Build your own cheese steak. Sirloin, provolone, grilled onion, horseradish sauce.

Good lunch spot. Good meaty sandwich. The meat was a bit salty, but it was well constructed and presented. A bottle of root beer, the sandwich, and a bag of chips set me back a little over $17. It is not cheap to eat out anymore! But I felt like I got a good value for my money. The service was quick and friendly, the ambiance is nice. A minimalist, industrial vibe. They have a great beer selection, wish I didn't have to go back to work!

Food is hot and fresh!! I didn't know what to expect from this place but it's a good sandwich & craft brew type of spot. It's got a really cool serial killer, horror movie them going on... but like, in an inviting way haha. Yes, chase me with a knife, it's cool, but as long as I have one of these Sammie's in my mouth at the same time. Service is quick and very friendly. Try the Pennywise! And their salads! Oh their salads are such a great portion size and delicious! This place is just my cup of tea. Love, and death.

Love Serial Grillers! First time to this location. We visit every trip from IN. We had a burger, calzone, fries, and cheesesteak. Place was clean, food is always fresh and delicious. We appreciate all the hard work.

Chicken Sandwich + Side of Fries and a drink = $26.56!!! I should have second guessed my decision coming here. When I walked in it was dead, I was the only one in the restaurant. Walk up counter to order your food / fast food style. Was prompted for a tip? ... so another 15% on top of my order. You're essentially tipping a delivery fee for someone to walk your food to your table from the kitchen. Staff never checked back in, you fill your own drinks, you bus your own table, etc. it's a fast food setup, but the owners want you to supplement the wages of the staff. Food came out 20min later and it was ok, nothing to write home about. I would say the food is not worth the price. I could have gotten a steak dinner with all the fixings for that amount of $$$. Also not sure why it's allowed but the kitchen was blasting music which was louder than the music in the dining area. Ended up with Kenny Loggins competing with a mariachi band. It was sensory overload. Not an enjoyable environment. Couldn't even hear myself think. Prob. won't be coming back unfortunately. They used to be really good, has gone down hill for sure.

Walked into a very clean restaurant, very open, nicely lit, cool decorations, and a "welcome in folks" greeting from the staff. The food came out very quickly and looked as good as it tasted. We came for lunch and it was difficult to abstain from one of the 25 beers they have on tap. We will be back to have a beer and a pizza! Next time, we might just split a pizza, their small pizza is fairly large and we weren't able to eat all of our food this time around. We will be back soon!

We have family in town for the holidays and decided to meet for lunch near where we were going shopping after lunch. A quick Google search showed a Serial Grillers in the area, so we met there to eat. We all ordered different food and we all left satisfied. I had a Jack of All Trades burger, which was delicious! My daughter had a Red Dragon calzone and my husband Hannibal cheese steak. My son and daughter-in-law got sandwiches too. Everything was tasty and we loved the dining room. We will definitely return.

Great service & food! Loved the Arizona sign! Different from the OG SG but still nice. Glad they had a rose cause I'm not a beer drinker

this place is a hidden gem. you walk up and order your food and then are given a number to bring to your table. we ordered burgers and a side of fries. the food was delicious. everything about this place is clever. all of the items on the menu are themed in the name to different horror movie characters. there is a lot of beers from local breweries. The service was fast and friendly. there was ample seating inside and outside. the only thing we did not like is that the burgers don't come with fries. they come with either chips, coleslaw or carrots. so we had to order a side of fries. if you want something affordable and quick but tasting amazing this is a place to go.

The manager at this location is so welcoming! He is always there at lunchtime with free cookies for all who walk in the door. The chocolate chip cookies that he hands out (and that also come with your sandwich) are freshly made daily. They are wonderful! My go-to sandwich is the tuna sandwich. I typically get it on a sub roll, served with a side of the honey mustard for dipping. The honey mustard costs a bit extra, but it's so delicious! Some of my other go-to favorites are the cinnamon spiced iced tea (they also have regular unsweetened iced tea for those that do not like the cinnamon spice) and the brownie. Sometimes I will get the brownie to go and eat it on the car ride back to Phoenix.

It came with a cookie, not really wanting a cookie, so, not sure what part of the $15 that was for. The sourdough was a smallish loaf slice, the filling (chicken bacon tarragon) was skimpy & there was almost no avocado in sight. My pictures tell the story of what felt like not a good value. Won't be coming back as this is my 3rd or 4th visit over the years and the value proposition keeps getting worse. Either make your sandwich larger, or your price smaller. I was on the phone with my daughter who lives in trendy part of NYC & when she heard was I ordered and saw the pic, she was shocked (not in a good way). Not sure why every business thinks their food is worthy of $20 lunch per person when I can go to other restaurants within a stone's throw & not leave hungry for the same or less. Service: 2 stars. You stand in line, they call your name when it's ready. Ambiance: 3 stars. It's okay. Clean & tidy. Food: If I'm being generous, 3 stars. Value: 2 stars TLDR: Arizona small chain with kinda high prices for what you get. Not awful, just not worth it.

All I could think about was my Jersey Mike's California Club that would be waiting for me when I was finally off. When I got home, the bag from Jersey Mike's was on my doorstep, my heart raced, my stomach did a somersault, thinking about my dinner was what got me through the day. However, much to my surprise, instead of getting anything close to what my heart was yearning for, I received a plain piece of bread, with turkey on it. NOTHING ELSE. The size you ask? tiny. A half of what I ordered. I don't know who decided this joke would be fun to play on just a simple working man, but it was heart breaking, demoralizing even. I don't know how I will be able to continue on in this life. I hope this Jersey Mike's location identifies the young man or woman who enjoys inflicting such wounds and emotional turmoil on a working-class man, during the holiday season and punishes them to the absolute extent that corporate policy allows. Is this Mike's way? I hope not, because it was absolutely cruel. Maybe Jimmy will treat me better.

What we got looked like a sad excuse for a sandwich--half the ingredients were missing, and what was there was barely anything. I ordered the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki footlong on Italian bread with pepper jack cheese (4 full slices), chicken teriyaki (2 scoops), extra mayo (4 passes), extra sweet onion teriyaki sauce (4 passes), lettuce (1.5 oz), tomatoes (6 slices), cucumbers (6 slices), onions (0.5 oz), oil (3 passes), black pepper (4 shakes), and salt (4 shakes). Stop being stingy with the ingredients. The sandwiches look nothing like the pictures, and not even close to what you get when you order in-store and can actually watch them make it. If you're going to offer deals to get people to order online, at least make the food match what's being advertised. This was disappointing, sloppy, and a complete waste of money.
