She is located in the Personally Fit gym on Gadsen. There are about 5 reserved parking spots to the side as well as metered spots out front. You need to go to the back of the gym and turn right to find her. Inside, you have a relaxing seating area and then the massage room. She will give you your choice of music. If you are congested, she likes to use eucalyptus to open up those nasal passages. Just a little background on me: Today, I sat down and finally counted the # of massage therapists I have tried in Columbia for a deep tissue massage. The total? 8. Yup, at several other brick-and-mortars in the city. I like a true deep tissue massage, not gentle Swedish strokes though she does offer Swedish as well. She hits my tension knots every single time without missing and I consistently leave much more relaxed and relieved. Jen truly has a gift of a healing touch as well as a caring empathetic bedside manner to her. She will make you feel at ease instantly. I moved out of Cola recently, and I honestly wish I could have taken with me in my luggage. If you need tension relief, please visit her. She was so pleasant and amazing; she truly has a gift. The experience from start to finish was fantastic. The space was relaxing, inviting, and pleasant. The time to get comfortable wasn't rushed. The massage was outstandingly relaxing, and it was on point with what I needed at that moment. The massage was so great, to the point where I fell asleep. I felt comfortable and safe relaxing in a clean space with great ambiance and a great masseuse. She took the time to understand my tension points and worked her magic. However, they set up two different times. When calling the business, their mailbox is full, so I couldn't get in touch with them to clarify. However, I sent many emails that were not responded to. They did reply to a google review. The 2nd massage was never accepted by their website system, so there was never any confirmation. Yet, they still charged my card. I am a bit frustrated as I wish communication was clearer and the website reservation system worked better. I reached out to get a refund processed and will update my review accordingly if/when they process the refund.

I arrived at 12:15 and was checked in. I never got to my room till 12:45 then waited for another 10 min till my actual message started. My time of finish should have been 3:00. They said I was done at 2:45. My shower and body scrub was maybe 15 minutes total and felt rushed. With my late start and the amount times they left room and I waited, My done time should have been closer to 3:30. This is not the first time this has happened to me and I have read its something that seems to happen a lot. Also, when your done they expect a tip. A lady that finished up while I was waiting got the massage as a gift and they insissted on a tip from her. Tips are not required and this was one issue I had in my first visit. 2/28/26 - Been going for a few times now and this last time I was not happy with the service. First, I chose Therapist #2 from their drop down menu seeing they don't list the names which they really need too, but now I know who they are. I had already tried them all but #2 so I chose her. However, when I got there I got #1, the one I usually have, who really is a nice lady and I like her, but I was set on trying someone new. So that was the first disappointment. This time, seeing I got a discount for being a member, I decided to try a table shower that is supposed to be 15 minutes long. So, my entire time there should have been 2 hours and 15 minutes. I got less than 2 hours if you count the time that she was stopping to tend to the front office. So as far as I am concerned, I did not get my money's worth. This is strike number 2, not sure I am going back. I noticed another massage parlor down the street from here I may try now. It's too bad seeing I liked this location and the ladies and girls are really nice and they do, do a good job. I was going to give a 4 or 5 star rating during my massage, but they had some technical issues with the speaker in the room kept loosing connection with blue tooth and kept trying to fix that, taking time from my massage. I finally had to say I was good with no music. The therapist was really good with the massage and I had planned on still giving at least a 4 star rating until It was time to give a tip. First, I had 2 hour Swedish massage which was $140 with tax, so 20% of that is about $30. On their website it states "Tips can be paid via Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, or Credit Card. If the service you received meets your expectations, please consider tipping 15% to 30%". So I went to pay for the tip with my Credit Card and was doing $25 on the $140. They then brought my attention to a sign that they have on the counter that basses' tips per hour. So basically, they wanted me to double my tip. Well, when I tip in restaurants its based of the price of the meal. Then they kept telling me in cash was better because of the CC fee which I had no issue with and told them that. But the fact they seemed to try to get me to tip by the hour and talking about paying that in cash (which I never carry) just put a sour taste in my mouth. Which is a shame because I really did like this place and really enjoyed my massage. Now, I think they need to post that sign on their website, so people know in advance what they are expecting in tips and that they rather get their tips in cash. It just makes me feel very uncomfortable when I am not aware of something. I also find it a little annoying that you cannot select a masseuse by name on the website.
