Service is always great here. I have had problems with the items that I purchase here though. On more than one occasion I purchase items and they are broken or used. It's happened at least a handful of times and it's very frustrating. Probably because it's a smaller Sephora they are out of items often. They never have stock especially if you're light brown/tan/beige etc. I've been on several occasions and anything that is like foundation, concealer/highlight or contour/bronze without making us look orange/red is NEVER here. I stopped by this Sephora in search of an eyebrow product. After I searched by myself to no avail, Abigail was super helpful in finding the exact product and the exact shade I needed! This is a really great location because it's convenient and you can swing by if you're grocery shopping at Sprouts. However, this store does not carry everything Sephora has. They don't have the full line of Dior here and they don't carry Gucci makeup. In any case, still a great if you need to swing by to pick up something in a pinch. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. I came in to get shade matched for a new foundation and the girl who helped me was very knowledgeable in her recommendations. She even offered me samples and not once did she push me to buy anything, which I really appreciated. I needed help looking for a swatch similar to a lipstick I had (which no longer exists) and she helped me find a very close match to it. Laila gave me different options to choose from. I had the absolute worst customer service from someone who claimed they were a manager. Another manager stepped into fix the situation. Don't go here if you want to feel intimidated, bullied, or made fun of . All of the rude tones and the constant eye rolls and the attitude and the instigating lady who claims she was a manger with glasses all of that is absolutely unnecessary. The worst shopping experience I have ever gotten from a Sephora store. Immediate walking in with a friend someone greets us with a side eye pause and unenthusiastic greet. We find our aisle and searched for our own products. I was greeted by three different ladies without moving a single step which was so funny. They all wanted me to need some kind of help? The manager or whoever could not have been more creepy. She stood an aisle away and spoke/raised her voice at me to get my attention, "do you need help??" As I was just grabbing for an item I intended to purchase. I walk around to find my friend and she was just there standing in the open aisle near the checkout with her eyes on me and followed me to the register and stood behind her employees watching me. It felt very off honestly. I don't mean to sound rude but I felt intruded and very sick. Please leave your shoppers alone and stay in a visible place, we will find you for help. Maybe hire security to do this work, they will actually stop the shoplifters AND GIVE better customer retention rate. This place will profile you. This Sephora location needs to hire new employees and apparently managers as well. The customer service here is atrocious. You're either not greeted at all (because the associates think it's social hour) or harassed with employees following you around. They ask you if you need help and if you do they give you an attitude the whole time because you're asking them to do the job they were hired to do. I shop here regularly and every time it's a negative experience. I leave upset because the employees are rude and have a stank face the whole time. They seriously act as though I'm asking them outrageous questions, when I'm simply just asking where a product is in the store. Isn't that your job???? To help customers?? Why are you making a PAYING CUSTOMER feel like a bother. Today I went in a. The manager with the glasses made a snarky remark to my mom, and I had to bite my tongue and not respond to her. Horrible experience!!! I went with my mother and no one bothered to greet us and acknowledge us. Sephora really needs to work on their customer service. I was color matching my mother for a foundation and the girls working there were just looking at us. Not once did someone come up to us. Once we found a foundation we moved on to the fragrance section. A young lady with glasses approached us and asked if we need help. She was the only one I seen helping people. Let me just say the workers were nice and friendly. One in particular was named Ticky! She helped me out so much in finding products for my acne prone / combination oily skin. Along with giving samples to try. She's very friendly and helpful. Super approachable to ask questions & very informative. The store itself was also very clean and organized. I wish I remember the girls name that was helping us, but she was so nice she was very helpful and not pushy at all! My girl got the tan cream that was sold out everywhere so she only got two. If you have eczema. I suggest that cream, it's call skin is fix! She has pretty bad eczema and this is one of the very few products that helps her a lot.
