We have used this business twice for water damage. The first time was just the clean up and dry out. The second time was clean up and drying and the repairs. Both cleaning ups and dry out went smoothly and quickly. We would recommend Servpro for clean up and dry out. However, we would not recommend Servpro for repairs. We needed paint, flooring with trim, and some bathroom plumbing. The painting and plumbing were done by sub contracts and done well. The flooring was done by Servpro employees. There was no on site project manager which left managing the project to us. Servpro sent someone to do the flooring that seemed to have little to no experience with installing our LVT flooring. The project took 3 times as long as it should because of mistakes made installing the floor. Servpro also tried to bill us for work they did not do. Again we would recommend Servpro for clean up and dry out. We do not recommend them for the repairs. read more

If you're thinking of doing business with this company, run away. Overall my experience with the Bremerton ServPro office has been filled with lies, incompetence, and legitimate fraud that I've retained all proof of. Only after several weeks of my going through their screwed up invoices to find all of the inaccuracies and lies and explain to them each and everything wrong with their books did I finally go from owing them $700 to them refunding me $98. I would never recommend anyone do business with this company. The Short Story: We originally called Servpro when my washing machine overflowed and flooded my downstairs. Their mitigation team came out promptly and took care of all the damage professionally. Unfortunately that was where the happy customer experience ended. During the process of scheduling our reconstruction, the bid suddenly jumped from $10k to $16k and no one from ServPro could explain where the extra $6k came from. Because of that we told ServPro we no longer desired to work with them and would like a refund of the 50% we'd paid up front, about $5500. As the only work ServPro actually completed was a couple hundred bucks work of insulation in our crawl space, we expected most of that deposit back. They then sent us an invoice that WE OWED THEM $700 on top of the $5500 we'd already paid when they had completed none of the work. The Incompetence: We ultimately did purchase the flooring materials through them so that was $5k of our deposit. The bid from the flooring company was $4600 for materials + tax for a total just over $5k. That $5k was then added to the ServPro bid + tax of over $400. So now I'm paying almost $1k tax on $4600 in materials. I had to email them and inform them they were charging tax twice and ask them to correct that as issue number 1. The Lies: After we hired another company to replace ductwork in our crawlspace, ServPro included $280 in duct work on their final invoice. I had to email them to inform them they didn't do that work so they needed to remove the item from our invoice. The Fraud: After multiple emails back and forth about the above issues, they ultimately removed the extra tax and the ductwork they didn't perform, yet my bill was almost no different. I had to email back and forth several more times to finally figure out that they adjusted overhead and profit from $57 overhead and $57 profit, to $267 overhead and $267 profit. So while they removed almost $700 in false charges, they then added back in $420 in O&P to try to hide the money where it wouldn't show up. This O&P wasn't on ANY of the previous invoices, only after all the other charges came off did the O&P go up that high. Literally the definition of fraud. Bottom line, when they realized I wasn't going to pay them $700 that wasn't owed to them, they started hiding money in other places of the invoice hoping I wouldn't notice. I can't imagine how this company is still in business. read more

After Port Orchard was hit with a Tornado Servpro of Kitsap County was there to offer immediate relief and assistance. While most companys are polite and friendly with Servpro it was like they were my family. Servpro and its staff went above and beyond what I could have ever imagined, including helping those who were displaced because of the disaster by lending a hand helping out wherever they could. I am proud to have a company like this with such high morals and that family like value that is so rare to find anymore. If I ever have any flooding, or the unfortunate event that my house catches fire, I know that Servpro will be my first call! read more

This was an insurance claim. I asked them before hand if they would handle everything to the finish. We're they familiar with insurance company's. They gave me a hearty yes. This was floor damage from a washing machine leak. The floor for some odd reason was not drying up after a week of mental torture from the loud equipment. Surprise! I also had a roof leak. He immediately packed up his equipment. I never saw them again. They ended up leaving me a mess and billed my insurance company for their fans and dehumidifier and some demolition. I asked for a manager to call me. Never heard from them again. I'm still trying to get my place back in order. I finally heard from a Jennifer and she said she couldn't promise me anything. They received 1500.00 for their fans and humidifier, i recieved 1010.00 to repair the mess they left me. They left me with these strange cuts. They left me with these strange cuts. read more

I met say this company has the most professional group of people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. they are very professional, answer all our questions and get back to use in a timely manner. I had a smoke fire in my home and I picked Servpro because we strive to do business locally. My home is 1900 sq feet, my walls weren't black from the smoke but my lungs ached from all the smoke. Most of you who have worked with fires and fireplaces know that smoke clings to items and needs to be cleaned off. (My wife and I already cleaned 400 feet of walls in the area where the smoke originated. They were granted 10 hours of cleaning, Servpro sent 3 workers for 2 hours. The three workers were friendly enough-one was talkative and needed to listen to music to work best, but couldn't get reception here and so did a lot of talking, one of them forgot her glasses and couldn't see well, and the 3rd gal was sweet but didn't understand English very well. When I checked their work there were still areas of dust and grime and little dots still on the walls(my walls are slightly stippled and take a little more time cleaning). When it was brought to the workers attention, they stated it was probably a bed bug issue, they don't clean for that. My stairwells were not cleaned properly because the ladder wasn't there and their poles weren't long enough. They couldn't clean the rims of my recessed lights because they might get electrocuted. They couldn't scrub anything because they said they were told to do a light cleaning. Do any of you cleaning professionals do business this way? We were told by the project lead that our expectations may be different from what their company was allowed to do. We did not take time to address their excuses since 2 hours goes by fast. We did call and leave a message with Servpro's service at the end of the day, quite upset about what happened and suggested they do spot checks after a job is done. We asked for a call back from the manager. I asked my wife to handle the call, Servpro suggested that lobbying our insurance co. would make all the difference-we could get more of the services we needed. My wife did that, and got approval for rug cleaning, some dry cleaning, and 10 hours more of cleaning. My wife and I worked into the night and early in the morning to move furniture, knickknacks etc.. out of the way, and planned how we could maximize the 10 hours, to help minimize the disorganization and waste of time experienced from the 1st visit. This time the crew was 2 people, the sweet lady who couldn't understand much English and the gal with a need for music. They arrived an hour late, the next hour the lead was already talking about lunch, my wife offered to make burgers for them, the lead said-they would go to McDonalds'. They were gone an hour. My wife played music when asked, carried buckets of water, rinsed rags, removed all items on shelves and cleaned them ourselves, put them back up so the workers could move on to the next task. An hour after lunch, the lead asked to borrow my phone to talk to her boss. Suddenly they were packing up, it was almost 3 hours into the job. When asked why they were packing, we were told they had to get the truck back to the office. My wife called the office and explained to them that the lady's arrived an hour late, they took an hour lunch, we didn't mention the breaks taken, and they hadn't even worked 3 hours. My wife then talked to the owner Terry, she discussed the work ethic, and she was not happy with the circumstances and the work that was completed. She also mentioned the lead began crying when she heard my wife talking about to office staff about the lack of work ethics. The owner said he would take care of this issue and make it right. Next call we got from the owner, he was ending our contract, his employees were both crying and the lead said they were sworn at. I was present when my wife was talking-there was no swearing. When Terry was asked what swearing was done, he response was: his manager Nick also agreed with the lead, because he had been sworn at. The owner said insurance company's trust his company and don't question their bids, they just pay it, my insurance company didn't work that way and he was tired of the hassle. Servpro put in a bit for $8000.00 with my insurance co. My insurance co. said too much-what do you think? Yes my wife did swear when she talked to Nick-she said 2 hours of cleaning was bullshit for a 1900 square foot home-Nick agreed with her-anyone else agree with that? read more

GREAT customer service and very professional / thorough cleaning up after a very small fire. The "damage" was luckily only in the "fire extinguisher dust" but I needed help to get the entire apartment clean and dust free. Truly grateful and impressed. read more

The owner came out to our house and we gave him our budget, because that is what replacing the carpet would cost, we had a leak it was repaired our insurance company asked us to investigate mitigation first before replacement. We repeatedly asked for an estimate and how much the work caught would cost. They started the work assuring us that I would not go over our budget amount. They did not complete the work and had to come back out a second time which we did not authorize. And they came out when only our teenage son was at home and told him they had to replace the machine's. More than a month later we received the estimate along with the invoice matching it for three times our budget amounts, and in the process they destroyed the carpet padding which then had to be replaced anyway along with the carpet, increasing our cost even more. They then insisted we pay the full amount and upon our rejection of this send it to collections. We never signed an invoice, we never signed an estimate or even received an estimate, we never signed our work order. It is in my opinion there an unscrupulous business. I would advise anybody against using them. read more
