Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado. 0.95 fluid ounces for $60.
    Daniel B.

This new Sephora opened on March 3, 2023 in Atlantic Station. It replaced Loft (Ann Taylor). My wife, mom, and sister are Sephora regulars. I've lived in Atlantic Station since 2005. My wife said Sephora coming to Atlantic Station was long overdue. Needless to say, this location is convenient to us and other residents and workers in Midtown and Westside. Our first visit was back in April. Then, unsurprisingly, it felt like the employees were still in training and new. Service was fine. My wife, mom, and sister like the makeup and skin care products here. My wife says it's fun to browse. The one product at Sephora my wife got me regularly using in recent years is Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment. It's an avocado eye cream. One 28 mL jar normally costs $60. Unless I'm running low, we'll stock up when Sephora runs special sales or their semi-annual sale for 20% off. My wife has also found deals on Kiehl's, such as buy-one-get-one-free, elsewhere at places like Nordstrom. I used to use another eye cream brand, but my friend stopped selling it. It was about the same price. Kiehl's has been good and I continue to use it daily. Parking in the Atlantic Station garage is free for the first 2 hours. For Sephora, I suggest entering the garage from 16th St NW. That will put you on level P2. After going through the gate, make a left and then a right into the deck. Park near stairwells 8 (you'll see 8 first) or 11 and take one of those stairwells up to Sephora. You can also park at Publix and take the elevators up. This is all in the green-colored area of the garage. At the time of writing this review, there are five Sephora locations in Atlanta inside the perimeter (ITP).

For the past several years, visiting the Roswell and Atlanta locations was an absolute highlight--we'd stop by and always leave with 2-3 new bottles after hours of delightful discovery. The core joy of this shop was the freedom to explore and stumble upon a new favorite scent. Unfortunately, that experience is dead. Indiehouse has transitioned to a membership-based experience that hides a significant portion of its inventory behind a paywall. At the lowest tier, you have to pay a $50 fee just to be allowed to sniff the fragrances--fragrances that were previously accessible to any visitor. This business model feels entirely elitist and completely betrays the spirit of niche fragrance exploration. It turns a fun, welcoming shop into a walled-off, gatekeeping experience. We used to be reliable repeat customers who spent hundreds of dollars here annually. Now, we feel priced out of even browsing. If you're looking for a refined experience of exploration and discovery, you won't find it here anymore unless you pay the high price of admission. We love to support local but now it seems we will be strictly taking our business online for future fragrances buys.

I would never just "pop in" to go to this Sephora but if I'm making a trip to PCM for some other reason, I will kill a few birds with that stone. Which is what happened on this most recent visit... I'd purchased a concealer online that was way too light and needed to return/exchange for another color that would be best to swatch/test in-store. Although I realized in advance that I was outside of the 30-day window by about a week, I timed my trip around visiting family, knowing that we were going to hit up PCM. Thankfully the Charlotte Tilbury rep was hovering in the area and she helped me to identify the best shade for what I was looking for. When I went to the checkout, the sales person pointed out the 30-day policy -- btw, turns out that it is 30 days from the date the order was purchased, doesn't matter that it took an additional week to actually arrive at my house via shipping to even know that the color was wrong. I could have sworn I saw on their website that items beyond 30 days could be exchanged, up to 60 days, but that's not what the staff member at the register said. However, without me having to escalate, he automatically went to get the manager. She did not want to let me do an exchange but I was both polite and persistent and she finally caved, allowing me to do this as a "one-time" courtesy. This Sephora is not as expansive as other ones and didn't have the limited edition Sol de Janeiro my niece wanted, for example. However, if you need to stock up on your favorite items or you're already in this shopping center, this Sephora is a good option.

This area is extremely busy and congested. It's hard to find parking on street but there's a garage for once it fills up. The inside of this Sephora was packed. There was so many people shopping around. I was looking for Loccitane and unfortunately this location didn't carry this brand but their other stores do. The perfume that my friend wanted was also out of stock so she was unable to exchange her gift. I can say that the staff was very helpful with trying to help me find what I needed so thank you for that.

Located at the Krog Street Market, the interior aesthetic reads industrial storehouse meets white-washed farm living room. Exposed high ceilings painted black with spotlights, hanging 60s style vintage lamps, a lacquered wooden canoe suspended mid-air and a large lightbulb arrow sign add a quirky vibe. Products include kitchen gadgets and serving ware (hand towels, plates, bowls, measuring cups, cocktail accessories, glasses, handsoap), books (travel, art, history, food/recipe, coffee table), Georgia-related souvenirs and packaged food gifts (candies and chocolate, cookies, puzzles, etc), gifting paper (like cards, gift wrap, gift bags), candles and home decor items (wall art, prints, bookends), and some seasonal holiday items that fall into above categories. They carry Lucia candles which are one of my favorite candle makers in terms of elegant home fragrances, though I only saw their seasonal fir/evergreen scent which unfortunately wasn't a love. Price range falls into the higher end so not an everyday shopping kinda place, though I'd recommend for an occasional treat or place to buy a nice souvenir. Staff seemed helpful and able to provide recommendations. Parking is available street side in the neighborhood.

Ehh, not the best, but it is definitely worth it and it was free. I was invited here for a real estate event. Don't know how I got on the list, but I'm not going to question a free experience in the A. This place is divided into two sections. One section for body scrubs and butters and the other for candles. We chose the candle experience. It was really fun! Very engaging and interactive. There was plenty of staff readily available to assist you with any questions you had. Regular price would have been $43.56 per person, but even then it would have been worth it. The whole experience lasted an hour or two if even. You'll have to forgive me, there was some alcohol involved in the process which made everything all the more lively. The owner is the sweetest! She made sure to connect with everyone. The candle aroma oils were expansive and you could quite literally create just about anything and everything you could think of, including any of the premade candles (available for purchase) on the walls. The best part? You get to name and keep your candle to take home. 10/10 ATL experience. Highly recommend.

Whether you're planning a girls' day, date night, or solo reset, this is the spot. And yes, they also offer body butter and candle-making classes (which I'm already planning to come back for). Bonus points for being Black-owned, woman-owned, and so clearly rooted in community and creativity. Atlanta needs more places like this!
