    Last year my experience with Putnam Jeep was extremely disappointing from start to finish. My car was in their shop for almost a month and when I finally got it back, the bill was just under $5,000. During that time, they offered no loaner vehicles and actually told me to rent a car on my own -- which added even more expense and frustration. The lack of transparency from the repair team made things even worse. I had to repeatedly call for updates because no one reached out to keep me informed, and at one point, I even had to ask for my car back because the repair time had dragged on so long with little explanation. Less than a month later, my check engine light came back on, and I was told I'd have to pay another $250 just for them to look at it again. After everything I'd already paid and gone through, I left shaking mad and in tears. I would not recommend Putnam Jeep to anyone. Between the lack of communication, excessive repair time, and poor follow-up, this was one of the most stressful and disappointing car service experiences I've ever had. Today I was contacted by the team about coming in for service for a year follow up triggering my anxiety and frustration. I spent my college money to have my car repaired and had to take off a semester. I did not have flexibility of having my time wasted or my money. If you are in need of car repairs i would suggest looking elsewhere where and to save your money time and health!

    Henry Castro is the only Alfa master tech I trust with my beloved Alfa Romeo's giulia Quadrifoglio and 4c. His attention to detail down to every bolts and nuts make me safe when I left my car with him. There is nothing more a car enthusiasts can ask for a guy like him to work on your car and he treat them like his own pride and joy!

    Service department is great. Sales department is to be avoided. I tried to buy a car that just got posted on their site and Auto Trader. It was $2500 higher than high Kelly Blue Book. I came in and the color was not the same as website. Was told it had 4 new tires, but two were bald. Three wheels had extreme curb rash, minor body damage in two places. They said they would address these issues, but would not budge on price. I bought my Jeep Wrangler from Putnam. I am a very good service customer, where they have serviced 4 vehicles, 3 currently, bought three $5K factory extended warranties from finance manager in just the last year. We got to within $388 of a deal and they let me walk. They don't care about customer loyalty or referrals. Just the deal of the day. In the three and a half hours I was there on Sunday, not one customer showed up on the lot.

    Reason I don't use dealerships for service, only warranty work. Came in for a return appt to have a recall repair part installed they told me it arrived and was ready. Told the advisor David "I'm returning to have the part you ordered and in stock now installed". He processed the paperwork and 2 HOURS LATER I was told "I was ready to go, vehicle was inspected and it indeed fits the recall and they will order the part ....SERIOUSLY? I let them know again THEY HAD THE PART so they took the vehicle back and started the repair ‍ 2 1/2 HOURS LATER I got my vehicle back with a lovely bunch of Mechanic smeared fingerprints on my $80,000 vehicle. I proactively called the day before three times to get a hold of service to remind them this was the install portion of a recall. Could not get through to service and once I did the mailbox was full. Called the service manager Peter and left him a message that I could not get through to service. Never heard back from him. Found out the day of service he was out on vacation. Sadly their motto is "red carpet service"...

    Short and simple review for Putnam Jeep. Worse dealership ever.... Do not bring your car here for service. Service writers do not care about your car or about you as a customer. You bring in your car for a specific reason and they do a half way job in trying to diagnose the issue then give you the vehicle back with the problem still there when you drive it. My car lasted 4 weeks to replace one engine mount, one transmission mount an engine oil cooler and a radiator. They kept saying the transmission mount had not arrived and took almost two weeks to arrive from somewhere in the USA. No part will take that long for delivery, I even offered to pay for overnight shipping if needed but everyday the part was expected to show up they would call snd ask for 3 more days saying the part needed time for shipping. I get parts in 3 days when I order from Rockauto.com but the dealer has no resources and takes them over two weeks to receive a transmission mount. When I got my jeep back after 1 month in there possession I jumped in and had a warning on dash saying that all of my tires were low and one tire was extremely low on air. This shows me that whomever worked on my car never bothered to add air to the tires and what else did they not check, Vehicle was dusty inside and really dirty outside showing that car was sitting for long time. I will never return to this dealer because they do not care about you or your car. All they care is about the $5000 which they earned from the small jobs that they did. See pictures below!!

They inspected both my front and rear brakes and confirmed that the grinding noise was coming from the rear pads. They were completely honest and let me know my front pads still had plenty of life left, instead of trying to upsell me on parts I didn't need. After confirming the issue, they ordered the parts, which arrived within about an hour. Once the parts came in, they knocked out the brake job in just 30-40 minutes. Super fast, transparent, and professional from start to finish. They also topped off my fluids and filled my tires, which I really appreciated. They walked me through everything and showed me exactly what was going on, which made me feel like I could truly trust their honesty--unlike some other shops that might try to say you definitely need new rotors or extra work done.
