Had an appointment at 12:15pm, I usually do my nails on my lunch break, I arrived at 12:17pm, I was seated at 12:20pm, finally at 12:50pm a nail tech came over to me, I chose a color, he went about talking his business and then at 1:00pm came back to me informing me that he had forgot the color I choose. I got up and left... They made me feel so uncomfortable as if I was invisible.... I would not recommend. Had my feet soaking for over 40 minutes and no work done. read more

Absolutely DO NOT GO HERE! was the worse experience I've ever had. My niece had a full set done, which they said was 32 dollars, she did gel nail and not til the end when I was going to pay he says it's 57 dollars for her nails cause it was gel...the up charge for gel nail is double what he originally said? Made no sense to me at all (and I know with gel polish it's usually 5-10 bucks more than regular polish) but 25 dollars more! And he said at the start 32. Not only was that bs feeling ripped off, the pedicure was done horribly, they don't change their gloves after each customer, a women in front of me getting her pedicure literally had to tell the guy to change his gloves, they don't sterilize their equipment, literally watched her do my toes and just put everything back in her pouch and started the next lady with the same equipment she just used on me. Called ahead and got in for a walk in. Not one of my nails are the same shape! She gave me a painful " cuticle clean up" and charged me extra without saying anything. I got charged $40 for these and I am very disappointed. I've been getting my nails done for years and these are not good. I also have dryness and what seems like glue or something, I've never had this happen before. And she took a paint brush covered in oil and put a ton on the top of my nails. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this salon. It started off good but I think the issue was with the gentleman who actually did my pedicure. When I called to make my appointment they did not have the slot I wanted available but offered me the next earliest time. I was greeted as soon as I entered and waited about 10 minutes before I was seated for my pedicure. The man who did my pedicure was where I had an issue. I had to tell him several times while he was clipping the skin around my toenails that he was hurting me. My big toe on my left foot even started to bleed a little by the base of the nail from him continuing to clip (there isn't even enough skin there to trim anything) I feel after I said hurt he should have taken me seriously the first time but he just kept doing the same thing on all my toes. He also used the pumice on the arch of my foot which had no dry skin, and it didn't feel very pleasant to be continually rubbed. The base pedicure actually offers a lot for $25. They do the pedicure and then they do a scrub on your legs and feet, cover your feet in a softening wax, and use hot stones to massage your legs. So it's definitely a nice pedicure. I think if I had gotten another person my experience would have been better. I am disappointed because the place is beautiful but I don't think I'll return. The first impression was a doozy. I'm used to them putting cotton on my fingers and foiling them but this chick drowned my hands, including my DIAMOND RINGS, with acetone dripping on the floor and puddles on the little table by the pedicure chair! I was visiting my mom and needed to get my nails done so badly. I looked and looked at many nails salons and checked out the reviews on yelp for guidance. Well this place had several positive reviews so I decided to take a chance. I was very pleased at the immediate acknowledgement when I arrived. We didn't have an appointment so I expected to wait a little bit. The guy who did my nails and pedicure was amazing. He gave me a leg and foot massage out of this world lol. Please pay attention to the prices. We did the lavender deluxe but we probably could have been just fine with the classic or a lesser expensive package. Here is one thing that I have learned that I dislike about nail salons. I really don't like when they consistently do not speak English while working on you. Now that's just me. But it's definitely not a deal breaker. I tried something new with pointy nails and they came out perfect. They didn't up charge me to add tips on the 2 nails that had broken days prior. They even include a mini massage when you are all done! I wish they would update the way gel nail polish is presented. They use a bunch of color slashes on a ring. I prefer a book of the color options but a minor thing. I was able to find a color I liked and he did an excellent job of matching with my toe color. A great deal at a clean salon! My niece, mom and I dropped in together for 1 pedi, 1 manicure and 1 mani/pedi. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was great at accommodating our needs and moving the time I said we'd probably arrive. Upon arrival we were immediately asked to select our color and were seated at the appropriate station. We all began emailing, texting and chatting with each other without any weird attempts at conversation by the staff. At the same, the staff was very courteous and attentive. This is the first time I've been here...I was looking for a place open on Sunday, and found them. Best Pedicure I've ever had! The place was clean, the chairs were comfortable, and it was a relaxing atmosphere. My guy Nick really had his work cut out for him (as it's been a few months since I've had me feet tended to), but he was great, the massage on my calves and feet was thorough and firm, it wasn't rushed. I hate writing a bad review but I'm just so unsettled. My Grandma (82 y/o with dementia) and I went there today and when sitting down I told them we'd both like classic pedicures. I made it pretty clear, without embarrassing my grandma, that she was in need of a little extra assistance. I helped her get seated and talked to her throughout the whole process trying to explain the best I could. The man seemed frustrated that she didn't understand his light tapping meant to switch feet so I asked if he could give a little more assistance, which he didn't. She had ingrown toe nails, which as everyone knows hurt, and he seemed frustrated that she kept flinching. I explained to her why it hurt and that it would be over soon and completely understand that he needed to remove it, but why have such an attitude? Is it really necessary? Do you not have any compassion for the elderly? So knowing she's uncomfortable I ask him if he can skip the removing of Calluses and massage and just paint her nails and finish up. He agrees and does so. He comes to take payment and I asked how much for hers without the massage, paraffin wax, hot stone and towel massage and he says "you said at the beginning classic pedicure so we will change $28 for classic pedicure" when the price listing said $5 for toe trim and $10 for color change, which is all she received. Even a few extra dollars for removing ingrown nail would have been understandable but charging for the classic pedicure when you didn't provide half of the service because an elderly lady was having a little trouble is pretty horrible practice........ I politely told him to expect this review and we wouldn't be returning. read more

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because there was no options to choose 0 stars. You know that service is bad when there is a negative review and no service performed. I walked in, several of the employees looked up at me but not one person spoke until about 5 minutes later after I signed in and was looking through magazines. A man yelled out "What do you want today?" with a mask over his face. I advised a gel manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. He asked if I signed in which I thought was odd considering several of them watched me sign it upon arrival. I proceeded to tell him yes and he told me to sit down. This was around 12:19 PM on Sunday, about 15 minutes later a lady walked in and said she was early for her 1 PM appointment. Well that kicked me back a spot. About 5 minutes after than a lady walked in asking for a pedicure and he told her to come back in about 45 minutes. All the while, I'm sitting here waiting patiently. About 10 minutes after that, 2 ladies came in saying they were back to get their services done. Not at any point in time did anyone think to tell me there would be an extensive wait time. Needless to say, I left and went to a different nail salon never to return to that one again. Time and time again I hear service providers complain about tips and customers with poor attitude yet no one seems to consider the lack of customer service. This could be a salon with quality work but due to their lack of customer service, there is no telling how many customers will never find out read more
