I was really looking forward to coming here with my family and a couple of friends. I was so disappointed with the initial booking service. We called in to ask questions a few days prior to us wanting to come in. The woman encouraged us to put a deposit down to reserve our time and date. It was not told to us that the deposit goes away if you have to reschedule for any reason. When we called back to confirm our time and to reschedule the woman was really rude and she made us feel like we didn't want to come anymore. I would recommend coming and signing up when you get there. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your actual appointment time, you're definitely going to lose your deposit. You can reschedule, but you will probably be required to have another deposit payment. I don't think I'm going anytime soon but time will tell read more

What a great activity to do as a family! Whether it's two of you or 10 people there's something for everyone to use their skills. The next time we come here we're going to do it again with more people and create teams. I love how interactive each activity is and how each activity requires you to use your "senses" in different ways. we did this with my bridal and groom party and it was soo fun!! It's a really good time with 4-12 people. Each sense is tested. It's so unique and such a challenge. They take card but get really busy to make a reservation. They do have a bar with a lot of drinks. You get placed in a private room for the game with your friends and family. It's seriously so much fun I can't stress that enough. The first room we did was sense of smell where we smelled smells and had to guess what they were. What's cool is you have a choice of abcd but after your figure out the smell you need to draw the picture associated. It's wild and fun at the same time. The other one is an adult ball pit, and looking at the differences of orange and yellow in the dark is difficult. The next one is where you put the shape associated in the dark this was hard. The next fun one is guessing jelly bean flavors yum! Lastly the last one is sounds and you doing charades what the sound is. Overall a lot of fun and one of its kind only in Reno! read more

We had so much fun working together, laughing, and doing something different. 100% recommend. It was my first time here and did not know what to expect. They allow outside drinks (from within the GSR) but their drinks were so reasonably priced and probably the most affordable of all the places. My one person and I split into two teams to solve for the mysteries/tests using Charades, Pictionary, and taste tests. My only negative comment is I wish it would have lasted longer? And I didn't quite understand the point system. I let my partner worry about the score keeping while I just enjoyed myself so it was a win-win read more

On a business/pleasure trip to Reno, one of my partners and I were able to take an evening out of the room to go have fun together; when we discussed the choices available, we agreed that Sensology appealed to each of us. Host Michael and the two other staff we met there were super friendly when we arrived for our evening game. We won't spoil the games for you, but they're the type of games in which a 12-year-old has as good a chance of succeeding at some of the challenges as a 45-year-old does. Michael was very understanding of my partner's mobility challenges, and was patient as we maneuvered a 4-wheel scooter into and out of the various game rooms.
