He assessed the situation, gave me an explanation that I could understand, was patient with my questions, and walked me through his plan. He also gave me options to consider like adding some external outlets because I didn't have any, but also because he needed to create a new circuit and this would make it easier to monitor if the circuit tripped. Never pushy. Just seemed like he genuinely wanted to help and provide a solution that would work for me. The job itself was done very efficiently. Dan was prompt, finished in the time he estimated, checked in and gave me status reports. Love that he also paid attention to small details and cleaned up after he was done. His team was excellent and worked quickly to restore our power (replaced the weather-head mast and updated our main power box). His estimate was $1k cheaper than other electricians that wanted to come the following week to restore our power. I called several electricians and most were unavailable for 2 weeks. I got a reference to Felipe and called him, and he was able to come out that same day! He diagnosed the problem quickly and determined that my old knob-and-tube wiring in some areas had gone out, and I needed a dedicated line to refrigerator and other areas. They completed the job in 3 hours, and also made one small fix that got the rest of my lights out and outlets working throughout the house. And it was all for a very fair price. He will be my goto electrician from now on!
