This is the location I frequent the most. The girls at the front are always smiling and friendly. The rooms and beds are clean. They are well stocked with a variety of lotions and the girls are good at mentioning any promotions going on at the time. I like that I'm able to use my saved up rewards bucks on products. read more

My 4 yr old daughter and I were driving down 410 and she started choking on a piece of candy:((. I quickly pulled in front of Seattle sun tan business, luckily by the time I stopped, she had already thrown up the candy and her dinner:))). What. A. Scam. Blatant refusal to show you any paperwork you're forced to sign upon starting a membership forces misinformation which the company will turn around and say has been disclosed to the client when it hasn't. Even after you have cancelled your membership they will continue to pull $5 out of your account monthly, which will never be given back to you in terms of a refund or in store credit. And when you dispute this, they will tell you they have the documentation but never actually show it to you. They break state law by not requiring each individual to have a pair of tanning goggles with them at all times. I've been in twice to cancel and yet they have continued to charge my account. (Take a look at the Better Business Bureau for the company and see how nasty they really are in dealing with customer disputes.) They are in it solely for the money. Don't do it. read more

I went in after getting a little too pale from working so many hours in my office, haven't been able to get outside too much lately. I stopped by to get a Sun FX. I was helped by a lovely young lady named Kristen. She was very polite, knowledgeable and courteous. She helped me pick out a great new lotion and did my spray tan beautifully. I went into today for a spur of the moment spray tan, service was great. place was clean and tidy. no issues at all. i did have to pay for some tans but i expected that, thats why i went there :) she offered me all the deals and prices and I went with something that suited me and my needs. I don't typically go to this location but its nice to know its there. read more

I've been a member since Jan 2015. The ladies that work there are always friendly. They are very knowledgeable about the products and are able to find the lotions that are right for me. I think they are a bit pricey but it's not enough to have me look elsewhere. All in all I recommend Seattle Suntan. read more

As far as tanning salons go, this is my favorite. You can do a one month unlimited with the regular level bed for $29 a month without signing a contract. I appreciate that and the beds are always available when I go in. read more

They took over desert sun and lost my pre paid spray tans. Kylee even expressed she remembered me buying them and it was not used but there gone now. The only thing she said she could do is e mail customer service about. Kylee was extremely rude and rolling her eyes the whole time I was talking to her. I have been a client for 7 years now and have always been extremely happy. The girl's are always super nice and helpful. My issue is I was told about 9 months ago or so that they would be getting new beds so they were not replacing bulbs.....well no new beds and no new bulbs???? Still???? Why???? I feel that is bad business and not right! I pay the membership every month plus buy packages.....a lot of packages! So can you please put new bulbs in your Bonney lake store? I should not have to go to other locations to get good bulbs when I live and work in Bonney lake. I am very disappointed!!! If you are not getting new beds then please replace the bulbs. I have been a customer of Desert Sun for many many years .. Recently Seattle Sun Tan took over & I have became very unhappy ! Today I went to tan at the Bonney Lake location. I usually tan in a level 3/4 as my membership allows. The girl working there told me they were having power issues and they only had three beds that's worked, none being the bed I use. Due to this, she said it's not my fault so she said she would allow me to tan in a level 5 bed since that bed worked. I told her I appreciated that and I would wait. As I was waiting for the bed to be available another girl that worked there came down the hall to the front counter. The first girl told the second girl why I was waiting. The second girl looked at me and said "we can't accommodate that for you. It's not going to benefit us if we allow everyone to upgrade, sorry. You can go to another location." (Like going to another location is convenient for me.) I then said ok and walked out the door. (Didn't want to say anything rude) This is upsetting because of how they handled the situation. The two girls said something completely different to say and made me feel like I wasn't wanted. I have never had an issue when it was Desert Sun. Customer service has gone down the drain ever since Seattle Sun took over Desert Sun. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I didn't want to cancel my membership, but it appears I will due to the lack of decency around there.. read more

I recently decided to try this tanning salon after I had a bad experience at my previous one. The young lady who helped me was so helpful and sweet. She made choosing the correct package easy! The beds were very clean and the staff is amazing! Make sure you ask for Emily you can't miss her she's so sweet and so gorgeous! Glad I made the decision to switch to Seattle sun tan! read more

The Bonney lake location has the best beds by far, it's a little disappointing seeing the girls working all alone by themselves so late at night and seems dangerous. Other than that I love coming in because the girls are always so happy and sweet! read more

In past they have been extremely pushy each visit to purchase their products. It makes me feel very uncomfortable. Because I don't come in often and don't want to make a scene, I overlooked it but still bothered by it. I just want to get in and out and when I want to purchase I will. Noticed the last couple times they did not push me. Maybe they have received the same message from others. read more
