    Soybean soup and burdock kimbap
    Hannah K.

Seoul Eatery is a quick food spot with authentic korean banchan, soups, and kimbap. I got a few items to share with my husband at home and everything tasted fresh and delicious! I loved the burdock kimbap. The soybean soup had ample beef brisket and lots of veggies! The interior is clean and modern and all of the items are well organized. I regret not buying more items while I was there.

Food was delicious! It was made fresh and hot to our order and was delivered very quickly. All the staff in the shop were extremely kind and welcoming, and the interior of the shop itself was very crisp and clean. A wide variety of food was available at extremely good prices especially considering the quality! Will definitely come again!

I ordered the Fried Chicken Bowl, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The chicken was crispy, tender, and surprisingly reminded me of calamari in the way it ate, light and not overly heavy. What really stood out was how restrained they were with the sauces. There was just enough teriyaki and sesame mayo to add flavor without drowning the chicken. Too many places overpower a dish with sauce, but here the flavor of the chicken still came through. The portion size was perfect for us. We enjoyed a satisfying meal without feeling stuffed afterward, which made the walk home just as enjoyable as the walk there. The restaurant itself was very clean. As someone who always checks the restroom before ordering, I can say the cleanliness passed my test. The dining area was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. We sat outside with our dog, which made for a great evening. The patio is dog-friendly, the staff was fast and friendly, and they brought out refreshing lemon water that really hit the spot after our walk. With music playing outside and attentive service, it created a relaxed and enjoyable experience. One reason I'm taking the time to write this review is because restaurants in this area seem to come and go quickly. This is one of those places I'd hate to see disappear. The food is excellent, the service is great, the restaurant is clean, and it's the kind of neighborhood spot worth supporting. We'll definitely be back.

Super nostalgic. Speaking of nostalgia they were playing all these old school korean and pop hits, it was like a blast to the past in the best way! The teokbokki ricecakes were soooo soft and chewy they were perfect!! and I loved that each dish came with some sides like fried dumplings and the fried shrimp which were all super tasty too! They even have ice cream which i believe is home made and they present it with a really cute dusted logo and its very creamy and nice! I overheard that they may be changing their name soon to Han Shik Dang due to a bigger LA corp making trouble :( but I will definitely be back to support! The owner seems like a great hard working person! TLDR Good food Good Vibes Good People!!

I have to say it was quite a surprise to find out that it has become an all you can spot now. The sweet server told us all about how the ordering menu looks like (you order from an iPad) only 10 items at a time and then once you place your order you have to wait a few minutes to order again. They guide you and prep the grill so you can cook your meat. We tried basically one of everything. I loved most of the meats, some I could do without. Overall the restaurant is pretty spacious. Decoration is nice and I just loved how excited and enthusiastic all the workers were to serve you and give you all the information you needed about what you ordered. I guess they even offer a membership so if you go eat at other Chubby meat locations you get discounts over time. I look forward to coming back again, since they seemed a bit frazzled trying to get all the orders in. But I love the hustle!

You can order a la carte or if you have an even number of guests, you can order from the combos (good for 2 people to share). We ordered the Ran Combo and it was plenty of food for 2 people. The meat quality was top tier and each bite left me wanting more. I'll be back to try the more premium option next time! They also have beer and sake to enjoy with your food.

I came with my American friend who considered it gourmet food, so here we are. It is not my first visit here, and probably won't be my last either. For one thing, it is really convenient. I can't remember the last time I've to wait for a table here. It has a large private/party room that can accommodate 50+ people. Service at Asia Buffet is actually quite good. Used bowls and plates are cleaned promptly. Reasonably priced buffet is a good place for someone like my wife who doesn't eat much and enjoys variety. It's good for me in the sense that I can have what I like instead of finishing off leftovers of what she ordered. I usually start with a bowl of hot and sour soup, several types of sushi and seafood. I particularly like its seaweed salad, beef rib, button mushrooms, and vegetables. Fresh cut fruits, pastries and soft-serve ice cream are a pefect ending to a happy meal.

There is something for everyone :) They offer pizza, fries, chicken, sushi rolls and even Cajun boil! I really enjoyed all the various things that I sampled. The chow mein and fried rice was good. The egg roll wasn't my favorite but their sushi variety was great and I enjoyed it. Was thrilled to see they also have edamame. The seafood boil was probably my favorite- such a good flavor with a kick! Especially loved the corn on the cob. They also have an enormous amount of fresh fruit, cookies, pastries and even ice cream. The service is really good and they are consistently coming by to check on drinks and picking up plates. I really appreciated that. We came on a Sunday around 2pm and it was busy but we had zero wait time for a party of 7. I saw that you can reserve a table if you call ahead. Overall this is a great place if you're looking for all you can eat that tastes good and has a big selection.

First, parking wasn't bad. The shopping center isn't that big but it's not a busy center so I don't think it'll ever be an issue. The restaurant itself was clean and simple. Very mom and pop vibe. They have a good amount of seating. Restroom was very clean. Service was good, I had no issues. Please be patient with the staff as English is not some of their dominant languages. Staff was trying their best to help everyone. They were constantly checking in on us, refilling our Banchan, I thought they did great. Food was yummy and portions were huge! My friend and I shared the crispy garlic tofu. That was fresh and hot and not greasy! I enjoyed it! She had the Garlic Seolleongtang and she loved it. You saw the chunks of garlic, they were generous on the meat and the bowl was huge. I had beef spicy tofu soup and that was delicious and so filling. They were extremely generous on the tofu and I felt like I definitely got my protein intake in. The spice was just right, it looks so red but it wasn't that bad! I would definitely come back. It's a mom and pop shop I would support. I think it's underlooked and needs appreciation. My husband is from Irvine so we'll definitely be back next time we're in town visiting family.
