Super cute small cafe open for breakfast and lunch (at least during the week), with a great view of the water just across the street. We had a larger group, and I definitely recommend making a reservation if you have a group larger than 4. They offer a soup of the day - highly recommend per a regular. It was baked potato soup the day of my visit and I can say, it was really, really good! I ordered a build-your-own burger, which comes with a side of chips. It was good and exactly what I wanted that day. They offer a variety of pies and cakes for dessert, though I did not try any. The overall appeal is the small-town charm and friendly, attentive service. If you are in the area, it is a nice stop and I recommend whatever soup is available :) read more

Very delicious, kind and cute atmosphere. Wonderful wonderful pricing for the quality they give. I was just passing through but I would demolish this place on the daily if I were close. The focaccia was soo fluffy and especially a great combination with the sweet tomato pesto and juicy mushroom. I hope they continue business for a long time read more

This was such a cute and tasty restaurant. Everything was fresh and made in house. Service was great. We got lattes to go after breakfast and we thought they were the best in town!! Would recommend and go back if we come back It was our favorite meal in the area. read more

Folks greeted us immediately as we walked inside. We were promptly seated with menus. Food choices are fantastic and quite tasty. I would whole heartedly recommend this place to anyone traveling this way. The place appears to be an old house with cool wood floors. They also sell sweet seed items. read more

Staff was rude. Put in a to go order. Poured my coffee immediately before my food was ready. Asked for fresh hot coffee and the sever refused telling me the coffee was hot. Got home with lukewarm coffee. I went there because I lost power so had no way to heat my coffee. I will not be back read more

Came in around noon thinking it would be a good brunch spot but was disappointed that they had already stopped serving breakfast. The food is pretty average - soups, wraps, and sandwiches, but nothing outstanding. Portions were on the smaller side. Service was also pretty slow even though the restaurant was only half full. Waited a while for coffee and refills. It is a quaint, charming space though so we still enjoyed it ok but would probably not ever go back. read more

Called and ordered breakfast takeout from here while we were up in Menominee. The restaurant is cute and well decorated. You can tell they're really into the community as they have local flyers advertising different items from local vendors. Online and on yelp the pricing for the food isn't what the restaurant actually charges. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches expecting to pay about $5 for each one. When I got there I found out it was closer to $8/ sandwich. The sandwiches were good, but for $8 at a small cafe like this I would expect more. I'd like to give this place a 3.5 star review but that's not an option. read more

Seating in 2 front rooms, back room has large round group table and some lower seating. Summer seating on large covered front porch. During a weekend getaway, we were at Red Arrow Park to catch the sunrise and needed caffeine and to full tummies. I'm so glad we found Serving Spoon, such a gem! The b'fast menu is nice, our food was delish with quality ingredients . The java was fresh and so aromatic! The staff was cheerful and vibe is cute and quirky. I could have sat all day in the cozy room tucked in the back and there is plenty of outdoor seating. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend! read more

Great service, we were met at the door by a smile. The gentleman asked if we wanted breakfast or lunch. We asked for lunch and he obliged us and gave us recommendations. Ambiance: country/hipster, with a great open concept in a beautiful building. The smell of fresh ground coffee and baked pastries was amazing!! Service: very good from start to finish. Servers were attentive and prompt. Food: my wife stated the coffee seemed watered down, but everything else was 5-5. Only upsetting thing was there were no pancakes on the menu and we have a 6 year old who loves pancakes, how can you do breakfast and not do pancakes? Very cozy nice place. Me and my husband went to have breakfast we pick the place hoping it would be worth to visit. We sat dawn on the very end corner,server gave us menu ,coffee. WE WAITED patiently enough FOR more than 30minutes hoping they will get our order even offer to refill coffee they did not bother. WE UNDERSTAND THE BUSY BREAKFAST HOURS however should the half an hour be enough wait?. Server walked by offer food and coffee for the customers next to us an totally ignored us. Hadn't been here since before Covid-- must say I was disappointed--I ordered my old fav - soup and sandwich-- used to bee when I ordered a croissant I got the entire croissant- not any more - it was cut in 1/2 and there was very little about tbsp-- of egg salad-- soup of day was chicken noodle -- not a lot of flavor-- quite disappointed-- hopefully this was just a bad day!!! Rated 3 star just on past experiences - I will try it again and hopefully they will return to quality of old!! read more

They have great coffee! And also great breakfast! Went here for a Saturday breakfast and tried the Diane's omelet-hash brown, tomato, bacon. The corn beef hash was also pretty good. I loved their coffee the most! Had it with a raspberry brownie, not one of those chewy and moist ones, but was very tasty and not too sweet.
