His Customer Sevice was exceptional and he started off with a smile and a warm greeting. He walked me through the services as well as expectations, which does not happen to often. I talked to Gabe about what I needed and it was so refreshing to explain my needs. There was No, back-and-forth, or him trying to sell me on Services. He heard my needs, he validated me and then executed my vision. Now, my car is running smoothly and I have a list of things I can update for my long term happiness. At a future date. The service took a couple of hours and I was able to stay on site in the waiting room. They provided a sitting area for customer who can't wait for the customer shuttle. They some options for snacks (through a vending machine). They also have a wide variety of options. In the for of: traditional coffee, lattes, hot chocolate and espresso's. That's offered from their digital coffee machine. A great pick-me-up, if you are like me and want to get things done early in the morning. The only downside to servicing any vehicle at the dealership is the exorbitantly higher cost for the labor/ Service. Now, the positive are: they will always use factory parts. Also, having your info in their system allows them to send you regular updates that are needed about your vehicle. Finally, when to do regular services so it's not forgotten. Ultimately, I enjoyed my experience here. Have made it relatively easy and simple. I will go back for certain services, not all. But when I do, I will be working with Gabe.

We visited many dealerships during our search, and this one definitely stood out from the rest. One of the biggest advantages right off the bat was their great selection, and the fact that both Honda and Acura are under the same roof. They upsold me on transmission oil change as well that turned out to be unnecessary and pointless for an extra $400. They said the costs was mostly in materials, but the invoice said much of it was labor, of which doesn't take much just to change oil. They said they recommended doing this transmission oil change as a preventive maintenance to prevent metal chips from causing more damage, but it turns out that I have a skyactive engine which needs no oil change, esp for standard driving in CA. Annoyingly, on the invoice, this "dealer recommended" transmission oil change became a "customer requested" service item... Upon car inspection, they also noted a minor issue with the car (control arm ball joint bushing had some wear), of which they would have charged $3,000 to repair. The better thing to do is to just replace the entire control arm with parts worth $100 or so--an easy ~2 hr DIY job. An independent shop would have charged less than half the price. Ironically, they made no mention of the shocks/dampeners that another dealer said needed to be replaced due to a slight leak... This dealership...seems to assume you want your car to be in perfect condition. "Perfect" condition as in, new oil, new parts, new everything upon the slightest wear--impractical and unnecessary for an old car (mine is a 14 yr old car).

David explained the technician would take a look at my concern and get back to me shortly with a diagnosis and plan for repair if needed. Three hours later, I received a call from David with a clear update on what they found and the next steps for repair. When I initially arrived, he asked if I had an extended warranty so he could start a claim. By the time he followed up, he had already taken care of everything and was just waiting for approval, which I really appreciated. About an hour later, David called back to let me know the warranty work had been approved. He also informed me that the required part had been ordered and was expected to arrive Friday or possibly Monday. I let him know they could keep the truck over the weekend, with the hope it would be ready sometime the following week. To my surprise, I received a call from David at 3:30 p.m. the very next day (Friday) letting me know the repair was already completed and my vehicle was ready for pickup at my convenience. Talk about fast and efficient service! When I arrived to pick up my truck, I was greeted by Kevin, who seamlessly handled the checkout process and personally brought my vehicle up for me. After dealing with less-than-great service at other local dealerships, I decided to give Putnam Chrysler Dodge a try--and I'm beyond impressed! The attention to detail and genuine care from the team exceeded my expectations. I'll absolutely be bringing my vehicle back for any future service, whether it's covered under warranty or not. After the wrong repair, the vehicle was showing the same issue (overheating) so, I had to bring it back the very next day. It's been there ever since. * On the second time, Putnam Dodge diagnosed my 2018 Ram 1500 with engine block damage; warranty coverage had been denied after a wrong faulty head gasket repair & diagnosis. * You requested a full refund of $4,000 paid for the unsuccessful head gasket repair and to pick up the truck as-is. * Following a second warranty inspection in June, the claim was denied again but, now for a different reason, due to "failure due to continued operation." * Technician is currently awaiting final direction from his manager, Peter, regarding your refund request; he expects an update soon. It's July 21 of 2026. No repair, no coverage, no refund and I can't even have my car back after multiple request to release it. I've been paying insurance, registration and I had to pay $4k in cash for a wrong diagnostic and for a service that didn't even work.
