There are so many grooves on my natural nail where she removed my gel x extensions and where the natural nail plate is untouched. I understand time and efficiency especially in shops like these but god damn I can't imagine ever getting a full set here. Traci my nail tech did a great job with my feet but I didn't get a foot massage that it was described in the menu. I've been to fancier nail salons that had okay-ish reviews, and the reviews were just that they liked the vibes. This place is totally clean and pleasant, well-lit, spacious enough -- but it's nothing super fancy, and that's how you know the good reviews on here don't lie!!! Most places don't clean up the cuticle very well and you end up with nice gel nails that cover a yucky cuticle for a few days before growing out and leaving a gap that snags on everything for the next week or so. This place does an excellent job on the cuticle, and the nail tech Melissa obliged when I asked her to get the polish as close as she could to the cuticle line. It's not fully "tucked" like a Russian style manicure, but it's very close to it and I appreciate that. The polish is also really nice and smoothed down real flat, no raised edges to get caught and snagged. I appreciate that too! I also appreciated that both nail techs, Monae and Melissa, used the efile appropriately without grinding my nailbed to shreds. That's the second biggest issue I have with most other nail salons I try, and why I rarely go to any nail salon a second time. Most places just got too nuts with the efile to the point where when your manicure wears off your nails are just destroyed underneath. They didn't do this here! Very careful with the efile and only used where needed, and my nails don't feel like a damaged flaky mess under the hard gel. Feels like they got my nails just textured enough to bond really well with the gel, minimal damage. Thanks to the restrained efiling and excellent cuticle work, my mani and pedi still aren't wearing off at all, so I figured I'd come leave a nice review here!! I'll definitely be back!

They didn't have a child's pedicure option. We both got All in One Pedicures. I sprung the extra $20 for mine to be gel. Hers is standard. It was $42 for the standard all in one, plus $5 for the nail art. $62 for the gel all in one, plus $5 for the nail art. The massage chairs were nice. They all wear gloves which makes the massage part less relaxing and I think my daughter may have not gotten the "extra massage". They have a stamp to save money but they don't give you a stamp unless you pay cash. They give one stamp for every $40 in cash. Next time I think I may just try the classic and not the all in one.

He was kind enough to tell me the original gel color I picked wouldnt match the basic polish I picked for my toes instead of just doing it anyway and leaving me with mismatched toes and fingers. He gave me a great pedicure and the manicure was even better! You can tell he really cared how my nails came out and double and triple checked his work. He filed a few different times to make sure they were the correct shape and then at the end to make sure I didn't have any dry gel where it shouldn't be. On May 21st, I came in for a full set and a pedicure before leaving for a trip. During my appointment, I noticed the shape of my nails looked uneven and mentioned it several times. I was told they looked fine, despite the fact that each nail appeared to be a different shape and size. I also requested regular polish on my toes but gel polish was started instead. When I pointed out my concerns again, I was told only one nail was an issue and that there wasn't enough time to fix the rest. I decided to leave and move on, but the very next day my pinky nail snapped in half while I was simply cooking and opening a cabinet. Because I was leaving town that day, I returned right when the salon opened. I was initially told to come back the next day, which wasn't possible, and then was asked to return an hour later. When I came back, the broken nail was repaired, but it was noticeably thicker than the others. I also pointed out again that several nails were uneven and that one thumb wasn't fully painted. I was told the manager was on vacation, but that when I returned from my trip the set would be redone at no cost since the issues were the salon's mistake. After returning from vacation, I called to schedule the promised correction. Unfortunately, I was met with a rude response, was told there was nothing they could do, and that I should have had the nails fixed before leaving--even though I had already attempted to do exactly that and had been assured they would be redone when I returned. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What disappointed me most was not the initial service, but the lack of consistency, accountability, and customer service after I repeatedly tried to address the issues. I truly wanted to give the salon the opportunity to make things right, but unfortunately that never happened.
