As far as I am concerned, Aptive is a scam company and deserve a big fat zero.

The contract is meant to be misleading. Everything is automated. You call the phone line and half the time you're hung -up on and the automated system can't hear or understand your response. The people in the office, if you ever get to one, are generally helpful but are quick to kick the can down the road to the one or two people who can actually do something. I think this, unfortunately, is the way these types of businesses are going. Automation and AI replacing people and thus, common sense. Endless emails and texts from the company for different promotions, chasing for payments that had already been made, etc. I will take my business to a pest control company where I can deal with actual people, not robots. Dean, the Manager gets angry easily if you try to ask him questions or call to find out what is going on. He yelled at my husband saying that "we were not their only customer", we just wanted decent service. They are too short-staffed to handle multiple customers. They set a trap on our roof and inside to trap the squirrels but then would not show up to check it for days to over a week. One day a squirrel was caught in the trap, I had called them that evening, David (who did not return my phone call so I had to call his Manager yet again), did not show up until almost 24 hours later leaving the squirrel in the blazing sun (I don't think it survived). I would never recommend this company
