionally helpful and understanding. Wow! That is all I can say! First, let me tell you that this company has made a lifetime fan out of me. The customer service that Anne M, Kay, and Celeste gave was what made this brand my new favorite designer bag! Let me give you the story that led to that opening! I have wanted this bag for months!!!! However, I was hesitant to invest such a huge amount on a work bag from a company that I wasn't familiar with. I was initially looking at the LV Neverful and the Givenchy Antigona. I started my own law firm in 2017 and wanted to reward myself for having a good 2019 ( and all the hard work I put in). Thus, the bag I was going to get wasn't just a bag, but a gift to myself and a daily reminder of what can be done with a lot of hard work. I looked at all three bags over and over again and obsessed over which one would be perfect for me. I couldn't get over how the Maestra could be a backpack, a crossbody, and an arm bag. I loved how youthful it looked despite the elegant structured look of the Italian leather. I was impressed with the color variations. After making the decision of getting the Maestra, I then obsessed for another week re which finish and which color to get. I was torn between the Lilac and the storm. There was no doubt in my mind that I wanted the mimosa leather. I showed the website and the bags to my friends and made the decision to get the Lilac. I was so excited when the bag arrived. I literally left work to meet the postman!!! I opened the bag and was so happy to see the leather, the design, the stitching, and the beautiful color. However, my ocd self notes a slight crease in the front bottom left of the bag. Everyone else told me it was so small and negligible. I couldn't get over it, so I reached out to Senreve and sent them the picture of the crease in hopes they would have an idea on how to get rid of it. Well, they went well beyond that. The company's agent quickly replied and offered to send me a replacement bag. While the replacement bag was in route, I found out about a VIP promotional they were having which gave you a free clutch/passport/card case with purchase. They also waived the tax. I then contacted the company to try to get the promotion applied to my purchase. The company quickly asked me which free item I wanted and sent it. It arrived with my replacement bag! The replacement bag is perfection! The leather is beautiful and the straps are soft! The top part of my replacement bag's strap is different from the other bag in that this one's shoulder strap has a reinforced sewn piece of leather instead of just a thicker cut piece. The inside is beautiful, with the suede and the 9 compartments! I have told all my friends about this wonderful experience and want everyone to know how well I have been treated by a company that makes such a beautiful fine leather goods. I actually have the mini Maestra in ice in my cart right now. However, I need to hit another professional milestone before splurging again. Many professional women vet our purchases at length because we need to save our money. So when we splurge on a designer bag, we want it to be of high quality but also stylish. I've had such an amazing experience with the entire Senreve team and their bags that I felt compelled to leave a review!!! They are my go-to bag for work and leisure! I love being able to go to the showroom to see all the colors (they're all so pretty!!!). The girls there are super nice and you don't feel pressured ever to buy anything. The quality of their bags are also top notch, they're all handmade in Italy, amazing price for the same craftsmanship that make the $2k plus bags. I used to only go for super well known bag brands like Céline and YSL, these feel the exact same as they're made in the same factories as the ultra high end luxury bags. My cat's tried to scratch it and I haven't gotten any scratch marks on the pebbles leather (which also gets softer with use). Most importantly though is the functionality for me. I use it for work as backpack and shoulder bag and even forearm bag and it's served me so well as a work and travel bag. I received my first Senreve (Aria) for Xmas. Upon opening it, I realized that the magnetic closure did not seem to be working as I wasn't able to close the bag; nor did the magnet seem "strong". I emailed Senreve on X'mas evening and didn't think I would hear back for a few days. When I went to check my email a few hours later, I had a response from Armie (asked for pics)! Kristine then responded and she was kind enough to mention that there is a plastic cap on the magnetic closure (in addition to the blue sticker -- my bad!). I contacted Nordstrom's customer service - who told me to buy a dustbag from eBay instead. I contacted Senreve's customer service and even though I did not buy the bag from their store or website, they were apologetic and immediately sent me one. I was so excited about my Maestra in pebbled leather (which I specifically chose because it was marketed as durable) and took such care of it including toting it around in an insulated roller to avoid environmental damage. Lo and behold after a few minutes exposure to rain and immediate wiping off, there is now water damage to the leather. Not only did Senreve not reply to my email for months, now I'm in a protracted email conversation where they are refusing to honour the lifetime warranty I got the bag under and refusing to honour any warranty at all. The description of the material as "water resistant" or "durable" are misleading and the quality and customer service does not meet what I expect of a so-called luxury brand. read more

I purchased a Maestra bag from Senreve earlier this year. Over the past 6 months or so that I've had it, I've used it everyday, including taking it on at least 20 work trips. The handbag itself has held up remarkably well, hardly showing signs of wear. The strap, however, didn't hold up as well. I was a little disappointed in that until tonight, when I reached out via chat and spoke with Ella. I told her about my strap and she kindly asked for a photo of it and my order number. After seeing the photo she assured me that this was not normal wear and that my strap would be replaced, per the lifetime warranty. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes and was so easy. I'd watched these bags for a long time before making the decision to purchase one. I walk to work and needed something that I could use to carry my laptop and possibly lunch or a pair of heels. I like that fact that it doesn't narrow down completely at the top and the tab closure allows it to stay even more open if needed. The versatility of the backpack/longer strap is fantastic. On the customer service side, my bag shipped signature required and I was unable to be home to sign for it, so it was shipped back to the Senreve warehouse. I am posting this review here because Senreve won't post my review on their website. When asked if they just don't post negative reviews they said posted reviews are completely random. I got the Pebbled Noir Voya Tote. Within 6 months of use, one edge of the handle started showing white as if the "paint" had rubbed off. In May 2020, the support team suggested I take it to a local cobbler and get the charge reimbursed as the SF store was closed due to Covid. I don't know any local cobblers and they couldn't recommend anyone, so I told them I'd wait. I was told that they'd be in touch with me once the SF store reopened so that they could rectify the issue. I wrote back in October 2020 for the status and was told the store was still closed. Now the other side of the same handle is showing white. I wrote again a few days ago and was told that it's been over 2 years since the purchase and that this was normal wear and tear. Why is white showing under the black handle? Is this real leather? Or maybe the edges are painted rubber. How can the lower edge of the handle get rubbed off within 6 months of use? You don't even hold that part nor get touched from carrying it. In the last few years, I've purchased 7 bags. I wanted to continue supporting the relatively young company, but this poorly made tote and the lacking support made a decision for me to look elsewhere. read more

I was looking for the perfect bag that could hold a laptop with high quality materials that didn't look like it was only for business. I generally hate purchasing things online without first seeing the product in person, but with their great return policy it put my reservations at ease. Once the bag arrived, I loved it. I was even more excited once I knew they had opened a showroom in San Francisco. The showroom beautifully showcases the bags and different prints. They also have cute treats, and if you're lucky, you'll meet one of the brand's founders there. It's such a great brand with amazing women behind it. But be warned! i have never encountered such a poorly run business. they claim to have an international sales base yet they do not have telephone customer service. they lose orders and when one keeps emailing them they cannot keep track of what you are attempting to state. it is all well and good to make claims and show "celebrities" carrying the bags but that is not what made me purchase two. i returned the both. it took forever to get my returns in order and be refunded. there are so many other sites for beautiful bags out there. the owners here are all talk and flak and have not the slightest idea how to run a company. read more

sent me a defected bag and i had to return it. went to the trouble of packing and sending it back, CS promised me the refund will be processed in 3-5 working days, when i checked in again they said it would take more than a week to get done. no way to expedite the returns despite promise of contacting the refund team / management team and i still HAVE NO REFUND to date. super generic email replies sent and nobody to offer any real help. i highly doubt this issue was escalated and they are just making me wait? did not allow me to do a cc escalation too bu saying it'll take an even longer time. i'm not even sure what to do now except leave this negative review. tldr: do not trust the quality of senreve, nor their refund process. will offer a refund that takes extremely long despite senreve being at fault. poor service for a supposedly luxe brand read more
