This body crème has a great fragrance and makes your skin feel so good! It has guaraná extract.

Went to pick up a few things during lunch today. I like how the store is full of everything on your wish list. I was greeted as I entered then a young lady came along to see if I needed help as my hands were filling up. They don't bombard you but allow you to shop comfortably. I was able to get body crème, lip gloss and concealer and when I checked out I was given 2 free gifts. I appreciate the friendly customer service. They're a little pricey but beauty costs.

I had the most amazing customer service experience today with Sapphire! She helped me with such a fantastic level of detail and attention to find perfect production to enhance my summer glow! I left feeling empowered and knowledgeable about how to tweak my makeup routine to beat the Charlotte heat!

My latest visit to this sephora was pleasant. I was greeted at the door and asked of I needed any help. I encountered two more employees while shopping and they all asked if I needed help. The last lady was the manager and I was really impressed that she was out on the floor helping customers. I've also taken a makeup class here. I highly recommend, I learned a lot from the class I took.

The place smelled so nice and they had so many options of oils, soaps, incense, natural hair products and more. The workers were very welcoming and helpful. The prices also weren't bad. Will definitely be back.

I rarely leave unfavorable reviews, especially for a business that I have patronized for years, but…read morethis experience was disappointing enough that I feel it should be shared. I will start by saying the customer service and products have always been phenomenal here, this is what kept me a customer of theirs for so many years. This experience is definitely worth their customers knowing and making their own decisions about how they spend their money. I recently sent my son to TAJ Essentials to purchase the fragrance oil I have bought from this business many times. I told him that I normally pay approximately $50 for my bottle. He relayed that information when making the purchase. When I received the oil, I immediately noticed that the bottle was half the size I normally receive, yet I had still been charged $50. I contacted the business because I initially thought there had simply been a mistake. I was told that their prices had increased. I certainly understand that businesses periodically raise their prices. My concern is not that a price increased--it is the substantial difference between what I was charged and what the business was advertising. I went directly to the TAJ Essentials website to verify the pricing. At the time of my purchase and complaint, their website showed the 16 oz Miss Dior Rose & Roses fragrance oil for $50 and the 8 oz bottle for $35. My receipt, however, shows that I was charged $50 for an 8 oz/240 mL bottle. I provided this information and the screenshots to the business. A manager later contacted me and explained that their prices had increased and that they were in the process of changing the website. What concerned me even more was being told that if I ordered the same product through their website, I could still purchase it at the advertised website price, but because my purchase was made inside the store, the higher in-store price would stand. That explanation makes absolutely no sense to me. If a 16 oz product is publicly advertised by the business for $50, while an 8 oz bottle is advertised for $35, I do not believe a longtime customer should be expected to simply accept being charged $50 for the 8 oz bottle without clear disclosure--particularly after bringing the discrepancy directly to management's attention. I gave TAJ Essentials the opportunity to review and resolve this before leaving a review. Unfortunately, after speaking with both the owner and management, they chose not to correct the matter. I am attaching the photographs, website screenshots, and my receipt so that anyone reading this review can see exactly what I am referring to and make their own determination. After years of patronizing this business, I expected better communication, transparency, and customer service. Price increases happen. Charging a substantially different price from the price your own business is actively advertising--and then telling a customer that the advertised price is available online but not for the purchase they just made in your store--is an entirely different issue. That is why I am disappointed, and why I am leaving this review.

GREAT EXPERIENCE, BUT OUR CARS WERE BOOTED DUE TO UNCLEAR PARKING INFORMATION…read more My date and I genuinely enjoyed our experience at Note & Accord. The fragrance making session was fun, unique, and a great date experience. The actual experience itself deserves a great review. Unfortunately, what happened with the parking completely changed how the evening ended. My date and I actually arrived approximately an hour early. We parked in the back parking area and remained there for the entire hour before our session. No one approached us, told us that we couldn't park there, or warned us that our vehicles could be booted. Had we known, we obviously would have moved our vehicles and parked on the street. There were five couples in our session, and several of us parked our vehicles in the back parking lot. My date and I drove separately. At the end of the session, we all went outside and discovered that our vehicles had been booted. The other guests stated that they had to pay $250 per vehicle to have the boots removed. I paid cash and was charged $200 for mine. Either way, this was a significant and completely unexpected expense. What bothered me most was the lack of clear communication BEFORE the session. My date made the reservation and did not receive an email advising him not to park in the back lot or warning that vehicles parked there could be booted. What was even more frustrating was that at the very END of the session, the owner mentioned the booting situation and told us that we should have parked on the street instead of in the back parking lot. By the time this information was shared, it was already too late, our vehicles had been booted. If the owner was aware that vehicles parked in the back lot were subject to being booted, this is extremely important information that should have been communicated before guests arrived or, at the very least, at the beginning of the session. Not at the very end. And my biggest concern is: What if someone didn't have an extra $200-$250 available to have the boot removed? Not everyone can unexpectedly come up with hundreds of dollars on the spot. Imagine enjoying your evening and then discovering that you cannot leave because you don't have the money available to have your vehicle released. That could put someone in a very difficult and stressful situation. The fact that we were sitting in the back parking area for an entire hour before our appointment without being warned, combined with multiple guests from the same session having their vehicles booted, makes the lack of clear parking instructions even more concerning. This could easily be prevented by putting a very noticeable warning in every booking confirmation: DO NOT PARK IN THE BACK PARKING LOT. STREET PARKING ONLY. VEHICLES PARKED IN THE LOT ARE SUBJECT TO BOOTING. I want to be fair because we truly enjoyed Note & Accord and the fragrance-making experience itself was great. However, spending money on an experience and then walking outside to an additional $200-$250 expense per vehicle is an awful way to end a wonderful date. Hopefully, management takes this seriously and makes the parking restrictions unmistakably clear to guests BEFORE they arrive, especially since the booting issue was known and mentioned by the owner at the end of our session. For anyone planning to visit: DO NOT PARK IN THE BACK LOT. Confirm exactly where you're permitted to park before going inside.

I went into the store looking for answers -- and man did I find them!! When I first arrived Jaliza greeted me with a smile, asked me if she could help, took the time to hear my concerns and then helped me pick out products that were right for me. She educated me on proper use, and what I might expect after starting use. In the past I have used and liked the M-61 exfoliating pads - so I was drawn to trying other items from their line. I have sensitive acne prone skin and have always struggled to find products that would keep my acne at bay - while also not creating new issues. I'm now using the M-61 PowerGlow Pro+ Cleanser every 3 days and my skin is just radiant! I was thankful that she told me not to use it daily, as I think it would really dry out my face.. but it works like a charm! 10/10. I was suffering with really deep blemishes along by chin, and struggling to treat them.. now I'm preventing them. Took a total 180!! She suggested the M-61 blemish lotion for spot treating, I think this product really helped to reduce the blemishes I had in the beginning, it worked really fast but wasn't overly strong. Lastly, I decided to give the M-61 tinted perfect sunscreen a go.. it's been great! I'm not one to wear foundation, I prefer a light tinted sun protection in its place. The line is 100% paraben free, synthetic fragrance free, and allergy tested... she knocked this one out of the park! I can't wait to visit her when it's time for a new supply to see how else she can improve my daily routine.
