I had 2 appointments within 2 days. Their salon is appointment only. The salon is super cute and decorated wonderfully. I had a gel manicure and the only thing that turned me off was that she didn't soak my cuticles and now they are dry and the skin near my cuticles are starting to peel. The polish is cracking as well. The pedicure was a great experience. The Technician was very happy and gentle with my feet. She was sensitive to me being a diabetic. read more

The pedicure was awful. Did not smooth my feet like other salons have done. Got a full set of acrylics and looked like it was done by a kindergartener. The things I liked about this lounge was that it was local, easy parking, and very friendly staff. I was not personally satisfied with my pedicure. It had nothing to do with the location, but maybe just the skill set of the technician. She did not do a good job properly exfoliating. Also when she painted my toenails, she hit one with the fan and had to start over on one toe. It was still not completely dry when I left and I had to go home and fix it myself. I would definitely like to give the location another try, but I would not want the same technician. My friend had her toes done at the same time, and was very satisfied with the results. read more

Wife gets nails done here. By far best ive seen her nails in sometime. I use the messaging chair and can say without a doubt great way to wait on wife if thats your pleasure. I wanted to try somewhere new to get my nails done so I looked up nail salons in Henderson. I came across The Polished Lounge so I decided to book an appointment for a Gel Manicure. When I got there I was not greeted with a warm welcome but just a few stares. I was told my Nail tech would be Cherrish. Once seated, I needed to have her remove my old polish. She literally took 30 minutes to remove them, then she asked if I wanted them trimmed which I said yes. She trimmed them but never filed them down so they felt sharp on the tips? Once we got to the polish, I picked the colors I wanted and then she proceeded to polish them. I really wanted some nail art but she took so long with the process that I decided I wouldn't get the art done. They looked nice, but the gel polish chipped on both thumbs after just 2 days. I'm assuming she didn't do a good job, or the gel was old? I called the Tuesday and got the receptionist to advise her about the situation. She was pleasant and apologized for the situation. I asked for a manager but was told she was busy which I understood. No one ever called me back? I reached out to Cherrish and was told to call the Salon and they'll take care of it? Apparently Cherrish only works a few days week so she wasn't able to fix what I paid for. I will never go back there or recommend this place to anyone. read more

Today was my first visit and Stephanie and Maria are absolutely wonderful. I needed to have my old set of Gelx removed and then wanted nail art. Stephanie told me that my natural nails were healthy and strong and recommended just doing the gel on my natural nails. I loved that she did what was right to keep my nails healthy. At first they seemed great, but when we decided to switch to gel x it took over 3 hours to take off acrylics bounced us between several techs and then proceeded to charge us each $120!!! Complete ripoff. Pedicure was mediocre at best, probably the worst I've ever had. Had high hopes for them, some of the ladies are nice but that won't get you far when the price gouging happens or an unhappy nail tech doing your pedicure. read more

I got a mani pedi. the pedicure was nice. it was pretty good. the mani, however, was not. not only did it look nothing like the reference photo, but i got an infection in some places where i was nicked. the skin around my nails turned yellow and crusty, like dried puss. i've never had this happen before when getting a mani. staff is very polite and nice but i will not be returning for this reason. read more
