Had them come out and fix my A/C on the 4th last year 9/4/21 they finished the job at 1:30am any way i got home from vacation last night and found my ac wasn't working due to the same problem because the warranty expires on the day I paid not the day the work is completed they will not honor the warranty kinda BS for a $1300.00 job

My AC just broke recently and my blower motor just went out. So they replaced it for $1200. I took apart the motor and found that a current limiter on the blower motor module fried. That component is $1.16 but I know they probably don't do component level replacements on the module. But, the module is only $250-300 dollars so that part could have been replaced instead of the whole thing. To pricey of a service, I would shop around instead of going here. I had a another technician come out to finish the paperwork that was supposed to be completed the first time but that just added something else that needed to be replaced. I was hoping for a price break down of the motor cost verses installation breakdown. When I called they said they do not do that but have a set price for that service. I found my motor online for $488 at HVACAmerica. http://www.northamericahvac.com/5sme39nxl168-oem-ge-genteq-3-4-hp-x13-furnace-blower-motor-module/ Technician installed the part in less then a hour. So we ended up paying $1210 + $129 service fee for a $500 part and we get a 1 year warranty. The technicians were very professional and did a great job but that's pretty high price tag for everything for how easy it is to install the blower motor.

Daniel came out to inspect and could not locate the leak, but could hear it. Suggesting a little bit of time for the leak to come to the surface, it finally showed itself on our lawn. Dillon came out and located the leak, repaired, tested and advised the system is now closed and no leaks evident. Daniel and Dillon are very conscientious and thorough in their work. They are great to work with and I trust them to complete the job and at a fair price. You definitely will not feel cheated, and they will explain all details related to the job. they are my "go to", in terms of plumbing and honesty.

He constantly emphasized how much work he believed was involved, seemingly thinking I lacked knowledge about the process. Additionally, he refused to provide a quote on Yelp, possibly aiming to give me an inflated price in person. He then proposed a charge of "$1,800.00" for the job!!! I reach out to another licensed plumber in yelp as well, they were professional, honest, and confident in their work. They ended up charging me only $600.00 to complete the job! For my interaction and experience with Mr. Daniel, I cannot recommend Purpose Plumbing.

I will say their plumbers are very professional and I even enjoy their cute little bios that's they text you - very nice touch. That amounts to nothing really if you don't complete the job that is paid for. They did a water leak inspection and charged us $350 to tell us that the leak was likely on our water softer line somewhere. So we called Puragan who quickly came out next day and took a look. They also charged me $0 dollars. It wasn't their lines but they found a line that Roadrunner did not and bam! Guess what we found? Wet ground and eventually the leak. It was on the complete opposite side of the pool. No where near where they said the leak was likely at. We won't be needing a plumber now cause we can fix it with a few parts and some of our own labor. I want to be fair with this review. I do have a very large ranch style house with a pool. It's old and complicated but we love it and are doing our best to bring it back to its former beauty. I'm also not looking for the cheapest option. We just want to hire contractors that give us the quality work that we pay for. Not only that, if you do a good job we will highly recommend your company to others and you will have a repeat customer for as long as we live in SA. We are no contractors but grew up poor in Alaska making us very capable and handy to complete "do it yourself projects" but we are also smart enough to know what things require a professional. When I hire someone, that's all I ask.

Mike came out quickly, right when he said he would be there. I explained what was going on and he got busy finding the problem. It didn't take long for him to figure it out and I guarantee you, I never would have, because it actually involved the air conditioner too. He showed us, on video, what the problem was and gave us two options to clear it up. We chose the option that would keep the drain clean for years to come, and they cleaned it out. We got to see the video of after they did the work. A+ service all the way. Their prices are really reasonable, and I'm really glad we found them here. We will be using Roadrunner from now on.

Very disappointed with the quality of work from Veteran Air…read more I called Veteran Air before a major cold snap to have our heat pump checked out. Their technician, Jonathan Scholtz, diagnosed a corroded indoor evaporator coil and low system pressure. He also tried to upsell me on replacing the entire unit -- I should have realized that was a warning sign. Instead, they replaced just the coil. I paid the full amount ($3,233.85 after the veteran discount) and hoped that would be the end of it. About five months later, I started noticing the condensate pan overflowing and draining outside the house. I tried clearing the lines myself, but the dripping continued. Since it took Lisa from Veteran Air several hours to respond, I went ahead and called another HVAC company for help. They charged me a $150 on-site visit fee. The other technician was shocked by what he found: when Veteran Air replaced the coil, they never reinstalled the baffles around it and didn't even secure the coil properly in the brackets. There was basically no way for the condensation to drain correctly. He also confirmed the system pressure was still extremely low. The other techs could have fixed it right then, but they didn't want me to be out of pocket for repairs that should be covered under warranty. They recommended I call Veteran Air back to make it right. Here are pictures of what the other HVAC tech saw. I'm really disappointed -- I expected better, especially from a company that serves veterans. I wouldn NOT recommend Veteran Air based on this experience.
