I had a hard time choosing what to order with all the selections on the menu including bibimbap, udon noodles, k-popcorn chicken, rice bowls & more! I ended up ordering the spicy bulgogi salad. After ordering, you are given a "buzzer" and can sit at any open table to wait. It didn't take too long for my food to be ready... Maybe 10-15 minutes. All the veggies (romaine, carrots, corn & cukes) in my salad were crisp and the beef was flavorful and perfectly cooked with a nice spice/heat. I ate my whole salad and was happily satisfied. I wanted to order a cute and yummy looking jiggly bear dessert, but I was too full and didn't know how it would travel the 1hr plus drive back home. this is a pretty good spot for some Korean food. It's not my favorite in Rochester, but they have some pretty good options. I love to get the Biscoff bingsoo which is a cookie butter, shaved ice with coffee. I've also had their strawberry lemonade, which is pretty good. m sometimes I've noticed that their food can take quite some time to be ready, so I don't usually come here when I'm in a rush the staff here is really nice and they also have a great seating area that is super pretty. I do think they are a bit expensive here for what you get as well. read more

I don't recommend this place if you want good Korean food. I came here Saturday 6:30pm and they were busy. The restaurant has a modern look and young vibe with self serving style. Seems they were short staff. The girl at the front was busy preparing and customers had to wait until she was available to order. There is a small tablet on the side to order food as well, but people barely noticed it since there is no sign for it. Food took a while to be ready. And option for regular chicken on all meals were sold out. I ordered bibimbap with popcorn chicken, and turn out it was like frozen popcorn chicken and nothing special. And it is first time I saw bibimbap with lettuce. And the sauce was barely covered anything, not saying if I need to mix with rice. The tteokbokki was the only thing that decent. Desert is ok. We came here because the photos look great! But we were fooled....The food and drinks were not all that great. Drinks were way too sweet. the bibimbap was not very edible because the beef and rice were both very dry - it does not feel like it was made fresh. the ttokboki was sweet and super spicy. The dessert was pre-made.... Very very sweet. I guess the only thing that was good was ramen, but it's really hard to make instant noodles bad lol. read more

Points to this restaurant for being very affordable - only $12 for a meal including a bowl of vegan ramen, drink and a side of tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes). I would shave a point off just because the ramen was served way too hot to eat and the tteokbokki were too spicy (although it was labeled as such on the menu, so maybe I should have just known better). The service was prompt and courteous, and the place has a very nice interior ambience with Asian pop music and neon galore. Despite the unassuming location in a suburban plaza, this is a solid restaurant, definitely worth a visit for some cheap and tasty eats (with good vegan options). read more

Seoul Drop offers generous portions of Asian comfort food at a reasonable price. It's a great spot if you're looking for something hearty and filling. *Chicken Cutlet Curry Rice Bowl: came with a choice of sauce and a side. I went with the chipotle sauce and tteokbokki. The dish included a big bed of white rice, two crispy chicken cutlets, and a scoop of corn. The curry was mild and savory with tender chunks of potatoes and carrots. It was well-seasoned on its own, so the extra sauce wasn't really necessary. I wished there had been something tangy or sour to cut through the richness of the dish. *Tteokbokki: the rice cakes were perfectly chewy and the gochujang sauce brought a nice level of heat. The onions added a touch of sweetness and soaked up the spice really well. *Biscoff Tiramisu: the cream had a strong Biscoff flavor, which was nice, but the texture was a bit grainy. The ladyfingers weren't soaked, so the dessert was dry. I think even a light espresso or milk soak would have helped balance it out. The portion size was generous, though I didn't end up finishing it because of the texture. Seoul Drop delivers on comfort and portion size. I found the Korean-inspired dishes to be the best. I've been wanting to visit Seoul Drop for so long. I can happily say it was worth the wait. Seoul Drop offers an exciting fast casual dining experience. The service is quick. We ordered several items and waited less than 10 mins for our buzzer to go off. The dining room is very spacious with various seating options (tables, booths, high tops) The music and decor is very fun and cute. The decor even offers two photo op areas. Loved the food. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. My favorite items were the chicken gyoza (a limited time offering, matcha cream strawberry drink, teddy bear cheesecake, and chicken teriyaki rice bowl. The drink was a reasonable size too. The bulgogi Kim bap was nothing to write home about. I typically love bulgolgi for its juicy flavor which this bulgogi lacked. Fast casual Korean food in Brighton? Great idea. Combine that with a nicely renovated space and relaxed open atmosphere, even better. They have a variety of food items and drinks. It's a place where I can get some work done on the laptop, while sipping on a strawberry matcha latte and snacking on some kimbab. Low key and almost cafe-like. Food-wise it's been good. Simple presentation, not overly salty and "healthier" portions. Perfect for a quick bite, take out or a lighter meal. If I were hungry or had time to really sit down, I would probably go to a different Korean restaurant with bigger portions and banchan (Korean appetizer dishes). Don't let me dissuade you from going to Seoul Drop though, because it is good for what it is - cafe / fast casual food spot as opposed to a full service restaurant. read more

On our second time at Seoul Drop we came into Seoul Drop to grab some lunch and try their new bingsu! The staff is here super friendly, and the inside is gorgeous with its neon signage throughout. We ordered the chicken cutlet and a cookie butter bingsu! The chicken cutlet was perfect and so crispy! The bingsu was also very delicious, but I think it could use the addition of a sauce of some kind. It's quite pricy at $18 so definitely share it with friends! Overall, a wonderful trip! read more

This is a great option for a quick lunch during work. There is plenty of parking, spacious seating, and the food is out quickly. Casual place where you order and pick up at the counter. We appreciated the videos of some of the dishes playing on the menu screen. This helped us to choose the spicy pork sub, which was good. The loaded bulgogi japchae noodles and chicken gyoza were a nice option without the heat. We discovered that the spicy tteokbokki sauce was great as a dip for the gyoza. The iced chai latte was a great drink to balance the flavors and cool the heat. We also tried the milk and yogurt soda which I liked, but my 4 yo did not. It reminds me of mild carbonated Yakult. I was really excited when I heard that this place was opening. Unfortunately I was not impressed by the food. Portion size was very small and did not have much flavor at all. Meat was chewy and tasted very bland. It has a cute interior but the food did not taste like authentic Korean food and the food was very underwhelming. There's ample seating in there. Got dinner here as take-out; it's pretty close to campus so it's very college-friendly. I like how cute the store looks. I got the Banquet Noodles Meal with the O-dang Soup as the side. The soup side was a bit disappointing - small cup & not a lot of fishcakes in it. If I ordered again I'd probably get the Tteokbokki or the Japchae as my side instead. The broth came separately from the noodles to prevent sogginess. Everything came at appropriate temperatures & was packed well. Seoul drop is the cutest restaurant with great food! They have a good variety of options, and they are reasonably priced. I love the Bulgolgi and kimbap. The desserts are also sooo cute. I tried the chocolate cheesecake bear, and it was so good. It was like a mousse that melts in your mouth, with a delicious chocolate flavor and richness. They cook without seed oils, and as someone with lots of allergies, the menu is very allergen-friendly! The restaurant is also owned by a lovely family! The strawberry matcha here is delicious! The strawberry flavor comes through really well and it's super sweet/creamy. The tofu pockets are also tasty as a small snack but the server did tell me they only serve tofu until 3 pm, including in the meal bowls. There's a small kiosk for ordering, but the team at the front counter are also available for orders and gave great recommendations. Some people were studying and others were stopped for lunch. There is a walk up counter where you order the food. The food options are cheap and the ingredients taste extremely fresh and delicious. Be aware that anything labeled spicy does pack a little bit of a punch with the heat. The tuna options are fully cooked/ not raw tuna. The packaging is mostly eco friendly. I was hoping for more dessert options. The only tiramisu options were strawberry and regular. The strawberry was similar to a delicious strawberry shortcake but I wished we could have tried other flavors. I can't wait to go back when I am back in Rochester! read more

The Person at the counter was very friendly and patient while I figured out what I wanted. I got a shiitake mushroom noodle bowl, which was absolutely delicious and hit the spot on a cold winter night. I tried the cute strawberry panna cotta bunny. It's just okay. You're definitely sacrificing quality for speed. The bulgogi bipbimbap is what I usually get and it's okay. The meat is thin/dry but I like the proportion of veggies to rice. The teokbokki is not that good, I don't recommend. The o-dang soup is surprisingly very good. I do think they need to train up their staff. One time I asked one of the girls what a pandan latte was and she said "I don't know" and just stared at me. Another time I asked one of the girls for a cold brew w oat milk and she told me she didn't know how to do that (I'm not kidding) and I had to tell her that she just puts oat milk into a cup of cold brew. And then she got confused because there is no "cold brew w oat milk" on the menu and I had to tell her that she charges me $5 for the cold brew and then 0.75 for the oat milk as a separate line item. read more

I got the brown sugar cinnamon latte (which was a customer favorite?) and the chocolate bear cheesecake. The cheesecake was SPECTACULAR but I, unfortunately, cannot say the same about my drink. I expected to either taste brown sugar, cinnamon, or coffee when I first took a sip after mixing but all I got was the taste of water with a hint of all those notes. We've been interested in trying Korean food but weren't sure what we'd like. We saw lots of positive reviews of Seoul Drop so we decided to take the plunge. We ordered several meals for takeout and shared. We were not disappointed! First, the restaurant is impeccably clean and very cute. Each thing we tried was better than the last. The Tofu Soup had an amazing, rich broth and was a great way to start. The Japchae noodles were so tasty we could have enjoyed a monster bowl of them. The Kimbap and Bibimbap were also fantastic and we couldn't stop. Desserts were almost too cute to eat and very yummy. This place is definitely about to become one of our new favorites! 3.5 stars. I saw this place on Uber Eats so wanted to try it out. It is a very cutesy new place that opened with a very reasonably priced menu. I tried several things including a bulgolgi tofu pocket, a kimbap, and a kimchi jiggae. The bulgolgi tofu pocket was decent and the kimbap was fine. However, I unfortuntely disappointed with the kimchi jiggae. It was a very salty dish without much depth and I expected more than one or two chunks of tofu, some soft cabbage and some salty sausage. read more

The place is in the S Clinton plaza where Tops and Rita's Italian ice is. Their desserts are so cute. I love their strawberry panna cotta animal dessert, the mold is so adorable as others have posted. Their combos are great and my younger son loves their kimbap. I tried their Mushroom Cream Tteokbokki for the first time and it was quite tasty and flavorful (basically like a Korean cream pasta). Parking is great and seating is ample with an airy atmosphere. read more

Delicious and very filling lunch. We had the Dragon Bowl and the Spicy Noodles. Both were out quickly, and presented beautifully. My husband rarely thinks they've given him enough spice, but Seoul Drop let's the diner control the spice by bringing it separately. This gave him exactly what he wanted. The flavor balance was spot on for me too. The dragon bowl was like a flavor explosion in your mouth, with crab, shrimp and eel. I couldn't have been more pleased. Lovely lunch! read more

It's a bit confusing when you walk in as you can order from a kiosk or the register. But there's only one kiosk and one register. The menu is pretty clear though. The prices are reasonable with good portion sizes and presentation is fun and clean. We also tried a few of the desserts but found them just ok. However, we enjoyed our main courses and will order again. read more
