Huge selection of kbbq meats and veggies. 3 tiered ayce menu options to choose from and silver always worked for us. There's a ton of appetizers and cooked foods to choose from like corn cheese, japchae, Korean corn dog, fries, tofu soup, steamed eggs, etc. Our server was a bit moody and was sarcastic and threw dishes while putting them down but did make an attitude change halfway through and we finally saw a smile on his face. Place is spacious and not crowded. Only thing I'd recommend is to change the LA Galbi from limited to unlimited cuz rn it's limited even for the highest gold tier menu option. Also they've been out of lettuce for a year now. You can't operate as a kbbq ayce without lettuce that's a crime. ‍

Five stars for service. I have no idea why everyone seems to think this place is so amazing. I highly doubt it's among the best in the Triangle, let alone the entire east coast, as one review enthused. The quality of the meat and the variety available are quite adequate but that's about it. There was nothing at all spicy about the "spicy" meats and all the seasoned/marinated meats were seasoned primarily with sugar and not much else. The portions of everything were minuscule. I understand the need to avoid waste but the servings of banchan amounted to one bite per person. We had to ask for kimchi 4 or 5 times to get anything close to a reasonable amount for two people. Servings of meat and vegetables were barely better. The worst offense was that they had no lettuce whatsoever in the kitchen. This was at lunchtime in a nearly empty restaurant. They didn't expect to have any by dinner time, either. How do you serve Korean bbq without lettuce wraps? It makes just about as much sense as a Mexican restaurant not having any tortillas and not planning on getting any. It's telling that almost none of the dishes used Korean names and the server felt the need to warn us that the ssamjang (more likely plain doenjang) was considered by some to be a little salty. Seol Grille just missed the mark in too many places.

Service was wonderful, check in on the Yelp app ahead of time so you don't have to wait as long because this place gets BUSY! For a good reason as well. Even though this time we did not see the robot which is always cool we did have excellent service. Our waitress was quick and attentive, she always helped in any way she could and make great recommendations. It's pricey but for a nice before surgery for my kiddo, totally worth it! Food is wonderful, we did the AYCE silver meals, the youngest did not eat enough for that to been worth the price but the gentleman made up for it. I would love for them to offer more side options or sauce options. The place was pretty clean, busy and a great place for date night, family night, or group get togethers

Seol Grille in Cary is definitely my go-to kbbq spot! The meat quality is top-tier especially for an ayce. I love beef and pork and I'm always satisfied with their selection. I love that they offer different tier options: bronze, silver, and gold. Bronze actually has a lot of the meats I personally enjoy but I like silver because of the additional side options. The restaurant itself is spacious but this place fills up fast so make sure you join the waitlist and plan ahead. I've also tried several of their drinks and I've enjoyed them all. If you're looking for solid kbbq with great quality Seol Grille is the spot!

Seems pricey for kbbq but I guess they give you the tiers to choose from. Minh was our waiter and they were spectacularly helpful replenishing all sauces, sides, and our grills. Down to helping us remove the bones from the galbi. Plenty of appetizers to choose from and good space at the table. Love the steamed egg option as well.

Seven of us came here to celebrate my birthday. It was my first time here and had no idea what to expect. We sat at a huge table so had plenty of room but it was very difficult to talk from one end of the table to the other. Noise level was very high . There are many different kinds of meats to chose from along with some appetizers and salads. There is a drink menu too that two of our party tried. They have a children's menu but we were shocked at how expensive it was for a three year old who didn't eat much at all. We got several kinds of beef, chicken and shrimp. I didn't like the spicy beef but did enjoy the rest. Our waiter was fabulous, very attentive and friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed cooking our meats and the sauces that were offered. It was a good experience and I enjoyed most of it but the price is too high for me, so I will not return on my own.

As a long time supporter and advocate for Seol Grille...today was disappointing. I was alone but wanted to grab some KBBQ to celebrate a productive weekend. I arrived to a basically empty restaurant. I put my name down on the YELP waitlist. I was the only one in line. The guy handed me a menu and basically tried to force me to eat the "lunch" menu since I was a party of one. After explaining that I was here for KBBQ, he handed me the KBBQ menu. I told him what I wanted he pretended and took is sweet time to try to get me a table when there were so many open. When another couple showed up, he was all kind to them. One thing I dislike most Asian businesses is the fact that they will treat other races better than their own. Yes, that couple was white. I'm prefer not to give my money to businesses like this and rather go elsewhere. Peace out.

Ribeye steak caps, beef bulgogi, shrimp, chicken, corn cheese, soup, onions, 4 kinds of ban Chan, and probably more I can't recall.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Seol Grill. The food was incredibly good. It was fun to cook much of it ourselves using the tabletop grill. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The ambiance was good - not too loud like so many other places. It is a bit pricey- we spent about $40 or so on our meals, but, we had lots and lots (quantity and variety), and, it was excellent. We highly recommend you give them a try! We will definitely go back.

I love this place so much . They are always so welcoming to me and my friends. I've been coming here for over 2 years and has always gotten excellent service. And the food was amazing and delicious. Portions was also great . Thank you for being you

The service is always amazing, changing our grill frequently and topping up our sauces. Highly recommend!

You can get on the waitlist through Yelp to cut down on your wait time. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that you could do this and there were a bunch of people waiting. Luckily the wait wasn't too long. My daughter was hoping the robot would seat us but it wasn't in use. Even though the restaurant was packed, the booth we were sitting at was surrounded with planter dividers and it was very secluded. We were impressed with the staff. Our drinks were kept full and our server checked on us often to see if we wanted to place another order. The staff walked around pretty regularly to check on our grill. When they noticed that the food started sticking to the grill plate, they quickly replaced it with a clean grill plate. My favorite was the Seol Steak. I also liked the Bulgogi but it wasn't as sweet as I've had at other Korean BBQ places. My daughter's favorite was the Premium Brisket which I thought was tender but lacked flavor. There is a 100 min. time limit from the moment your order is placed. I'm not sure how close we were to the time limit, but it was enough time with 4 people ordering several rounds of meat. This will definitely be on our rotation when we visit our daughter & son-in-law. I can see why they were voted Best Korean Restaurant 2 years in a row!

We have 1 picky kid. Will there be options for them on the menu?

They have a kids menu with chicken fingers and fries.

With all you can eat, is it a choice of 2 or 3 meats? I don't understand what you get for $40.

You can get to pick from all the meats on the menu for the all you can eat. Something to keep in mind, if one person at the table picks that, everyone at the table has to choose the same meal plan.…

    Do they have galbi included?

    Yes

Can anyone tell me what the small side dish ingredient is for the item that comes cut in triangles (they are pickled and are a kind of vegetable and are a off white color); they are served with traingle cut Carrots and one slice of a Jalapeno pepper?

Most white veggies would be Daikon Radish

Can I get confirmation if this place is AYCE?

Yes $35 per person, $15 for kids 4-8and free for kids 3 and under all exclude tax Or you can do A La…

How long to wait to be seated?

There was no wait, many tables and a huge community bar style area with burners as well.

My wife and I ended up splitting the kimchi pancake as an appetizer, and we both got the beef bibimbap for our entrees. We didn't end up getting any interesting beverages this time, but there were a few draft and bottled beers available as well as soju, sake, and other variations of alcohol :) Anyway, our kimchi pancake arrived pretty quickly, and it was very tasty! I liked how the green onion was integrated throughout, and the dipping sauce was very flavorful. It looked like it may be a bit spicy but in fact was sweet-ish :) Our bibimbaps arrived soon after, served in hot stone bowls. In addition, they provided six different small side dishes, all of which were very tasty! I really enjoyed the variety, as they ranged from pasta salad to kimchi. Honestly, the bibimbap was maybe my least favorite part of the meal, which surprised me. It wasn't bad at all, with plenty of tasty veggies included, but it didn't blow me away. Maybe I should have added more of the bottled sauce they provided :) Overall, we both really enjoyed our lunch at Okja and would definitely come back!

We let them know there was a birthday and they bought out a piece of cake and sang happy birthday. I paid for myself and my partner but wanted it on one check to prevent my card from being swiped twice. There's a slight language barrier so I don't think what I was saying was conveyed due to my card being swiped twice. Not a huge issue. Overall experience was great. I was good with that because the food was delicious and such good value. Shared 3 dishes between 3 people: seafood stew, ddeokboki, and spicy LA galbi. Loved all of the dishes, all delicious with substantial quantity and amount of veggies. Perhaps what stood out the most was the ddeokboki since that's the best value dish I've ever seen at any restaurant--large in quantity that doesn't shy away in the amount of mix-ins (fishcake, cabbage, green onions, etc). Definitely will be keeping this place in mind for the next time I'm in the area.

While the selection is limited, especially if you're looking for hard to find fresh produce, the restaurant has you covered for standard Asian products. Our go-to (only order) is the Korean fried chicken. The restaurant serves a whole cut-up chicken for approximately $20. If you've not experienced Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) previously, you're in for a treat. We typically order plain, as we've found (KFC) can veer too sweet for our palate - but we are definitely in the minority. The crunch factor is hard to beat. On this particular occasion we mixed, original with a flavored option. I love original/plain but did find the plain to be under seasoned and the chicken weirdly cut up. At any rate, it was still delicious and would recommend. We've tried KFC prior and would order here again, but there is a chain restaurant on radar. KFC: 3.8
