Taylour did an amazing job of explaining every bed and how to use them correctly, the different membership levels and all of the different lotions to a degree that I have never seen before. If I asked a question there was not a blank stare looking at me with a hesitant answer that sounded a lot like I dunno but somehow I have a bottle of something in my hand that is perfect for exactly what I want! Amazing! I have visited two locations so far. The second one I would not rate a 5 star but that is because Taylour was not there. On to a happy warm spring. When the first thing out of her mouth was we close in five minutes I then said I oh, I guess I'll go for five minutes which I was totally joking, thinking that she would know goes for five minutes when they already have a good base tan...It does nothing. But I guess ya can't assume someone has a sense of humor let alone a brain these days cuz that's what she put me in for. Even after I said, no I don't want a silver, but that the gold makes more sense cuz 12 minutes is less than the full 20 in the silver( just trying to hurry and help them out) . Just to be sure we were on the same page I called once I got in the bed and talked to Maddie. She said that she could not stop the bed when it's already started and after five minutes was up, she would not add another seven, but that they were closed, she got off the phone with me and turned the machine off after only three minutes of being in there. And then standing in the room, not dressed yet, but wanting to confirm that's what was really happening, I said something thru the door and her response was not only that she's not going to turn it back on but also that's she's gonna have to ask me to leave. She was horribly rude. I know that I wouldn't want somebody like this working for me!! Pick your people better desert sun!! I just hope you guys do the right thing and give me a credit for that 3 minute unpleasant experience. If you do want costumers to be out of the store before then, then close your doors earlier, cuz I was not out of line here, she was!!

The facility: super clean and insanely welcoming. Mary gave me a tour and showed me the "red light", cocoon, gold beds, diamonds and so on. Then she showed me the different beds, what makes them different and why . Also they have a teeth whitening area and a spray tanning section as well !! It was really perfect ! Mary: she gave it to me straight I'm from Long Island and I hate scammy reasoning and "why I must join" jargon, Mary helped me find a package to try. Which I'm doing the 1 week for the price of one session. Which I then brought 2 small packets of lotion that she picked out because in my opinion they know what works and what doesn't. I loved that she told all the pricing and packages and what came in them. I told her that I'll be using them religiously! The tanning beds were top Notch , I'm used to older beds that I'm just dying in from zero fans . These were amazing ventilated and I kept cool the whole time while getting a bomb tan ! After two days I already see a wonderful difference and feeling great about myself !

She took the time to explain everything and steered me away from services I wouldn't need and even recommended more cost-effective options where necessary! Simply an awesome experience! Multiple types of beds, spray tan, and women's sportswear/activate wear, swimwear, and hitting the beach wear. 100% the BEST tanning experience in the area!
