I tried to call Mid Rivers / Mexico pharmacy, was on hold for 10 min. although there was only 1 caller ahead of me. I took the call back option, when they called back they hung up after two rings. I called again, I drove to the location, which is 10 minutes away, and they still had not answered. Totally unacceptable!! On flip side pharmacist was very helpful and was able to transfer meds to this location. She was excellent!

I've been needing a new eyeliner and looked at the Ulta brand liquid eyeliner. I was browsing through the other aisles and an associate asked if I was looking for anything, and I asked for their recommendation for liquid eyeliners. They took me to the Lancome section to show me the Idole Felt Tip Waterproof Liner. I really loved the color payoff so I switched that. I also found a Kpop Demon Hunter face mask so I popped that in my little cart. Check out went smoothly, but the store feel overstuffed with brands was overwhelming so I might stick to online shopping.

I had 2 procedures done by him, one being breast augmentation. Every single person was very welcoming, friendly, and made sure I was well taken care of and felt comfortable! They quickly became like family as I went through a tough time prior to my procedure when my dad passed. They really wanted to get to know you and weren't there just for your procedure- they were there to take care of the full you! I was extremely nervous getting my first procedure done but Dr. Copeland explained everything, answering all my questions. He really took the time to make sure you knew the process and what to expect afterward. His knowledge and expertise were exceptional and what you need in a surgeon. His bedside manner was equally exceptional. I had no issues with either of my procedures and I absolutely love what I got done! My results are amazing! He makes sure he knows exactly what you want and gets the job done! Anytime I felt nervous about something, I would call and they would get me in right away. If I get anything else done, I will definitely go to him and I highly recommend you do too, especially if you are a worry wart like me. I had a surprising experience at Bath & body Works at MidRivers mall today. While I was browsing…read morearound, I noticed a red sign that was being displayed that said buy three items, get three free. The sign was above the products that I wanted to buy, so I was very happy. I did see other signs up around the store that were blue that said buy two products and get one free. I assumed it was for other products since it was displayed in other areas. The display I was looking at had a front display full of items and a back display full of items. The red sign was facing the back display, the items I was looking at. After I selected my items, I paid for them. But as I was walking away, I realized the total seemed pricier than what I had expected. I thought maybe she had rung my items up at the buy two get one free price, which she had. So, I picked up the red sign that was in front of the display I was looking at and brought it to the counter. Another lady, possibly a manager, said was the sign facing outward. Obviously it was facing outward because I could see it and read it, and it was right in front of the items I was choosing. She said that this was not the promotion that the store was using right now. When I asked if they would honor the sign that was clearly displayed in front of the items, she said no. She said the blue items signs were the ones that they were honoring, despite the fact that the red sign was clearly visible to me and anybody else that had walked by it. I said that was very disappointing. I started to walk away and then I realized I did not want to do business with a company that does not honor sales signs that are clearly visible to customers. So, I returned the almost $100 items I had previously purchased. They were pleasant, but I still do not think that it was good store policy and they lost a fairly large sale. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. But, I don't think that it really bothered any of the sales people or manager in the store to lose a customer.
