12/6/25 Crispy Basil Chicken! $22.95. So yummy!!!
    Aileen C.

After my massage appt on 12/6/25 at Elements Massage. I decided to walk across to this Thai restaurant to have brunch here before I went shopping at Traders Joe's in the same market area. Upon entry, there was a gentleman that greeted hello from a distance and saw me taking pictures of the place. I did respond that I was taking quick pictures and he responded with ok. I was done within a minute. He seemed to have disappeared and didn't return at all. This I found to be strange. It was almost five minutes. I flagged another female employee and whilst she was approaching me. The initial gentleman appeared and asked if I wanted to be seated in the bar or the dining area opposite the bar. I advised that dining in the bar section was sufficient. I sat at one of the dining tables. The previous restaurant was Shari's. They did an excellent job in renovating. The decor is appealing and cozy. The left section of the restaurant is the bar side with a few dining tables. The right section is the main dining area. I was greeted by a female bartender-Lyndsey. She was nice, welcoming and great. I ordered the Crispy Basil Chicken garlic $22.95. This was delicious! I also ordered a fresh roll for $10 happy hour price. It was delicious. Honestly, it's pricey for a single roll. For my beverage, I had a hot Jasmine tea as I was slightly cold. I wanted to order Thai tea initially. I'll have to come back and try it. I attempted to order the mango sticky rice, however, was advised it was not in season and could not be served. I'll be back to try other food items on the menu.

A Dinner visit for my family on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. Got seated right away after entering the restaurant. Checked out the menu for a few minutes and placed our food and drink orders. Requested to have a Thai Iced Tea, a Diet Coke, Fresh Rolls with Shrimp, Crispy Chicken (4 Stars), a Chicken Pad Thai (3 Stars), and a Chicken Larb (4 Stars). We also got 2 Jasmine Rice. The food tasted great! Started off with the Fresh Rolls which were delicious right off the bat, as the peanut sauce was right on. Then when we received the Larb, Crispy Chicken and Pad Thai, the spice levels were spot on and to our liking! Really enjoyed the flavors of the food. The entrees were cooked well with an adequate portion size per serving for the 3 of us. Our table service was excellent as well! Food rating: Fresh Rolls - 5 out of 5 Larb - 5 out of 5 Crispy Chicken - 5 out of 5 Chicken Pad Thai - 5 out of 5 Drinks: Thai Iced Tea - 4 out of 5 (Too sweet this time around) Service - 5 out of 5! Would recommend this restaurant to others! Definitely our favorite Thai restaurant in the area. This was our second time eating at this establishment and we really enjoyed it!

This has been one of our favorite Thai places to go to since it's just down the street from our house. It's a bit on the spendy side but customer service is always amazing. Today we decided to use Ubereats because we were too exhausted after a very late concert. Even though the prices are higher, we had to pay a fee, and tip for the driver. When our offer came it was totally not our order. We contacted uber, but they make it so difficult to get a refund. We even contacted the driver stating that he delivered the wrong order. Since it's so difficult to contact Ubereats, we decided to contact the restaurant itself. Come to find out restaurant was the one who made the mistake, not the driver. They owned up to the mistake, my husband had to drive to the restaurant, and they gave him the correct order, plus cash back for 30% of the bill. Food is always good, and the place is decorated trendy.

This is a great addition to the kent-kangley area, we've come here a few times now, and the interior is so inviting, the staff treat their customers so well. We've had the fresh rolls on several occasions now, they really are very fresh, and the peanut sauce is incredible. For mains, we have had the trout, crying tiger entrees, and red thai curry as well as the short ribs. One thing that bothers me is that they make you pay separately for the rice, and the main entrees are already pricey enough, maybe they can incorporate the rice into the overall price of the main dish. But overall, every dish we have eaten have been so so good! We have had 2-star spice level on every dish, and it's been just perfect. I've had their mule cocktail, and also the golden orchid cocktail, and both are delicious! Will continue to visit here, and would love to try their happy hour as well.

Foods and service are good. Interior is nice. They have nice bar area separated from dining area. Have happy hours for drinks. Although price is a bit higher than I expected. Pad thai is 17.95 + $3 for beef. So thats 21.95. I didnt like the crying tiger dish just because it was little different from what I have eaten before. But i really enjoyed pad thai and the fried rice. Family friendly. I want to try crispy chicken next time.

Brand new Thai restaurant in Kent East Hill! My neighbor peaked through the windows and was greeted by the owner with the info. that they'd be soft opening on May 1st. I made sure to show up after work to check things out. Beautiful remodel of the building that was once a Shari's! I was greeted promptly and it was confirmed that the bar area is open seating. It was quiet when I got there, but I wasn't the first. Service was a smidge slow, but it was their first day and I fully knew I was a guinea pig going in. All of the employees were wonderful and I met both of the owners - including SeRee herself! I went with a 3 star swimming rama with fried tofu. Overall really nice flavours, though I'd go with a 4 next time, if not even a 5. SeRee Thai is a very welcome addition to the neighborhood and I'm looking forward to seeing what they do!

What a great Thai restaurant! This place replaced Sharis, so the new name Seeree was funny. They updated the place and it looks modern with a little asian flair. The service was quick and the food came out fast! I tried their pandan cocktail, which was not only delicious, but strong! Loved it! I recommend the appetizer platter, which came with spring rolls, gyoza, coconut shrimp, and crab rangoons. Delicious and crispy! The panang curry was loaded with flavor and had a good amount of chicken in it. We ordered 1 star on all the dishes, which was just the right amount of heat. The pad thai was also terrific and perfectly sauced. The crispy chicken was good too, but not what we expected. It reminded me of orange chicken or sweet and sour chicken. The price was a bit higher than most local thai restaurants in the area, but worth it.

The ambiance was beautiful...we almost felt we needed to dress up. (4 the late afternoon & evening you should wear your after 5) Thank you Michael for giving us a wonderful experience for my Husbands birthday! Very nice to meet you Seree! The remodel is so beautiful! They really did a wonderful job. Got there around 7 on a Saturday and were seated right away. We tried our normal favorites at Thai places, cashew nut chicken and crispy garlic chicken plus a couple of appetizers. The appetizers were good. We felt the entrees were just ok. The crispy chicken had more of a Smokey and sweet taste rather than a garlic with spice taste. I didn't mind the smokiness of it but was disappointed with how sweet it was. The cashew chicken had some kick but felt the fish sauce was overpowering. It was good but not amazing.

Food was excellent! I enjoyed all the food we ordered. If I was to pick my favorite, it would have to be "Chop Chee Salmon & Crab fried Rice." Those did not disappoint. Service was fast and staff were super friendly. Ambience was nice and inviting! Highly recommend!

I was sad to see Shari's went out of business and replaced by Seree Thai instead. I decided to give this place a try now that it is opened. Upon entering the restaurant, the inside is beautifully remodeled and classy. We were immediately seated at a booth overlooking the busy streets of Kent-Kangley. While scanning at the menu, we did noticed the prices were high compare to other nearby Thai restaurants. We decided to try their crab fried rice, pad see mao, and crispy chicken. We also got their Thai iced tea and Thai green milk tea as our choice of beverages. Overall, service was quick and the food came out fast. Our rice and noodle dishes had a lot of wok flavor, which we loved. We enjoyed each of our dishes but wish it weren't so expensive. Each entree cost about $15+ except for the appetizers. We will definitely come back on a date night for the splurge. FYI come during lunch on the weekdays for better pricing.

Time-to-Drinks: 4 Minutes Time-to-Food: 10 Minutes We stopped in around 8PM on a Friday evening and it was relatively empty. A few people came in for to-go orders while we were sitting around. There were a few parking spaces and the building looks a little sketchy from the outside, but there's cozy indoor seating. I wasn't that hungry, so I split a Pad See Mao with seafood with my friend (4/5). Portions were sufficient for splitting, could definitely finish it on my own if I were a bit hungrier. There was a good amount of balance between vegetables (carrot, broccoli, bell pepper, onion) and seafood (shrimp, squid, and mussels). The spice level was as-expected and very reasonable. Noodle texture was nice and chewy. It wasn't the best pad see mao I've had (especially since it was a bit pricier, around $26 after tax and tip), but it was solid enough that I'd go again if I were in the area. I tried my friend's Grandma Wings, which had a better portion than I expected (I think there were six?). Nice crisp and good flavor, but I didn't think it was anything crazy (3.5/5). The Thai Tea here was too sweet for my taste, personally. My friend enjoyed it. Overall, solid experience here for a fast bite of good Thai food. I'd come back if I was craving Thai in the area.

We made the mistake thinking it was open at 11 on the weekend but they open at noon luckily enough a few stores were open and we were able to waste some time before lunch. We were seated quickly and given water which was filled often. We went three stars and shared three dishes. PAPAYA SALAD (SOM TOM), PHAD KEE MAO (DRUNKEN NOODLES) and I believe the TOM YUM FRIED RICE with tofu. I like how thin the papaya is for the salad. The spice level at three was perfect for us enough of a kick but not taking away from the flavor of the food. Space is warm and welcoming, lots of seating. We looked around other spots to eat at and ultimately decided to wait it out despite our grumbling tummies (or maybe it was just me)! We walked around the area and ended up in Daiso next door killing time and I picked up some art supplies to my ever growing pile. Finally it was open and we walked in, got sat, the staff were very friendly and smiling the whole time. Of course I thought we would be ordering at least 4-5 dishes to share but we ended up with a papaya salad with prawns (they are huge!), Chicken Pad Kee Mao, and the Garlic Fried Rice. Usually when it's me and my husband we always have to order our OG 3 dishes when we try a new spot but obviously I wasn't with my husband so we made a mutual decision and BOY THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The portions are pretty dang big! I don't think I've ever ordered a papaya salad on my own but the prawns? Did I already mention how big they were? Sheesh. The Pad Kee Mao?? I've had a few at different restaurants and really thought I just didn't like it and it wasn't my thing but I shoved a forkful into my mouth and immediately texted my husband saying we need to come back here like ASAP. It was so delicious! Something about it made me think "oh yea this is definitely what I expect when I think of Pad Kee Mao". I saved the best for last. GARLIC Fried Rice? Why have I never tried such a dish? (Hubs and I usually order Pineapple Fried Rice)... but holy moly. My love for garlic can keep a vampire away for miles! Best. Garlic. Fried. Rice. I'll definitely be back despite the fact I live an hour away but that's not going to hold me back.
