Follow up was excellent. Restoration then had me work with Dan Weber on the reconstruction of the basement. This included reinstallation and some replacement of custom molding baseboards which were no longer available. Dan went far above and beyond to create a great solution. After two days and hundreds of dollars, I was left with a barely built and bent gazebo. This included whole pieces not put back on and a giant hole in the mosquito netting. Not only did they not complete the job, they ruined the gazebo. I received no reimbursement of any kind. And on top of everything, they were extremely late showing up both days and communication was terrible.
