    Recycling station for empties
    Amy G.

This location does get very busy, depending on the time of the day. But from the few times that I've been here, the employees have been helpful so I have no complaints. Something new that Sephora added to certain stores is the "recycling" option. Certain locations like this one now have drop-off stations to recycle your empty makeup or skincare bottles as long as you wash and clean them beforehand. It's a great addition in my opinion.

10 employees roaming around with 8-9 people in line and just one person assisting customers.

Top area is my skin and Janaya matched my lower half perfectly. It was so smooth and natural. "Make up forever" Foundation and powder.

Janaya helped me today. 5/9/24 I was waiting to get color matched. she happened to walk by and asked if I needed any assistance. she color matched me and suggested a formula in foundation and powder that would auit my skin type, color and age. she made a great match to my skin. I got her help with my eyebrows. She is helpful, very good at makeup and was eager to give great customer service. Thanks Janaya!!!

If you want to feel discriminated and be profiled, I highly suggest this Sephora location. Dina and another blonde lady surrounded me in the hair section and pulled my basket from my arm to see if I had taken a SAMPLE hair serum. I have never felt so humiliated. I am a Fremont resident but usually go to the great mall Sephora because the energy is always so heavy here. I'm always spotting secret shoppers watching me and they tend to follow the younger crowd as well as POC. Never knew the beauty space could be so ugly!

I'm writing this review to give credit to Tiffani on 2/15!! I needed help picking out several makeup items, and she took the time to match and test everything with me. I already had a few brands in mind, but she recommended the Caliray primer and Patrick Ta blush (my shade was out of stock that day), which was a suitable replacement for the previous brands I used. She was patient and super helpful, and she made sure to check on other customers while still coming back to help me finalize my choices. I appreciate her time and excellent service! Also, I didn't catch her name, but there was a beautiful Black woman full of energy helping several customers with products I was testing as well. (I noticed her walking all over the store, as was I.) It was pretty warm in there, but her I noticed her Makeup was still matte, so I had to inquire what product she used. She was super sweet in answering and recommended the Makeup Forever primer; I haven't used it, but I trust her recommendation based on her Makeup that day. Overall, this location is convenient; stocking is a hit or miss, and customer service was average before this visit.

Sephora on Christy St. In Fremont is hands down the best Sephora I've ever been to. Usually Sephora employees look like they're too busy to help me but at this location there were a good ten employees or so working. One employee was so helpful showing me the different Urban Decay eyeshadows that I was interested in. It was the first time I actually felt like a Sephora employee, actually many of them, offered to help me as I was seen staring at the UD eyeshadows. Thanks so much Sephora Fremont on Christy St. Planned on just window shopping but ended up purchasing a few pods. I'd like to highlight the attention that I was given during my visit, thanks again!

Do they give samples for foundation? There's a foundation I want to try but I don't want to buy the whole bottle before I try it in my face.

Yup! You can either walk in or schedule for a free appointment if you're squeezed on time and want it personalized!

This perfume in retail is usually $150 (sephora, macys, nordstrom). In the box, I found the code cut off with a razor and superglued on the side. Viktor & Rolf would not go through all the trouble to do such thing. I left the store for 5 minutes and opened the box and I was so angry! Went back and demanded for a refund, Product has been tampered with and they said no. My boyfriend lawyered the guy, saying we would bring this to a small claim court. This product was tampered and could be a counterfeit. It's illegal to sell a counterfeit or was false advertisement (thinking the perfume was real.) The sales guy was so stubborn but we were more stubborn!! So eventually he called his boss and gave me my full refund. Store credit or exchanges? Hell no. Other products are probably fake as well.

Makes absolutely no sense to me. It always holds up the line and if you are the one looking at the fragrances everyone is on your back. 1-Star Review - Marshalls at Fremont Hub…read more We have been loyal Marshalls shoppers for years, and my wife especially loves shopping there--particularly now that she is pregnant and we are nesting and looking for baby clothes and other baby-related items. Unfortunately, our experience at the Fremont Hub location today was extremely disappointing, primarily because of the conduct of the store manager, Lourdes. I am a disabled veteran with multiple surgeries involving both ankles and my knee, as well as a back injury. Because of chronic pain from these injuries, I sometimes need to sit and rest while my wife shops. Today, I sat in the furniture/chair area for approximately 6-8 minutes while my wife was shopping nearby. Lourdes approached me and said, "The chairs are for buying, not sitting." I have been shopping at Marshalls for years, and this was the first time anyone has ever told me that customers cannot sit on those chairs. There were also no visible signs indicating that customers were prohibited from sitting on the furniture. What made the situation particularly frustrating was what happened immediately afterward. Once I stood up, a family of four took the same seats. Lourdes walked past the area multiple times and clearly saw the family sitting there, yet she did not tell them to get up. I then asked another employee if I could speak with a manager about what had happened. I soon realized that the manager was Lourdes herself. When she approached, she apparently realized I was the customer who had asked to speak with the manager and then asked the family to leave the seating area. When I questioned her about the inconsistent treatment, she explained that the family was sitting there because they were feeding a baby. While I understand that may have been the reason, the issue is that she had already seen them sitting there multiple times and did not say anything to them, while she immediately approached me and told me I could not sit there. I also explained that I am a disabled veteran and that, because of my injuries and pain, I sometimes need to sit and rest while shopping with my wife. Instead of acknowledging the situation or simply apologizing for the misunderstanding, Lourdes became dismissive. When my wife tried to explain my situation, Lourdes interrupted her and said, "I am not talking to you, I am talking to him." That interaction was extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. My issue is not with the other Marshalls employees. In fact, the employees we encountered at this location have generally been very kind, friendly, and helpful. My issue is specifically with the way Lourdes, the store manager, handled this situation. If there is a store policy that customers are not allowed to sit on the furniture, then there should be clear signage and the policy should be consistently enforced with everyone. If exceptions are made, customers should be treated with courtesy and respect rather than being singled out. I hope Marshalls management reviews this incident and provides better guidance to store managers on consistent enforcement of policies, customer service, and treating customers--including disabled veterans--with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, because of this experience, this location has left us with a very negative impression. 1 star.
