They drive down to visit me from Tacoma which is very much appreciated. If traffic is going to have them a tad behind they always give me a heads up. The team always consists of two people and frequently Sirina herself! A mother and military wife she still finds time to attend many of the jobs to ensure things are "done right" she tells me. Not only Sirina but also her employees have been incredibly friendly and polite and a joy to have in my home. They are sweet to my kitties but not sweet to the kitty hair that latches onto all my furniture. They have been very thorough each time I've had them here and spend 2-3 hours on the home. Sirina always asks me to look around and to be sure to tell her if anything doesn't meet my expectations. The cost is very affordable, especially for two people. I also love that the money is going to help a military family and many of her employees have family members in the military and are trying to get assimilated into new surroundings. They perform great work and are friendly and provide wonderful conversation. So thankful they come every month to help me keep everything in order in my crazy life!

They came as promised and completed the work (removal of floor tiles containing asbestos) in one day. The chemical they used to remove the mastik (which had also tested positive for asbestos) smelled really bad and they were not thorough in removing small spots of it which lingered near the side of the room where the floor was a little lower. I spotted it and scraped it up myself. They also damaged the wall near the existing closet with the tape they used to seal the plastic over the closet door during work. They didn't mention it to me, but it was dark when they finished and perhaps they didn't see it. I will have to repaint, but I was going to anyway so no big deal. Two things bothered me. The first is that they didn't warn me that I would not be able to use the room for about 5 days after the work was completed due to the intense chemical smell from the solvent. The second is that when I got the final bill, I noticed that they had tried to charge me the sales tax again when It had already been itemized in the original estimate. This was over $500 so it was a substantial mistake. They corrected it immediately when I pointed it out, but I mention it in case it happens to someone else. Otherwise, it was nice to get the work done so promptly.
