I would suggest that you call & make an appointment before going in because this is literally a one-woman operation. She gets busy & her hours can vary based on her workload. To hem the dress, she took scissors and just cut the bottom of the dress off, losing the delicate trim and leaving an unfinished hem of cut lace. Terrible experience. I literally unzipped the case in the parking lot, took the comforter out and threw the case away. Too bad, we like to keep the comforters in the zipper case until we use them. It's not a huge problem, but it's just really gross. And what doesn't make sense to me is that ours was the only one on the floor, the rest were on shelves and there was plenty of shelf space - enough for 10 comforters. Why? Ugh! Truly, when I took the comforter out of the case, it doesn't even seem like it had been cleaned. Seeing how they treat things, I will NOT return.
