My Service Tech Emmanuel Diaz has serviced my hvac twice this year and both times he was was very friendly, polite, efficient and professional. I really appreciate the fact that he couldn't reach me by phone due to my mailbox was full and he still came by on the scheduled date to see if I still wanted service. He is very knowledgeable in explaining everything such as the process, maintenance, and safety of the furnace and Carbon Monoxide detectors. Called Service Today on a Friday around 2 PM and Ritchie the plumber called almost immediately. I am getting a new Rinnai hot water heater and the current plumbing situation would not work. He and his colleague came out within an hour, decided what needed to be done and I gave the okay. They were done in about 40 minutes; they were fast, efficient and did a nice job on the plumbing setup; it was like a work of art compared to what was there. The other night when the heat index during the day was 108, our ac cut off. We called after 8:00 pm and was told that they would be here at 1:00 am.
