First time at this location, there are spreading across LI like wild fire. I was a little nervous bc the area isnt the most diverse, but whoever is the hiring manager knew their assignment. As I waited to helped i noticed the staff was a very mixed group which sort of made me comfortable. I came in and was quickly greeted by Antonio who was multitasking. This sweet angel got my pick up order and my extra purchase together in less than 5 mins. The store was pretty busy with WFH scammers enjoying the weather but Antonio hooked me up and got me right out the store. We love Sephora.. but not the Oceanside location. The employees there are not nice at all. Not helpful . In fact , you ask for one thing and advice on how they think it looks on you .. " nice .. you can keep looking , I'll be around here " They do not want to be there . Today , my wife went in to return something that they screwed up. There was no line at the main register. A nice man pointed to the front mini register to offer to go there as he thought no one was there . But there were 2 people . She had to rush to pick up our son to go to the Dr. a nasty woman , named " Lizabeth" came over to her and spoke into her microphone in front of everyone ," we have an impatient woman here , can I open the other register ?" In front of everyone . The store was not busy at all . All my wife asked was if there was an open register available for her . Disgusting how she was treated . People in the community do not like that Sephora and there have been lots of complaints . Management does a terrible job in that store . Time to clean out your employees! Recently a close friend told me about this new location, so while in the strip mall today I decided to browse and purchase a new skin care line of products. I have been researching the best products to purchase from Sephora so I had LANEIGE and Clinique on my list. I sampled different lines and checked out my true match from Rihanna's famous Fenty Matte foundation line. These ladies here aim to please ! Everyone was so friendly and helpful here ! I took some samples on to test out before I commit to purchasing items. I left the store with Sephora's skin care set for $25. It's originally a $40 value. There box sets are perfect as gifts this season ! So affordable they even have a fragrance collection gift set. I'll definitely be back for it. read more

Pros- the girls there are knowledgable regarding cosmetics, actually they all go out of their way to find the right product for you and are very friendly, great location, outdoor shopping area, not mall inside. Cons- you can't touch anything! you can't even try the perfumes, you can't pick them up and have to wait for someone to spray it for you because of their strict Covid rules, that takes the fun out of Sephora! if you even try to pick up or touch an eyeliner, someone comes running at you, telling you to put it down. And they sell JLo products which makes me not want to return. read more
