    Shout out to Cole who immediately ran to my rescue while the other employees stood around at the front door chit chatting. They didn't even greet anyone, they were standing in a Lil girls club, chit chatting. ‍ SHOULDN'T YOU GUYS be "welcoming in customers" and asking if they need help instead of chatting and gossiping? Very unprofessional!!! Cole was amazing, deserves a huge raise and 6 months off with pay!! Cole approached me with open arms and professionalism. Cole helped match my radiant summer skin to more Fenty products since the current ones that I wear, has now been discontinued which happens often, to my shade of skin (with different products). Thank you so much for having a Diamond such as Cole, at this location otherwise, I would've gone elsewhere. Shame on the group of gossiping employees upfront... training recommendations please!!! There's plenty of parking on site Thanks Cole... you really should be a Manager of this location because you definitely deserve it!!! Thanks for all of your help Cole!! YOU ROCK!!! YOU personally deserve 10 stars. Cole even tried to save his peers by trying to come up with an excuse as to, why they weren't greeting and helping customers( as I told him that it was too late since he couldn't come up with a good reason) Lol Good try !!! I wish that they worked on commission because I would've taken out a loan, bought the entire store out, just to show Cole how much his AWESOMENESS HAD on me for providing great service. Thanks Cole

    Amazing store, Fully stocked with lots of goodies & products to try. If you're a facial/body product person, you'll LOVE this location. Great energy & vibes. I love how everyone makes you feel special, especially Gabby.Thanks for helping me find the products I needed & your great recommendations.The store is located in a center called the Biltmore Plaza Center & there's lots of great restaurants, shopping & fun things to do.Great out door location & plenty of parking. The store was VERY clean & well organized.I'll definitely pop back in when I need skin care products :)

    Received excellent customer service from Be'Jean during my visit. She immediately asked me if I needed help upon entering the store and helped me pick out the perfect shade of tinted sunscreen. She also took the initiative to add the shade to my Sephora account , which I haven't noticed any other Sephora employee do that. She was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you Be'Jean.

    I always plan ahead to make sure my item is in stock. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist when needed. The location is perfect. Near all the shops and restaurants you need. I love this location!!

    I have never worn foundation in my life, and I didn't know where to start. I walked into Sephora and I was greeted by three lovely sales women . Toni carefully listen to what I was trying to accomplish and did such a nice job of showing me different products and finding the right shade for my complexion. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate her and the rest of the staff.

    Idk if the parking is free here..? So, I drove down to where I saw regular-looking and parked there, instead of the parking closest to the store. I came here because I ordered perfumes online, very risky lol I mean, I've learned what notes and accents I like for the most part. But, one of the perfumes I ordered, I absolutely detested it! Sadly, it was the Love, by Killian, Don't be Shy fragrance. I only bought it because I saw that it was one of Rihanna's favorites perfumes. But, I didn't like it at all. I even tried smelling it at different times throughout the day because I thought maybe I did or ate something that was throwing the scent off, but no, it just smelt like that lol it so, I was a little disappointed because it had so many great reviews, and I LOVE RiRi, but hey, that's life. But, before I made the trip to Sephora, I used the app and contacted customer support via chat. They ensured me that I could return or exchange the item, no problem! I was delighted to hear that! When I made it inside, I was instantly greeted and asked if I needed assistance. 2 ladies helped me find a perfume that I liked, but, I sadly didn't get either of their names. But, they were a great help! It took awhile for me to find something I liked, as I'm very picky with fragrances. After spending about 40 mins in the store lol I finally found something I wanted! Surprisingly, it was that new Prada fragrance, Paradoxe. I was sooooo happy I was able to make an exchange to get something that I enjoyed because I would've cried real tears if I had to keep that super expensive, stinky perfume lol so I'm super appreciative Sephora let's you easily make returns and exchanges whether or not the purchase is online or in-store!

Luckily, several people on the sales staff confirmed that indeed the sample color was completely different than the product that I had purchased. They explained that the "tester bottle may have oxidized," and there was no actual shade that matched the sample. YET they refused to give me my money back because the full sized product had been opened. What kind of customer service is that? Never shop here unless you know exactly what you want and/or don't care if they keep your money.

The purchase was a big bust, I returned it about a week later, and a different worker was there. I politely explained the issue and expected I would be offered a credit/refund/ or store credit in some reasonable amount. Instead, she was not interested in doing the right thing, was defensive, and said I was unclear about my complaint. My complaint was straightforward and clear. When she sensed that I was confused by her "argument," I just pivoted and said, "ok, that is a bad decision by you". Some people should not have front-facing jobs. They should work in a warehouse, communicating with software and forklifts, away from the public. This frumpy gal would probably be a great forklift driver. She has no business in customer service - she may own the shop, and that is even worse. That section of 7th Ave is full of nice mom and pop stores with nice folks = not Lotions & Potions. There are plenty of similar stores nearby - GO THERE!

Already assuming I have never been in a cosmoprof. After I say to her that I'm looking for travel shampoo and conditioner she continues to ask me if I'm a licensed professional. Now mind you for those who don't know this store is only for licensed professionals. Which I have been for 15 years. I proceed to let her know how rude it is to assume because I'm a man that I don't belong there. How do I know it's because of my appearance is because this isn't the first time it's happened. Now it's never happened right when I walk into the door but it's happened. I also know it's because of my appearance since my wife is an esthetician and she has NEVER been asked that question. Every woman I know in the industry has never been asked before either. So the idea her explanation of "I ask all new faces that walk in" is complete BS!!!!! I choose this industry because it's suppose to be a business of no judgement. Yet the store we need to go to buy our supplies judges. This women wasn't resentful or sorry for judging me. She was full of excuses and reasons why she did what she did. There's nothing more annoying than someone who can't just own their mistakes. And she was full of them. She had no interest for a suggestion to maybe treat her customers better. Again with an excuse. As I walk out of the store it reads on the door "licensed professionals only" I think to myself and look back and say to the women it even says it on the door. She either assumed I couldn't read or I was going to try and get the products without a license. Either way she thought I didn't belong. I have been to dozens and dozens of cosmoprofs. From Seattle to Phoenix and by far this women was the peach of them all. Avoid this store at all costs. Maybe they won't make any money and will have to move on from what seemed to be a manager that is tanking a store.
