Craving dessert randomly late one Tuesday night and stumbled upon this nice dessert cafe while on the area. It's a nice sized store with plenty of tables inside and some stool seating that faces out to a busy street which is always nice to watch cars drive. The vibe was very chill and mellow at the time i went, great for reading a book or bringing your laptop to study. This place offers a variety of teas, coffees, ice creams, cakes, and croffles on their menu to name a few. I went with a single scoop of their Pandan Ice Cream which costs $5.50, but you get 5% off if you pay by cash or venmo. The service was very quick and the server who brought my ice cream out to my table was friendly. The single scoop was a generous portion and it came with oreos which was a nice surprise. The flavor was right on point, not too sweet, but you can still taste the pandan in each bite. I'll have to come back next time to try their other desserts!
Sundays call for brunch aaannnddd coffee dates. I've had this spot saved for a while and finally got the chance to check it out. Parking: Free parking lot. There's a small/medium parking lot. Finding a spot can be easy. Ambiance/Environment: The interior is very cute. They have a decent amount of indoor seating. There's a small den with a booth-ish seating. There are regular-height tables and chairs and shorter tables and chairs. It's a studious environment but also a nice spot to hangout. Service: The cashier that assisted me was simply efficient. Throughput was quick after ordering. We only waited about 12 min for everything. Drinks & dessert: The menu can be overwhelming. They offer small bites, desserts, milk teas, coffee, fruit teas, teas, yogurt, blended drinks, etc. Although the photos of the drinks look appealing, the presentation doesn't match. I was told they no longer offer drinks in a glass even if you're dining in. All drinks are in to-go cups. I got the Truffle Coffee, Vietnamese Black Coffee (with no sugar), and Egg Cream Toast. If you prefer your drinks strong and bitter, then the Vietnamese Black Coffee will be perfect for you. The bear on top is absolutely cute. Make sure you drink this properly - always let Vietnamese coffee sit and don't slurp it in two gulps. Hence why there's a lot of ice. The Truffle Coffee tasted exactly as it sounds .. I thought the flavors were okay, but I believe truffle should only stay with savory dishes lol. The egg cream itself was thick and creamy. I was expecting some fancy french toast along side with it, but it's literally just toasted white bread. Pricing: More on the expensive side for coffee in OC. I'd come back to try their other drinks bc they all sound appealing. I wouldn't get the egg cream toast again.
I really think the less than satisfactory reviews are from not knowing how to order here. I talked to Alisha at the front who is here mornings and went over recommendations based on my preference (less heavy/sweet, dark roast/strong coffee). Desserts are impressively made in house here. The ingredients are top notch for desserts and coffees. I would skip the baguette stuff and just do dessert and drinks here, unlike my first visit.

Came here with my dad for some coffee after lunch on his recommendation. Now my dad is very hard to please when it comes to food and drink - particularly Vietnamese coffee. He spoke very highly of this place which is all but a guaranty of quality. Sure enough, I was very satisfied with the coffee, it's on the stronger side which is perfect to me. I had iced while he had the hot. We were helped by Alisha who was very friendly. Very cozy, classic coffee shop vibe. Pay with cash / zelle / venmo for 5% off! Also free wifi so come here and enjoy some good coffee and desserts to relax or do some work.
September is an adorable cafe with plenty of seating and sweet/savory food options for studying or catching up with friends! The desserts are both made in house, and I'm normally picky about desserts but theirs are light, airy, and not too sweet which I loved. The individual decor on the drinks were the perfect cherry on top. we got their matcha cherry blossom (not too floral), tiramisu coffee (coffee base + cream top) and mango yakult (so refreshing/slightly carbonated). For foods we chose finger foods like the precut cream cheese garlic croissant and bread sticks (ham, cheese, pork belly!) with a crispy exterior. Favorites were the desserts!! I loved the berry choco mousse and passion cheesecake. We also got the oreo and tiramisu bunny since there's a buy 3 get 1 free promo! overall the price is amazing considering everythings made in house, and the staff are so sweet and attentive.
when I say every corner in this place is aesthetic I am not lying. Me and my fiance decided to stop by on a lil lunch date. Service was very nice and friendly, and there was lots of seating room inside. Menu was big with very aesthetically pleasing drinks. We got a biscoff latte and an iced matcha. The drinks came with these cute bear shaped ice cubes on top. we got a sampler platter w/ beef spaghetti, quail eggs, shrimp udon, bulgogi salad & garlic cheese bread & these cute hamster cheesecakes/mousse. Overall I definitely recommend this spot out for a date/study session.
Wow, the two drinks I got were so delicious that I wrote a review right away. I originally just ordered the Tornado Biscoff Latte to go, but they accidentally gave me a watermelon lychee tea too. My husband let them know it was a mistake, but they let us keep it. The Biscoff latte is strong, just how I like my coffee -- not too sweet -- and you can really taste the Biscoff in it. Every sip had yummy chunks of Biscoff. The watermelon lychee tea was also so refreshing and delicious. I would probably ask for it less sweet next time, but the flavor is perfect and captures the fruit flavors beautifully. The service was great, and the ambience is beautiful. There are great photo ops -- some ladies were even taking pictures with the décor.
An adorable cafe nestled in the heart of Westminster! The interior is absolutely adorable! Lots of plants, natural wood, and trendy furniture. There's also plenty of seating for coffee dates and lounging! In the mood for something fresh, I got their Barbie Yakult! Tart, light, and refreshing, this drink ticked off all of my boxes. Also, they have the cutest teddy bear ice molds- 10/10 for presentation!
September Coffee Shop is literally my GO TO spot rn the interior is SO cute and aesthetic, every corner is nice. the seats are comfy and perfect for studying I always get so much done here the vibe is chill but not dead quiet, just right. also the workers are super nice and will adjust drinks however you want which I LOVE overall just a really good place to sit, study, and relax. 10/10 recommend

We had seen this place before and finally decided to stop by to try their drinks. We ordered the Pandan Bac Xiu, and we also asked if they could make a strawberry matcha (not even sure if it was on the menu). Both drinks were honestly so good and super fresh. They have so many drink options that we didn't even know what to pick. I seriously want to come back and try everything on the menu. We also ordered a small dessert on the side and that was really good too. Also, the place itself was beautiful. The interior was uniquely designed and it was genuinely such a nice and relaxing spot to sit in. Overall, everything was amazing. Definitely a 10/10. read more

Came with a friend after dinner. Parking is easy since it's in a plaza. Place is super cute for pictures and spacious with a long row of tables on the side. We ordered the mango jasmine macchiato and matcha strawberry mouse cake. Both were okay, nothing too crazy to comment on. They were pricey, which makes sense considering how pretty they look. I believe the drink was around $7 + $1 for the bear on top. The matcha cake was around $8 yet it was quite small. I would recommend this place if you care more about aesthetics. read more

Stepping into this coffee shop was like entering a dream world. The decor is adorable and there are numerous cozy nooks, and plenty of room for seating. With an extensive menu featuring everything from specialty lattes to fruity teas and craft cocktails, there's something for everyone. This place is a must-visit. We came in on a Sunday morning, we arrived just as they opened and had the place to ourselves. This coffee shop has won my heart, the vibe is unforgettable! But most importantly... the coffee was soooo good. I can't stop thinking about the iced coffee I had, it was DELICIOUS. read more

The interior is spectacular, you feel like you're in some modern era Joshua Tree looking house, the kind you waste $300/night on at an airbnb for glamping. At least here you can enjoy good coffee and treats for way less. I opted for a tornado latte which kind of has biscotti mixed into it so you're drinking crushed biscotti with coffee and what not. Felt weird texture wise but taste wasn't all too bad. I'd probably go for a traditional latte next time. The sweets were moderate at best. Some pistachio cake things, some cute bunny mousses, some other sugary delights. I'd be lying if I said they were life changing. Honestly the vibes were more memorable than the desserts and coffee but hey, worth a stop if you happen to be in the area with nowhere else to go! read more

The drinks, presentation, and vibe are all amazing. I will say that the vibe does add to the price. We tried the Bac Xiu, Ube Latte, and the Black Sesame Cream Latte, and everything was sooooo good. First of all, super cute little boba shop with interesting flavors! For my birthday celebration with my family, my cousins thought boba and dessert would be nice, so we dropped by September since my friends kept mentioning it. Interior inside is nice, I like the stone features, but they add lights and their own little cozy accents to make it a great space. There's a lot of seating, but some of the tables might be difficult for use. They're aesthetic pleasing, but not so functional if you decide to get more. We ended up with the wooden table as you see in the pictures. It's cute though and makes for great photos. Service is top tier. Our server/cashier was super sweet and super nice. Friendly and upbeat, who had great recommendations. As for drink wise, my cousins enjoyed their drinks. I got the Soursop tea which isn't normally seen at any other boba shops. Not many people know what it is, but it's really different and I enjoyed it. I highly recommend coming here on a night out with girlfriends! read more

Cute cafe / dessert spot in the heart of Little Saigon, Westminster. The desserts and drinks are aesthetically pleasing; very picture-esque and instagram-worthy. Extensive drink list with a variety of desserts to choose from, including daily offerings. Creme brulee (4/5) - creamy custard goodness! The torched sugar on top was the perfect touch. However, the frozen berries were a little off-putting. Flan (4/5) - get this if it's available! The texture of the flan was smooth and wasn't too thick or dense. The caramel syrup isn't too sweet and complimented the flan. Again, the frozen berries threw me off - it was hard and didn't have enough time to thaw. Passion fruit cheesecake (3/5) - the cheesecake was a little dried out and the passion fruit flavor was too tart. I recommend getting a pot of tea to balance out the desserts. They'll refill your hot water for the tea upon request. Great and quick customer service! Can get pretty crowded where finding seating can get tough. read more

Came here today to get the X-Mas bear bottle, forgot to take a picture of my caramelized coconut ice cream, but here is an older picture of it from when we go! The drink to the right is the same as the one in the X-mas bear drink! As always the ice cream and drink are amazing, perfectly sweet and never lets me down! I always drive out to eat in Westminster and when I go for dessert I always come here to satisfy my cravings! read more
The service here is amazing :) I was greeted and acknowledge right when I walked in. And she explained the menu and also gave me some recommendations! The music isn't blasting- which is a good thing. Relax and enjoy the drink and the vibrant deco. Extensive menu with ice-cream and banh mi too. Gen z majority environment right in the heart of Bolsa. Nice place to hangout Service is slow. This place is definitely worth visiting!! Workers are more than welcoming and friendly. Great place to study with seating and outlets. Food and drinks were delicious. This place has such a fun tropical vibe, with awesome decor that makes for great photo ops. They really put a lot of effort into the setup. The drink has a nice caramel bits to it mixed in with the coffee which came through nicely. It was was loaded with a Biscoff cracker and the cutest little ice bear on top. read more

Super cute place! My friends and I walked in pretty late and the lady working at the register still took her time to help us choose what drinks to get. We also got a free polaroid pic to post on their wall and to keep :) I got the ube cloud coffee and pandan ice cream, both taste wonderful! read more

More than a gimmick-- the drinks and desserts are actually really good!! I wanted to find an after dinner dessert place that both I and my two kids would enjoy (so I needed a place that offered drinks with no caffeine.) Kids got the watermelon yakult and sunrise smoothies, and the grown ups got the matcha latte and the vanilla berry mousse (shaped like a little mouse ) They were all really super tasty!! September Café is such a fun and whimsical spot if you are in the mood for cute drinks and creative desserts. Their menu is packed with specialty options, from flavored lattes to colorful teas and even desserts served in mini bathtubs. We stopped by after dinner nearby since the café is tucked into a lively plaza. The drinks here often come with playful touches like ice bears or foamy art, and I was a little worried ordering to-go might take away from the presentation. Honestly, they still managed to deliver a fun experience even in the plastic cups. I noticed on the screen that one of my drinks was upcharged $1 for a bear topping that was already pictured on the menu. Not a big deal, I even asked if I could pay another $1 to add a bear to my own drink since happiness is worth a dollar. The cashier was kind enough to say yes, but in the end only one drink actually got the bear. It was close to closing time and the cups were filled to the brim, so I did not want to cause trouble, but just a heads up if you are particular about getting those add-ons. We tried the regular matcha and the cherry blossom matcha. Both were tasty and on the sweeter side, but I appreciated that they let you adjust sweetness when ordering. Overall, a cute café with a lot of personality and perfect for a quick stop if you are in the area and want drinks that double as a photo op. read more

Looked very nice inside and easy to locate bunch of parking. The cashier seemed nice at first then she kind of got pushy?? Or wanted to rush to us next in line but the people in front of us were still standing at the register. We were waiting for them to move when they were done and she was gesturing her hand little rudely and raised her voice a bit saying SIR ARE YOU READY. Even tho the people infront of us still standing there. Anyways we got the drinks I had a matcha latte and boyfriend got a egg coffee. The matcha latte is dairy free but they put whip cream on top ? . The egg coffee was okay too wasn't alot of the drink, mostly the egg foam part. Afterwards me and boyfriend got a tummy ache. I didn't finish my drink either i threw it away didn't taste good. The drinks look cute i guess. read more

I stumbled upon September before heading to my shift a few days ago and loved it! Such friendly service and I got the tiramisu coffee which was SO tasty! The workers came by and offered me water too while I was seated and working. There's a few outlets if you're looking to do some work there! The ambiance is very pretty and they get a lot of natural lighting. read more

This was such a cute and cozy find! Their ice cream hot pot is so fun and unique -- it comes with 4 scoops of ice cream, 4 mochi, and lots of toppings that you dip into warm melted chocolate. It's definitely something fun to share with friends or enjoy solo if you're feeling indulgent. They also have adorable drinks -- I tried the Strawberry Matcha and Tornado Biscoff Latte, both topped with little bear-shaped ice cubes. Not only were they Instagram-worthy, but they tasted amazing too. On top of that, they offer pastries, cakes, dumplings, and noodles if you're looking for a full meal. Plus, they have free WiFi, so it's a great spot to hang out or even get some work done. Overall, such a unique spot with great vibes, sweet treats, and friendly staff. I went 23 days ago (and left a review) and they still had it then! It was about $30, I believe.
Do you use any peanuts/peanut products in your drinks/food?
We are a peanut free cafe. However we do have almond, so almond was processed in the same facility as peanut.
Good place for studying? Any plugs?
There's a lot of seating that would be great for studying but there are not many outlets.
