First of all, I wish their website mentioned that they take reservations!!! I think we lucked out getting a table for 6 on a Friday evening, without a long wait. The food was VERY good, though I did find the Bibimbap to have more meat than any I've eaten before. Is that a bad thing? In my case, on a hot summer day, yes. But I don't get many chances to have it, so I ordered it anyway. The service was good (efficient and friendly). The ambiance was cute, very reminiscent of Korea. Dinner, drinks, goooood food! Located in downtown Quincy, on street and public parking is available. Dining space is very limited, always best to grab a reservation. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They will walk you thru any questions you have. Watch some K-Pop music videos while you wait. Menu changes each week, so we always check in advance via their Facebook page to see what the offerings are. Also check out the rotating dessert menu for interesting ice cream options! This place is EXTREMELY overpriced for what they serve. Yes, it is the only Korean place in a 80+ mile radius but for what they give you it's not worth it. The menu is pretty small and missing a lot staple Korean foods like bibimbap. A lot of the foods have a Japanese or Chinese influence. The food is not very spicy and extremely under seasoned. It is missing a lot of the key umami components in their ramen and bao buns such as seaweed and sauce. I got an appetizer and main dish for myself and afterword I was still hungry. The service was good but don't expect any substitutions. The place was also extremely crowded on weekends and loud. read more

Seoul2Soul is truly a treasure in downtown Quincy. I love the rotating menu items; however, the quality of each remains spectacular. When asked if one could swap out one of the traditional spoons (served with a broth based dish) as well as the existing spoon on the dining table- due to sensory needs of the guest- staff went above and beyond to find a suitable substitution to meet the guests' needs. I ordered for pick up the other day because I was craving some ramen. But they change their menu every week so they did not have ramen, they had soba! I'm from a bigger city with different variety. But since I'm here more, I am trying to find different things, such as this place. Which really caught my eye. It's totally different than everything else in Quincy. So unique! It's a little place on a side street. They have a bar and limited seating. I ordered some boa buns and soba and it was so good! I totally recommend giving this place a try. Korean fusion? Ok let's check it out. First of all this place changes the menu every week so it hard to recommend anything. I think the KFC, for you noobs that Korean fried chicken, is a staple. It comes with rice and daiken. Very good. I would love to try more of the menu. read more

Talk about a breath of much needed fresh air in Quincy. The food here is absolutely fantastic. For the Korean BBQ purists, keep in mind "fusion" is in the description. Their Korean Fried Chicken wings reminded me of my favorite Korean restaurant in Vegas. Everything else was a perfect and unique take on traditional Korean BBQ here in the midwest. A lot of the meats have a smoked taste to them which is a great! The Bao Buns specifically deserve the 5 stars. I cant wait for social freedom so I can actually sit in this restaurant on a Friday night. If this is how they are doing take out, their in person dinning will be outstanding. read more
