I came here in the winter for my first ever spray tan for a formal ball I attended. I was nervous to be orange and streaky but I was bronze and glowing! Absolutely shocked with how perfect it was and wish I could do it all winter long. The sweet young woman at the front desk helped me feel confident about the process and helped me pick a solution that would look best. And she couldn't have been more right! This place let me tell you, I was so excited this place was So close and wasn't an annoying chain. I walked in and felt welcomed and like I belonged. AMY was the sweetest thing I've met, she was so helpful and not rude or annoying like I've had with previous places here. It is super close to where I live and shop and get my nails done and go grocery shopping and I will continue I'm so glad I went to this place. They are quick and it is super adorable in there. It appears this is the only tanning salon in Graham, so in dire need of some color I stopped in. The staff is friendly, the beds are clean and I went during the weekday afternoon so it was easy to get an available bed. The prices seem reasonable, but as mentioned earlier they don't seem to have competition to compare against. My only caution here is that the staff doesn't wear masks, so if you're highly sensitive to mask wearing, be advised. Other than that, yes ok. read more

Shine on Tanning is hands down my all time favorite tanning salon. They are not your average salon. They are passionate about what they do, and their customer service is next level good. You won't find another salon like it. It's a cute little boutique and every time you stop in you can't help but go straight to the wall to see all their new stuff. I have bought lots of hats and jewelry from them and I get compliments all the time on it. Their spray tans are life! They do not smell and your tan ends up being a bronze color without any hint of orange or stench! It lasts for two whole weeks!! They offer a daily special, so keep an eye on their Instagram to see what it is that day. The owner Candace is a sweetheart and knows her stuff. She makes you feel so special every time. I came her on a Sunday a few weeks ago because I saw they had sunless Sundays for $10! Absolutely loved the decorations of the whole place and how clean everything was. The girl up front quickly got me signed up and explained the machines to me. She was so sweet! I got the clear spray tan level 2 and loved the result of it! I'll continue to come back every Sunday! Only thing that sucks is how far away it is from where I live. But I definitely think it's worth it!! I have never been hooter with a tanning place before! I can't tan to save my life but i love spray tan! The woman up front is so nice and helpful and explains everything really well. The spray booth is also amazing! It's open if you're claustrophobic like me, and the first time I've walked away actually feeling dry! You dont even use a towel! Beware EFT charges!! Told the lady at the counter we would no longer be comming in due to moving. The girl said no problem I'll make a note in your account. There were 2 of us doing the same thing. She only put the note on one of our accounts not both. I hadnt realized they had been charging me for 6 consecutive months. (Because we closed it in person) When I asked for them to give me my money back they said no. Becuase I didnt sign a paper. Let it be known that they are saying I canceled on the 3rd of December which was me calling saying wtf and out of all the calls and the in person cancellation in June they never once gave or mentioned anything to me about signing something. My sister law didnt have to sign anything and she cancled on the same day and time as me. They can see I haven't even walked in the door for 6 months because I haven't lived in the area since before June!! BEWARE if your stopping your memebership make them give you something in writing!! Cause when they take your money they laugh and hang up in your face. I waited 2 weeks to talk to the owner Candace for her to laugh an hang up on me. Saying im being unreasonable asking for my money back! I canceled in person her worker didnt hand or tell me about signing anything, she didnt put a note on my account like she said she did. Whats unreasonable is take someones one for a service you did provide!!! Even now as they said my call on the 3rd counts as me canceling I have still never been given anything to sign! So apparently a signiture to stop them from taking your money is only required when your asking them to return what they had no right to take in the first place! I tried to dispute it with my bank but Candace has clearly done this before thus the saying I canceled in December when I cancled in June. She told me if I cancled in June it would have been noted. I then told her that I did cancel in June and her girl dropped the ball. So candace then says will if you did do it then we would have it noted. Im not fucking lying why would anyone give a business 150.00 if they are not under contract and they dont go or live in the area. Cant even fix a mistake made by her own people! I aslo have to cancel my cards right before christmas!! Thank you shine on for taking money you were not entitled to! Thank you for not putting your customers first and fixing a mistake made by your employees!!! My SIL was given her money back because the note that was supposed to be placed on mine account too was put only on hers! They can pull up records of the exact time and date we were both in there, they can see the note on SIL account and they could have pulled video to show us both there talking to the girl working about canceling!! Honest people correct mistakes by their employees not take someones money for a service they didnt recieve. All of this because the girl at the counter didnt type out on dam sentence! Have only done the spray tans with them as I don't like actually tanning in beds. Always looks good & not fake. It's the best spray tan machines I've used. And I like the Sunday special they have for it. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. They are also so sweet every time I have come there & have awesome shirts/accessories to buy. read more

I have been to many tanning salons and this is clearly, hands down the BEST place! The salon is clean, the equipment is new and the staff is friendly and has knowledge about all of the equipment. They offer a military discount and the items sold in the store are spot on with the theme and area we live. Unfortunately I still have many tans to use at the place up the street but once they are done, Shine On will be my new place to tan. Two thumbs up to the owner and I can't wait to become a regular. I've been going to the Orting location but was super pleased to see they opened one even closer to my house! Both salons are always super clean and well accommodated. I'm very pale and was super worried that I'd look orange after spray tanning but the sunless machines they use are the best! The formula is organic and has never made my sensitive skin irritated or break out. The employees are always friendly and are knowledgeable to help you out if you're new to tanning. This is the only place I've been recommended to go to and I will likely never go anywhere else! read more

Yes, I gave it 5 stars. This tanning boutique is beautiful and super clean! I love the theme! It's in a great location with easy access. This was so important to me because I was looking for something closer to home without all the crazy traffic. Prices are comparable to the chain tanning salons, cheaper even, definitely cheaper when it comes to upgrading. There are plenty of options if you change your mind or package. The staff was helpful and very friendly. They weren't trying to sell me on anything or everything, no surprises. And last, this may not be a big deal to some, but I appreciate when I don't have to walk through a group of folks gossiping and discussing date night while I'm trying to just get in and out.
