My friend recently visited Japan so she wanted to stop by to show me their popular haircare products. We ended up spending a whole hour here and I've added more products to my wishlist for the near future. I also walked out with a purchase and can't wait to try it. They do have a bunch of testers so it's nice when you can do that versus hope that a product work if you're buying something internationally online. It seems like the items are a little bit more expensive than online, but I guess it's the cost of doing business and person, labor, and shipping as well. She immediately stopped her conversation to say hi to them. Once when her conversation finally ended, she walks over to the customers and tells them to let her know if they needed help with anything then proceeded to go back to the counter. At that point, I understood what was happening and I decided to exit the store because I did not feel comfortable shopping somewhere where I wasn't welcome. I have shopped here multiple times and spent a lot of money on the products because I wanted to support a smaller company that carries a lot of the products that I use on my face. I am pretty bummed that that happened at the store since I have had good interactions with some of the other workers.
