Nice restaurant. Had a party of 8. Service was good. Eveyone said the food was good. The white rice and beans were terrific! The grilled chicken and salmon were just ok. The Tres Leches dessert was good!

Came here with my parents for the first time in so long and have lots of thoughts. For starters, upon walking in, the floor was so disgustingly greasy that we were quite literally slipping and sliding trying to walk to our table. When we sat at our table and asked for cups of water, one of the water cups had food gunk stuck to it as if it hadn't been cleaned. When going to a Cuban restaurant, I expect the pan con mantequilla to be just that: bread with butter. But to my surprise, they put an insane amount of powered cheese on top and it was just .... Not good. Thankfully, we asked for plain bread with butter and they brought it to us. We ordered mariquitas as well (forgot to photograph) and the accompanying sauce was fantastic. The vaca frita portion was exceptionally small - it was 80% onion, 20% meat. The portion size shrank yet the price became astronomical. Make that make sense! The arroz con pollo (which is only served on the weekends) was great. It's a serving size for 2-3 people and my parents loved it. It does take 30 minutes to make because they prepare each order at the time of ordering, so order it while you order your appetizers. However, it had a lot of small thin bones in it so I wouldn't recommend giving it to kids. My dad ordered frita burgers and they were partially raw. When he mentioned it to the server, the manager came by and her response to the complaint was "well, have you ever ~tried~ our fritas before???" As if that's a justification for serving raw meat. It's crazy that they've increased the price on everything yet the size of portions, quality of food, and service has completely been destroyed. I guess they need all the extra money to pay for the food delivery robot they have in-house.

This is the nearest Sergio's Restaurant to home. Easy service. It's always filled with customers but very easy to get a table. Outdoor seating available. Cool robot that comes around your table when your food is ready. Plenty of parking in their private spaces parking lot. You can't go wrong with Sergio's. They have a skinny menu that includes lots of healthy options.

I'm not sure why this place has such low ratings. The food and service are good and the prices are reasonable. If you want some quick comfort food this spot does that. It's small and quiet which is better than a larger restaurant with lots of noise or loud music. The parking is ample and they offer both inside and outside seating.

Tuesday lunch. Decided to change our usual for this place. For a change. Bad choice. The service was so incredibly bad, I am still incredulous. I had to get up twice to get water. And the water is tepid and no ice. Ugh. The food was meh. I had the vaca frita. It was tasty but a very small rubbery portion. Mariquitas were 9 bucks and they were terrible. A long time ago they were great and complimentary. Tasted like they opened a $3 bag of supermarket mariquita chips. And the mojo they give you is a thimble size container. The stuffed pepper was bitter. The cheesy cauliflower rice was bland. The only good thing was the milanesa. I never got my hot sauce because our server never came back except to give us the bill. The other servers ignored us even when they absolutely heard us calling them. I'm telling you. The level of rude behavior from everyone, including the lady that brought our menus was spectacular. I am never ever going back.

Order some things off the discounted menu everything was great. The service was terrible. But the customer's spirit overcame everything.

I'm a party of 1 and that right there to them it was a red flag. I felt extremely outcast about the fact that I was alone sitting in a booth. I feel more comfortable sitting in booths. There was an older lady with glasses and curled brown hair that rolled her eyes when I asked for a croqueta to start off with. She had made a comment to another waitress and I was already turned off about it. Well, she then rushed me to order. I was skeptical of what to order so I picked the Lechón Asado Lunch portion. Well it looked appealing but the taste was not the best. Overall, this place is more towards breakfast and not lunch.

AMBIANCE Parking: Dedicated lot and surrounding parking options, though it can get busy during peak hours. Seating: Plenty! Large dining rooms capable of accommodating individuals, families, tour groups, and everyone in between. Vibes: Welcome to Little Havana. It's a bit spaced out for you to experience Cuban culture. The restaurant itself gives you that classic, old-school charm with some history of the Cuban community. I dig the Cuban music giving it a nice cultural touch. This spot is no hidden gem. This is a common place for everyone - locals to tourists. FOOD / DRINKS Cubano (Recommend) Ofcourse you have to get a Cubano. Nothing too flashy but definitely gets the job done. Classic pressed bread with a satisfying crunch with a medley of roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard to give it a nice savory and comforting taste. Every bite had a good balance of texture and flavor. CUSTOMER SERVICE Awesome! Efficient and experienced. They know this place serves a lot of people so they know they had to come correct. TL;DR OVERALL 5 Stars. Great selections, fair prices, and a solid cultural experience. Versailles does a great job perserving and celebrating Cuban culture. For those interested for that Cuban-Miami experience, this is the place to be. TIPS * Come hungry--the portions are generous

The food is the kind of Cuban cooking that makes you go quiet for a second: a beef and rice bowl with black beans, sweet plantains, and avocado that was rich and deep and comforting, plus a flaky empanada that disappeared in about four bites. Nothing felt like a tourist version of Cuban food. It felt like someone in the kitchen actually cares. Then the live music kicks in and the whole room lifts. A band right in the space, real Cuban son, the bartenders working behind that gorgeous bar like it is a performance of its own. The cocktail program is legendary for a reason, the cantineros are pouring with serious skill, and the energy is electric without being a chaotic club scene. Yes it is on the pricier side, entrees run into the thirties and up, but you are getting top tier food, world class drinks, and live music in one seat. Worth every dollar. An older waitress served our table. She first brought us calamari that was undercooked, sticky, and raw. She replaced it with octopus, which was more expensive, and we agreed to keep it. We also asked for tap water, but she brought us bottled water instead, which cost $10. The restaurant was very dark, making it difficult to notice these things right away. Before we had a chance to review everything, the food was already served. When the check arrived, she pressured me to pay quickly, so I didn't have enough time to carefully review the bill. Later, I realized we had been charged for additional side dishes that we never ordered, which increased the total significantly. This restaurant is wonderful and doesn't need these kinds of tactics. I only wish they employed more honest waitstaff. My advice is to carefully check your order and your bill before paying so you don't end up spending extra money or dealing with unnecessary stress that could ruin an otherwise enjoyable evening. I truly loved the atmosphere and the food, but I was very disappointed by the service. For me, the ambiance and food deserve 5 stars, while the service deserves only 1 star. That averages out to a 3-star review.

A very delicious dish that didn't last long. Shortly after we received our main dish. I really hate when they do that. My wife ordered their Abuelas Ropa Vieja and I ordered their Masa de Puerco Chino. My wife didn't really care for her dish much. It could have don't without the little salad on top, but at least it ads color to the dish. The crispy pork tasted so amazing and the fried had so much flavor. Mix in some of the maduros and you get a sweet and savory dish. Would definitely be returning to try this dish again.
