Apparently, this person blatantly said the words "I hate old people" to their young coworker within earshot of her. Wasn't very helpful and they didn't answer her questions nicely. She said that the cashier had dark hair with orange bangs and a goatee. I went in myself shortly after and was instantly grossed out. The overwhelming smell of beef and onions hit me in the face along with the explicit heavy metal blasting on the store radio as soon as I stepped inside. The cashier I spoke to had red hair and was friendly enough but person my mother-in-law must have dealt with was there too only different hair and they barely acknowledged me except for a rude interjection when I asked a simple hair dye question. Overall, I'd probably buy from Ulta instead or just purchase my products online and pay the extra few bucks shipping.

She was very knowledgeable and eager to help. She recommended several products. All of them worked and my hair is an even ash blonde and brown. After I give my hair a rest I will be going back to buy products for highlights, I will make sure this particular employee is working there when I visit!
