Woow! Da Burgers hit the spot. Came down after a beach day and was amazing. Highly recommend

Great experience at Sergio's today. Staff was super friendly. I sat at the bar and they made my burger fresh to order. Fantastic unique food for when you're tired of lunch as usual. I had one of the burgers with steak, I'll definitely be back to explore this menu. Great family vibe and the service was stellar and delivered with a smile. Blink and you'll miss it on Brighton Ave. Coke products including Mexican coke and an assortment of Brazilian candy for your sweet tooth on the way out.

    SPOILED FOOD!!! Don't eat here!!!

DONT EAT HERE!!!!!!! SPOILED FOOD AND Horrible service. There was about 8 people in the tiny kitchen, workers just standing there doing nothing and not greeting any one. Food better be tasty-/ I'll be adding another review. No indication of when food will be ready, no conversation. Just very disappointed. A man who seemed like the owner walked to and fro without a mask covered. Just so disappointed.. So came back here after tried the food. ---- I called the store to get refund as they got my order wrong and gave me rotten salad. Owner said come back to return the food for money?! I had my two babies with me -/ workers saw me needing help with the door everyone just stared. Owner didn't even apologize! I said smell the salad. She just looked at me and just non challantly gave me my money back. No sorry, no food on the house (I wouldn't want their food anyway!) Reporting them for food/health inspection. REPEAT DONT COME HERE!

    Oregon Burger!

This place is a welcome addition to the Brighton Ave scene. Flavorful, inexpensive, and family-run. We tried two of their daily specials: the Oregon Burger and the "Build Your Own Dish" option with rice, brown beans, french fries, fried banana, and steak. Oregon Burger: bacon, cheese, lettuce, and garlic seasoned patty on a perfectly toasted bun. Meat was juicy and tasteful. Garlic seasoning isn't over-powering but it's enough where it mingles with the rest of the ingredients in the burger. Really good! Special of the Day: Very generous portions for $10. It comes with a soda or a drink too! Steak was cooked perfectly and juicy as well. Definitely lived up to the Brazilian BBQ style. Service was great. Very friendly and attentive. Wait time was a little long but the food is made fresh and nothing sat under a heat lamp or was cold. You can watch them working on your food behind the bar. Great atmosphere and it's BYOB! Wishing them success and many years of business!

Top sirloin collards, fries, black beans and rice. $10. Excellent. I'll be back!!

Excellent. 1st time here. Had 2 nice pieces of top sirloin with black beans, collard greens, French fries. Everything was excellent . Huge portion. I'll be back!!-

Menu - they don't have any copies to take out

So while I won't be trying their burgers anymore, I did want to try their other menu items. This place is just too close to where I work, so I smell what they're cookin' regularly. I tried their traditional plate of top sirloin with sides and it came in a gigantic container for $10. It was good, though unbalanced - check the before and after pics. Overall, I'll upgrade my rating to be fair.

By far my favorite burger place. I love the New York burger, and usually add avocado to it. If you can try the daily special it's so worth it, usually only $10 for a plate and it is very filling. I've also tried the lasagna which was the best I've ever had, and I really loved the beef stroganoff. You have to try it! It's awesome! They also have homemade mayos that go great on a burger or on French fries, and they deliver!

This was our first time here. They have limited seating outside but inside has quite a few tables and a bar type counter to sit at. The service is very good and the waitress answered any questions we had. So my wife ordered the chicken sandwich ( all their sandwiches have a Brazilian name, I just don't remember) with a side of fries and I had a specialty burger with fried egg, sausage, fried onions and arugula and a side of fries. Portions are very generous and we could have shared one order of the fries. All the food was very good. We don't live in the area but they do have delivery. All in all we were very pleased with the experience.

Was good but their service was crap! They brought out the wrong burger like 3 times and their drinks cost more than their foods!

We ordered the ham and cheese, which surprisingly wasn't as salty as I thought it would be. The dough was perfectly flaky, and I loved eating the edges. Coxinhas were big--though not my favorite. They weren't quite as crispy on the outside as I would have liked. But the service was so friendly, and the food was good. I want to try coming during the day when everything is made and laid out for you. We ordered 4 coxinhas and 4 pasteles for 4 people...but the two of us ended up eating them all!

(Previous names of it being Pezao Cafe, Oba Oba Bakery & Lanchonete). I visited in the morning and was surprised to see an interesting set-up. You walk in, and there's a buffet section on the right of the restaurant. It's not all-you-can-eat, but each item is labeled by price. They have a ton of salgados, or fried snacks, such as pastels (empanadas), pamhonas (Brazilian tamales), puff pastries, pao de queijo (cheese bread), coxinhas (chicken/beef croquettes), and more. Around lunch time, they transition from baked goods and fried snacks to typical dinner items and soups. I'm a particular fan of the Saturday special, feijoada, the national dish of Brazil. It's a giant hearty bowl of slow simmered bean stew with a variety of meats, served with rice and collard greens on the side as well as farofa and pickled onions. If you're coming for their baked goods, it's best to come early while they're still fresh!
