I walked in at 5:30 they took me for a pedi I really appropriated it because I was leaving for a cruise the next day and had chipped my nails the night before partying for my b day. If I could put negative stars I would. Horrible horrible experience. It seemed as tho the woman there knew how to do nails but the male who usually does pedicures did my nails and did a horrible job. I told him a few times when he was doing something wrong & he laughed like I didn't know what I was talking about. My nails came out thick & uneven. The woman there came over to see the problem and told me they were thick because if not they would break. Hello dummy I've done my nails MANY times so I know bad nails when I seen them. Maybe I just had a bad experience but I got charged 35 for overlay.........overlay is no fake nail just fill over your real nail....my nails are very short so it's not like my hands required much work, she didn't listen to what I asked, even told her to stop because I wasn't happy with the first nail she started with she assured me it would be nice once she was done when she took off my old nails she didn't even file all the old overlay and dirt off instead just put overlay on top trapping the visible dirt and old glue. I'm just shooken up off the price the only reason I came here was because my normal nail guy was on vacation and saw that they had good reviews but come to find out they pay for good reviews and steal pictures of other people good work so they would seem worthy of visiting. I usually pay 20 tops for overlay if I'm getting all new over lay if not it's 15 so don't know why it was 35 wtf. Then my nails looked HORRIBLE I take pride in my nails for how far they've come and I'm very happy to have real nails and for someone to fuck that up for me is heartbreaking in my eyes some people really care about their hands I'm one of them. It's ok. I got shellac manicure and pedicure. The lotion they use irritated my skin, for my manicure a couple nails were not cut or filed evenly. My pedicure there is uneven bumps on both of my toenails. I wouldn't come back but the final product of what turned out was decent enough. No one looks that closely at my toenails to notice the bumps or the uneven nails. Was it worth the price paid? I guess kinda but I didn't ask for anything but clean cuticles and shellac and got hot towel, irritating lotion, massage, and rock massage. The language barrier is a problem too. read more

This place is awesome!! I came in wanting a design that was really complex and thought it might not be able to be done but they did it no problem!! They had a sign that clearly showed their pricing. I thought their pricing was very reasonable And you get what you pay for. Plus, they had a lot of sales and deals it seemed like. They were very clean, saw their sanitizing machine and saw the brushes they used for my acrylics be cleaned in front of me. There is a dog but the dog is clean and didn't make the salon feel dirty at all. They were all very sweet!! The layout of the place is cute. They had good music on. Was probably the quickest acrylic manicure I ever had, and the most complex. Super happy with them, definitely will be coming back!! read more

NEVER have I had such a BAD nail job, To keep this short the nail guy could not understand english, I tried to explain how I wanted my nails to be even tried to show him but no go. My nails were horrible! just white tips no polish nothing fancy. I had dips and ridges, high nail beds, thick nails and crooked nails. SO bad I had to have polish, hoping it would help, but it made it worse. When I showed the manager the dips in my nail I was told it was because of the polish. I lost $45.00 and had him take them off immediately after he put them on. DO you think they would apologize? such an unhappy customer, I was in tears! I can't afford to have the, put on again and I had a special event the next day. Do you think they would even offer 1/2 my money back? NO! I was told. then the manager tells me, "We usually charge to have nails removed, but in this case we will not". Seriously?? Now my nails look worse then when I went in, and I have non removable polish around my thin short, unfiled and unbuffed natural nails. Not worth it, Besides they DO NOT follow the new 6FT law either and sneed you in the bad door. My first clue. read more

I have been coming to this salon for years now. It used to be called Nicky's Nails. I have either Linda or Trinity do my nails. I always get the French tip with pink and white and I have never been dissatisfied with the results. Trinity is very professional and just a very sweet person in general. Today I also had Kim do my pedicure. He did a good job, I was satisfied with the results. The salon itself has had a make-over and it really looks nice. I really don't want to give bad reviews but I haven't ever been so upset with how an owner can go back on their word. My husband and I went in to get a pedi a while back. We had been once before and was ok. Cheap. But then the last time OMG!!! I wanted the woman my husband had the first time because the guy I had smelled strong and bad of cigarettes so we switch ppl. I guess it doesn't matter because Donna slapped at my leg and foot besides jerking it around which was NOT AT ALL PLEASANT. When we were done my husband walked out ticked because Stinky made his toes bleed & sore for 3 days. He would never go back there again. The owner Linda said "Oh No No i give you credit and you come back again". I believed her & came back again. I was pleased with Linda. UNTIL THIS 2nd TIME. I went in knowing I planned on writing a good review. I even was going to buy this $25 foot cream because I wasn't going to have to pay for the $18 pedi.... Thats when it went bad. I gave Linda my card with the $18 credit & she brought me back a $44 tab. I re-explained her deal and she argued with me. So i told her I didnt even want the foot cream!! I wanted a credit & IM NOT EVER COMING BACK. It may be cheap but the service isnt PLEASANT. read more

If you are looking for customer service and nice warm friendly atmosphere, this would not be the place. Too many cut corners and trying to save a little $$ in their pocket doesn't provide for the best experience for their customers. I was looked down upon when trying to use their "perks" card. I had earned 375 points. (One point per each dollar spent) This entitled me to a free pedicure. Value $15? After surrendering my card, she told me that I couldn't use it anymore because the girl that used to do my pedicures didn't work there anymore and if I wanted to use it, to go find her. I paid the cash price and left. After spending the last 2 years going to this salon every two weeks, this is the "thanks" I get. Guess I won't return to this place. Ever! read more

I am really shocked at the amount of stars this place has!!! I went to get a pedicure with a flower on each big toe, manicure and my daughters toes and finger nails painted....the lady tells me $20 for my daughter I agreed but read what they do for the price. It said filing cutting the cuticles/nails basics. She starts by filing her nails then paints one hand when I asked if she pushed or trimmed cuticles she started acting like she didn't understand me. To make a long story short she removed the polish and did most of what the price list said. I had the guy and he was so rough barely used the pumice on my feet and they are still not soft they look about like when I went in!!! Plus he walked by my 9 year old and gently pushed on her leg so she would move out of his way Really??? It wasn't hard just rude!!!!As I sat there looking around it was so dirty and when he was done with his tools I could only see that he took a small brush from the bottom of the sink scrubbed the tools he just used on me and put them on a towel! I'm not sure but thought you soak in something to disinfect? The only reason for the two stars is that the one lady was accommodating to my late appointment and I feel bad:( I will never return I paid $69 and just do not feel I got my money's worth! Btw my flowers on toes are not the same color one faded to look pink while the other is more white:/ read more

Love this place! I called for my appointment because I wanted elaborate nail art. And Trinity is very sweet and accommodating! She also knows how to do designs with gel on gel instead of using acrylic paint. The gentleman who did my spa pedicure was very good and payed attention to detail.
